this article are interlinked, and after each case, a fleeing criminal suspect will appear in the next case. The gangsters in
reality do not have the entanglement of being moved by the victims and conscience in the movies.

, Goupa Town, Baihe County, Shaanxi Province Gao Chungui, a 33-year-old bachelor, finally made up his mind on this day to leave the village and work in a coal mine outside!
The Kao family is a “poor family” in Liangshui Village. His father has passed away, his mother, who is over 60 years old, is blind, and his sister, who is four years younger than him, has already been married. One evening at 8 o’clock, Dong Wenxin, director of Lijiazhuang Coal Mine, received a phone call from the mine, “Director, come back quickly!”! There’s been an accident, someone’s been killed! When someone died, Dong Wenxin rushed back to the coal mine. By the time he arrived, the miner named Sun Tsai-te, who had been involved in the accident, had already died.
It turned out that the brake of the tanker in the mine was out of order, and in an uncontrolled moment, it just crashed into Sun Caide standing on the track.

Dong Wenxin immediately asked the other miners in the same team who went down to work with Sun Caide, and the four people all said that Sun Caide was indeed killed by a tanker. When this
happened, it was not difficult for the miners to investigate carefully, but in the processing procedures of small mining areas at that time, ensuring normal production and ensuring coal production was the first priority. With the attitude of turning a big problem into a small one and avoiding trouble, mine owners usually use money to settle the matter. Besides, if someone dies, the family members of the deceased will certainly make trouble. The first priority is to appease them as soon as possible and not make a big deal.
Sure enough, Sun Caide’s four family members opened their mouths and talked to Dong Wenxin, the mine owner. Talk about what? If a person dies, he should pay for it! And these four people are the same team workers who work with Sun Caide in the mine. They are Sun Caishun, the elder brother of Sun Caide, Zhao Liangyin, the elder brother of his brother-in-law, Zhao Liangfeng, and Fu Rongke, the middleman who introduced the job. And the documents they took out to prove their identity were the household registration books of the Sun family and their respective identity cards. It is written in black and white in the household registration book that Sun Caide and his brother Sun Caishun are brothers. The family members of
the deceased stood in front of them and witnessed the death of their brother, which would be too miserable for anyone. The mine immediately decided to arrange these four people in the Zhongxing Hotel in Xingtai, including food and accommodation, and treat them well. In the course of the
negotiation, the elder brother of the deceased kept lowering his head and smoking a stuffy cigarette, while the elder brother of the deceased’s brother-in-law, Zhao Liangfeng, was an eloquent master. After several bargaining with the mine manager, the compensation was determined to be 205,000 yuan.
Why is this price? In fact, in the 1980s, the compensation for mine accidents was only a few thousand yuan; in the 1990s, it was raised to 30,000 to 50,000 yuan; by the beginning of 2000, the maximum amount of compensation was only 80,000 yuan. Until 2004, Shanxi took the lead in introducing a local policy stipulating that “the compensation for miners who died in coal mine accidents shall not be less than 200,000 yuan”.
In 2005, the State Administration of Work Safety was upgraded to the General Administration, and Li Yizhong, the director of the State Administration of Work Safety, mentioned at the first press conference that the compensation for mine accidents should be calculated according to the local average wage and the standard of 11 or 15 years. Since then, Shanxi’s local standards have been widely used for reference, and “200,000 yuan” has become the consensus in the industry. In
this way, the “family members of the deceased” signed a handwritten “death compensation agreement” with the mine, which contained a total of four clauses:
The first clause was the cause of death: Sun Caide’s death was due to work, and the cause was his illegal work.
The second is the compensation: Party A (the coal mine), in line with the humanitarian principle, shall compensate Party B (the family member) RMB 205,000 yuan in a lump sum according to the relevant provisions.
The third is the aftermath: after Party B receives the payment, the incident is over, and Party B shall be responsible for all the aftermath, and Party A shall not assume any responsibility. Article
4 Validity: This Agreement is valid after being signed by both parties, and each party holds one copy, which has the same legal effect. The
date of signature is November 10, 2007.
Four workmates and family members did not shed a drop of tears during the whole process and got 205000 yuan smoothly. They took the money and quickly sent Sun Caide’s body to cremation. After coming out
of the funeral home, Sun Tsai-shun casually threw the urn away, muttering, “This box cost me more than a thousand yuan. I can’t afford to pay for it alone.”
On the same day, under the auspices of Zhao Liangfeng, several people divided up the compensation!
Weird? Weird, how can brother throw away his brother’s ashes and divide up the compensation with outsiders? Because if something goes wrong, there must be a demon! It wasn’t Sun Caide who died at all, but Kao Chun-kuei, a “fool” from Liangshui Village in Shaanxi Province! He didn’t die in an accident at all, but was murdered by a fellow countryman. Brother and brother-in-law are all fake. This is an organized gang of murderers and swindlers, who specialize in finding people to work in coal mines together, and then kill people to disguise mine accidents and defraud huge amounts of pensions. This “Sun Caide,” who died in the mine, is the fifth person they killed!
Seeing this, do you think of the film “Blind Well” made by Wang Baoqiang when he was young? The plot is exactly the same as this case? Yes, this case is one of the prototypes of the blind well. The so-called one, that is to say, this kind of case is more than one, but since the 1980s, more than 100 people have been involved in a series of large-scale murder and fraud cases, which are called “killing pigs” and “making ideas” in the jargon. The idea here is not a game of gambling, but killing people as “piglets, ideas,” and then pretending to be family members to defraud compensation.
Let’s finish the story of this group of people. Do
you remember the eloquent Zhao Liangfeng who negotiated with the mine owner? He is the mastermind of the criminal gang. He has been doing this kind of black-hearted thing for more than ten years, and he has a lot of experience.
Zhao Liangfeng and Zhao Liangyin were indeed blood brothers, and their identities were not falsified. They had already arranged to kill Gao Chungui. Simple Gao Chungui did not doubt him, so he agreed. Therefore, when he and Sun Caishun went to the mine to apply for a job, they did not show their ID cards, but took out the household registration book of the Sun family and said that their ID cards were lost.
At that time, many small coal mines were short of workers, and all you had to do was to see that you were a laborer who could go down to the mine, that you had an identity certificate, and that you could register and go to work. There was no strict inspection, so Kao Chun-kuei became “Sun Tsai-te.”.
On this day, it was the turn of the Shaanxi team to dig coal in the mine for the fifth time. Boss Zhao and several of them took a few puffs of smoke at the entrance, as if they had something in mind, and the cigarette butts were going to burn their hands, so they threw them on the ground and stamped them out, and went down the well in turn. Gao Chungui followed them, and he did not know that there was already a lot of killing around him.

darkness of the mine, there are only a few lights from the lamps on the miners’ heads. Several miners sat on the ground and chatted after a long time of hard work.
“Well, what do you want to do when you make money?” Zhao Liangfeng asked Gao Chungui.
“Marry a daughter-in-law and cure my mother’s eyes.” Gao Chungui answered honestly.
“You’re over thirty and haven’t got a wife yet?”
“My family is poor, and no woman wants to be with me.” Gao Chungui smiled sheepishly, showing a row of white teeth on his face covered with black ash.
“Have you earned enough money to go back to your hometown and get a wife?” Zhao Liangfeng teased.
“Well, go back to our hometown and look for it in our county!”

Yes! Shall we send you on your way now?! As soon as
Zhao Liangfeng’s voice fell, a dark shadow standing behind Gao Chungui suddenly lifted a thick pit wood and smashed it into his head!
Gao Chungui didn’t even have time to shout, so he fell to the ground and died! The workmates, who
had been laughing just now, pursed their mouths and acted skillfully. Someone came forward to probe Gao Chungui’s breath, and after making sure that he was dead, dragged the body to the track of the tanker; someone quickly rubbed his shoes on the ground, mixing blood and cinder together; someone pulled the brake of the tanker.. The

In fact, Sun Caishun really has a younger brother named Sun Caide, who was born in 1972 and is one year older than Gao Chungui. He was a mentally retarded man who disappeared after leaving the village four years ago. Therefore, they let Gao Chungui pretend to be Sun Caide, but also the same age and accent, it is more appropriate. Speaking
of the mastermind of this criminal gang, the Zhao brothers, the origin of their crime is that the second Zhao Liangyin encountered a real mine accident.
That was 10 years ago, that is, in the mid-1990s, Zhao Liangyin and his cousin Zhao Liangcun went to a coal mine in Linfen, Shanxi, to dig coal. After a year before and after the lawsuit, the mediation ended and Zhao Liangyin was compensated 50,000 yuan, including 30,000 yuan for medical expenses. As for the dead cousin Zhao Liangcun, he only got 20,000 yuan in compensation for his life. During the
recovery period, Zhao Liangyin, who was originally the pillar of the family, lost his ability to work and could only do some small business in the mine to support his family of five. After this experience, when it comes to coal mine bosses, I hate them to death. But how did they go from victim to murderer?
Some people say that the cause of many crimes is that “one’s own factor is the bullet, which is loaded from the social background, and the specific circumstances pull the trigger.” This is the case with the Zhao brothers. There are five
Zhao brothers from Sifa Village, Hanyang Town, Shaanxi Province. Zhao Liangfeng is the eldest, the second brother is called Zhao Liangyin, that is, the man who pretends to be Sun Caide’s brother-in-law, as well as Zhao Liangsheng, Zhao Lianggui and the fifth brother Zhao Liangjun. With the exception of Chao Liang-sheng, the third brother, who worked as a veterinarian in the town, the four Chao brothers all worked in the coal mines to make a living. With the exception of Chao Liang-jun, the fifth brother, the others were all involved in the “pig killing” industry and became the core of the gang.
Their father used to be a village accountant, honest and honest, but he died of illness at a young age. After graduating from middle school, Zhao Laoda began to do small business, but he never made any money. He was ignorant and had a bad reputation in the village. Not only petty theft, but also cheating neighbors, several times when the police station came to arrest people, he slipped away. After the second brother’s accident at the mine, they hated the coal boss even more. If they could get money from the “local rich man,” wouldn’t they be able to kill two birds with one stone?
See here, you may think that Zhao eldest brother suddenly thought of this way to make money, but this is not the case. Speaking of the reason why he embarked on this road, we have to talk about another person: Pan Shenbao.
Pan Shenbao is also a native of Hanyin, Shaanxi Province, and specializes in “killing pigs” and “making ideas.”. During the period from November 1996 to September 1998, they committed nearly 30 crimes in Lingshi County, Gujiao City, Huozhou City, Fenxi County, Puxian County, and other places in Shanxi Province, killing 28 innocent miners, seriously injuring one, and defrauding mine owners of more than 570,000 yuan.
This case is also one of the prototypes of the movie “Blind Well.” It is the first case of serial murder and fraud involving a major forgery of a mine accident that has been cracked in the whole country. For this reason, the police set up a special task force and named it the “8.25 Major Serial Murder and Fraud Case.”. During the
crime period, Pan Shenbao alone was involved in committing 10 crimes, killing 10 “piglets” and defrauding 21. 850,000 yuan. It can be said to kill people like horses! In this way, the members of the gang each got about 8000 yuan. Don’t underestimate the money, which was equivalent to a farmer’s income from five years of farm work in that year. Let
‘s talk about the Pan Shenbao case again. How did the criminals “come up with ideas, make careful arrangements, and have a clear division of labor”.
Pan Shenbao, a native of Longquan Village, Shangqi Town, Hanyin County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, is semi-illiterate and has not even finished primary school. Apart from his own name, he only knows some individual words. In 1996, Pan Shenbao was not willing to do farm work in his hometown, so he went to work in a coal mine in Xuzhou.
Xuzhou is the largest coal mine base in Jiangsu Province, with many large and small coal mines. The large coal mines there are basically owned by the state, with more formal management and perfect safety facilities. Most of the miners are local people recruited locally, with formal labor contracts and strict verification of the identity of the miners. After leaving the mine, there will be an experienced squad leader to supervise and deal with emergencies.
Pan Shenbao went to a small private coal mine. In order to save costs, the coal mine owner’s safety facilities and rules and regulations were particularly imperfect, and the working environment was very dangerous, so most of the better-off miners were reluctant to do it.
But the income of this small coal mine is much higher, and there is no strict employment screening. As long as you have labor force, you can register with your ID card. Sometimes you can not even look at your ID card, because the coal mine is short of people and can work. As a result, the ranks of miners are mixed, and you don’t know if there are fugitives, minors, or even mentally handicapped people among the workers. Pan Shenbao, who
wanted to make more money, took the risk to stay there. After all, he worked there for two or three months, which was equivalent to planting land in his hometown for a year.
It is precisely these individual small coal mines that have become a breeding ground for “pig killing” activities. The owner who
contracts this kind of coal mine has only one purpose: to make money. Therefore, the investment in safety equipment is pitifully small, so there is no such thing as safe production. In this way, accidents are naturally likely to occur.
Once something goes wrong, the private mine owner will have a headache and can only lose money. The purpose is not to expose the accident, otherwise it will stop production and delay making money. If it is settled privately, the families of the victims will take the money and the bodies will be cremated immediately. As long as they agree to cremate, it is useless for the families to complain again, because all the evidence has been destroyed.
Before long, Pan Shenbao witnessed a mine accident. A miner lost his footing and accidentally fell from the height of the mine and died on the spot. The miner was a native of Xuzhou. The next day, his family members came to the mine to attend the funeral. All of a sudden, there was a lot of crying and shouting. The mine owner, who had always been ferocious at ordinary times, could only give in to such a situation and offered to give his family a pension, hoping not to make a big deal. When the family members said that the pension was too small, the mine owner took the initiative to double the amount. Therefore, the family agreed to cremation on the spot. While the bodies of the dead miners were sent to the crematorium, the mine owner handed over several thick wads of cash to the families.
Pan Shenbao witnessed all this, saw the money, there must be tens of thousands, he swallowed saliva. He even thought, if he died, he could get so much money back, is it worth it? The work in the
mine was very hard, and only when they took a bath every day was the most relaxing. The miners drank, played cards and chatted in their spare time. Gradually, Pan Shenbao found that not every miner was as poor as he was. For example, the villagers from Hanyin area, like him, dug coal in other mines. They drank good wine and smoked good cigarettes. He often goes out to look for young ladies. Pan Shenbao thought about finding an opportunity to ask if they had other ways to make a fortune, or if different mines gave different treatment?
Pan Shenbao found an opportunity to get together with fellow villagers and complained to the “rich people” that they earned too little. When will it end.

Hearing this, Pan Shenbao’s liver trembled and his eyes widened in disbelief. “Do you mean to kill a man on purpose?” He asked.
A few fellow villagers laughed when they saw him like that. “If we don’t kill people, how can we live like this now?”! Seeing that you are a fellow-townsman, I will tell you the way to make money. Whether you dare to do it or not is up to you! Only then did

These people are his brothers, uncles and brothers, as well as friends in the same village. In this way, a new gang of murderers was formed. They were ruthless and committed many crimes. In a short period of time, they gathered dozens of people, and the ranks became larger and larger. However, in order to ensure the strictness, all the criminal members are fellow villagers from Shaanxi and never look for outsiders.
In order to find more targets, they will look for suitable candidates in railway stations, labor markets and other places. Either pretending to be an experienced miner or pretending to be a village cadre, they usually get close to each other first, and then know that a coal mine has a high salary and a good salary, so they can work together in a team. Members are equipped with pagers and mobile phones, and when they meet suitable candidates, they appear in turn and act together.
Migrant workers go out to make money, and some people are easily moved and follow them. Later, their tactics became more and more “sophisticated.” They would use the wives of the gang members as bait to seduce the target, then catch the target in bed, force the target to write down an IOU, and then go to the coal mine to work to pay off the debt.
Of course, the swindled “pig” cannot go to work in the mine with his real identity. He must use the identity arranged by the gang members. Otherwise, after the job is done, he cannot pretend to be a family member to ask for money. After finding the prey, the gang will watch him day and night to prevent him from escaping or going wrong until he is killed.
And this scene, the film did not dare to play so detailed, cruel to the heinous. What did
they do with the stolen money? In addition to sending some of them home, most of them were used for gambling and prostitution. After the incident, according to the police, half of the criminals had a bad habit of gambling and owed a large amount of gambling debts. This is one of the reasons why they were willing to take the risk of killing people to make money. After doing the
“pig killing” activity for a period of time, Pan Shenbao’s desire grew stronger and stronger. He felt that the number of gang members was too large, and that there was not much left after the stolen money was divided up. So he reduced the number of gang members and only relied on three people to commit crimes together, but he was found out.
Ironically, the process of Pan Shenbao’s arrest is very dramatic, which is in line with the saying: If you don’t die, you won’t die. Now let’s talk about it.

in a subordinate township of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province On this day, the alarm bell sounded in the mine, and the mine was in trouble! A miner dressed in shabby clothes and covered in black coal shouted, “Help!”! Something has happened to my cousin! The foreman of the mine rushed to the mine to check, and sure enough, a miner fell to the ground, his face bloody. He reached out and felt that he was not breathing. It was Pan Shenbao who
called for the rescue of his cousin. He cried loudly and said that his cousin was killed by a falling stone. He saw it clearly. The foreman did not dare to delay, and immediately called the mine owner, who was drinking with friends in the town, and rushed back after receiving the call.
But what happened next was not what Pan Shenbao expected, because the mine owner was not a “local rich man,” but a former technician at a state-owned coal mine. When he went down to the well, he immediately discovered several doubtful points:

The mine owner has worked in the coal mining industry for decades, and he knows that the miners always have nothing to do with themselves. How can these two people be so active? Generally, the family members of the victims will be emotional first, then think about how to deal with the aftermath, and finally talk about compensation. And this scene in front of us has made the mine owner not only suspicious, but also suspicious that he has come across an “idea.”? He had heard that many mines over the years had been involved in this kind of intentional killing and swindling, and he immediately asked the foreman, “How long have these people been working in our mines?” “I’ve only been here five days,”
the foreman replied. It

The mine owner then asked, “Who else went down with the deceased?”? Call over and ask.
