Is it hard for civil servants to interview?

It’s not hard to test, and Mr. Kong shares a high-level secret: “Government Minds”: it’s the way the examiner speaks and thinks.

It is often heard that civil servants have to stand by the Government in their responses to interviews.

However, most of those interviewed by civil servants are students with no institutional experience; the teachers in the under-line tutoring classes are mixed and have never been in deep contact with the authorities, and naturally lack the capacity to use government thinking to see and solve problems.

I find it too tacky, too high and too elegant to be able to give the examiner a familiar tone of speech and a familiar way of thinking, which necessarily requires a thinking, namely, “government thinking.”

On government thinking, King Kong would like to share the following six.

If you have a few words, please be patient, read this, and then learn about the government, the organs, and the air, and talk about it, and make the examiner feel like you’re the most familiar stranger, and you’re the only one who’s gone into the system, so he can go to shore.

First, think in the bottom line, or all your efforts will be ruined.

What’s success? The landing has not been a success, nor has it been a success to be a leader or to be a leader. The real success lies in the abundance of the heart and the influence of others. The civil service profession can easily affect others.

A million-dollar project involving the transfer of thousands of people; educational policy-making will provide more children with educational resources; village clerks will bring new projects to the village so that the people can earn a good harvest; and even grass-roots officials in the office halls often hear the people’s deep-seated thanks and respect.

As long as you take advantage of this platform, there’s a lot to be done. There is also the advantage of this profession, which is extremely stable. Unless he or she resigns, he or she is likely to be fired at almost 0, even if he or she is less capable and at a better attitude.

The district civil servants I was in were about 1740, and within 20 years none of them passed three consecutive years of a poor rating (because a continuous gap is required). This is one of the reasons why social workers, especially those working in enterprises, envy the system, because there is no need to worry about performance.

But if you pick up on two things, and everything succeeds, it’s worth nothing, it’s worth nothing, it’s worth it. The first is about life and the second is about self-restraint.

First of all, people’s lives are at stake.

I think it’s two things that need to be answered to reflect your bottom line. One is that you say that you recognize the importance of security; the other is that you say how you avoid security accidents.

V. Have a sense of ownership, it’s a matter of control, not of control.

I understand the original position, i.e., the need to position myself in a clear position to do business, which is essential for civil servants to answer questions for interviews, especially on organizational management topics.

The organizational management category will give you a hypothetical identity, and I will summarize it as “Specific Staff; Middle Management; Full Responsibility”. How do you answer this question? Give you four directions.
