I was in my first year of my life a complete piece of shit, hanging out, getting beat up by my classmates and living in a dorm every day. And then in this way, I could learn for up to 10 hours, for three months, and I wouldn’t be tired.
If you’re like me before, you learn to play for five minutes for two hours, you lose your focus, or you learn hard, but you don’t get much. I suggest you take 10 minutes to take a good look at my answer and practice it will change your situation.
It’s more than 6000 words, and it’s been four nights, and it’s been a long time since I’ve been out of the country, and I’ve been trying to help you with this whole learning system, full of dry stuff. It’s best not to jump, or lose a lot of information.
How can you learn from your heart?
First, the problem is incomplete. Only half of the questions were asked and only half. We need to see deeper needs and think a little more than others to be better than others.
Daisy reminds us that learning effectiveness = learning for effective learning time.
It is far from enough to have a good state, and we need more effective learning time and efficient methods in order to have a good learning effect.
So, on the basis of its focus on learning, Daisy has expanded the high-impact learning approach to help people learn more quickly and more comprehensively.
So the question can be broken down into two points:
How can we reach a state of mind?
How to learn efficiently?
In helping you solve your first problem, correct the notion that learning time is a good learning time
What is effective learning time?
What’s the difference between it and the learning time we know?
Daisy, for a simple example, says you understand:
If you go to the library for six hours, you actually learn effective time, only two hours, even shorter.
Because you spend more time on things that don’t matter — eating, drinking water, playing with your cell phone, going to the bathroom, being stupid.
This is the difference between learning time and effective learning time, which is completely unequal!
Effective learning time requires a focused mode of access.
The focus model needs to be “self-focused” and “sources of external interference” that are combined with the intensity of the underlying and external causes.
If one of them is not done, it is easy to switch to a dispersive mode and cut the effective learning time in half.
It’s just that the body sits there, it’s not in the state of mind, and it’s not going to work very well.
It is necessary to rule out “sources of outside interference” in order to gain an unattended state.
Increased “self-focused” and efficient methods are needed to improve learning efficiency.
That is clear, and I will now answer: how can we reach an uninvited state?
How can we reach a state of mind?
Get ready for work first! Whether pre-learning preparations are in place determines how much learning gains are made.
I’ve created a high degree of concentration, which will help you with rapid pre-heat learning, large-scale non-disturbing sources, and ensure that your focus is an unprecedented aftercare.
Place of study P-place
The three types of learning are decreasing in a linear manner, in libraries, at home and in dormitories.
Don’t overestimate your will. Learning in a dormitory is self-inflicted. They play, they talk, they call from the bed, they’re like viruses, they’re going to break your mind.
So if you have no confidence in yourself, go to a quieter place and bind yourself from outside.
Emotional F-feeling
If you’ve just had a fight with a friend, or if you’ve just received a hand-written signature of your Bean, then if you’re going to force yourself to study, believe me, you can’t see much.
Get your emotions fixed, breathe, listen to light music, empty your brain for 15 minutes, and calm your mood down.
After no emotional problems, the next procedure is conducted.
Inertial issues H-habit
Most people go to school after their cell phones, and they just go to school.
It’s not your problem, it’s because the brain hasn’t been pulled out of the cell phone, and it’s stuck in the fun of the game, and it’s impossible to quickly switch to learning.
We need to buffer the brain, with 5-15 minutes, to create a sense of learning rituals, and to raise the focus to 100 percent very quickly.
For example, you’re going to give me a good time and you’re going to be ready to study and find your answer duck.
Minor details M-minutia
I used to work as much as I needed.
Sit down and clear everything that has nothing to do with study, including the phone! Cell phones are a source of core interference, and if you don’t want to end up in a drone war, you throw it away. (Unless you really need to check your data on your mobile phone, you need to use tomatoes todo app to set up a white list application and not pop up other software information).
Play light music, one to two songs, close your eyes for a moment, take a deep breath and relax, and when you open your eyes, your attention will be focused.
But there is one thing that some people like to listen to when they learn, and they can play white noise to help calm emotions.
After a set of high-profile PFM laws, you rule out all interference and actually enter the state of the heart, but it’s just the beginning.
Remember, Daisy said it again?
A good state of absence is not an option: learning effects = learning methods for effective learning time.
Some people read books during the day, at night, even when they’re going to learn at night, without rest, without wasting their time to enjoy themselves, but learning is still not visible, and it is frustrating.
The first two have been achieved, but the last one is the most important.
In order to achieve an efficient learning effect, a good learning state is only a complement, and an efficient learning method is the accelerant.
So we have to solve the second more difficult question — how to learn to be efficient.
It’s a big deal. Come on, come on. You have to think about it. It’s very inspiring to you! Don’t lose your watermelon!
How to learn efficiently?
The French physiologist Bernard said, “Good methods can make better use of talent, while poor methods can hinder its use. I’m sorry.
So the difference between us and hegemonics is not because of intelligence and abilities, but because of the big problems of the way.
We must use scientific methods, in accordance with the way the brain works, to foster an increased level of learning and a multiplier effect.
You know, with a high-impact learning approach, you can spend three hours of high-impact focus on learning, far more than six hours of spreading inefficiency.
These efficient methods, which have been drawn from the lessons of blood since I dropped a lot of pits, must be seen carefully and at least double the efficiency.
Ibid. We will first correct the misperceptions and then say the way.
Learning error
Miss one: the longer you learn, the better.
People’s energy is limited, and learning efficiency decreases because of energy loss, and when you get tired, and you keep looking at it, it’s only a phenomenon: it’s not in your head.
That’s why you learned a day in the library and only remembered the content.
You might wonder why some of those schoolboys aren’t tired? In fact, they can stay awake and learn efficiently for a long time, largely because they have a more scientific and sustainable life.
In short, we should use our energy to organize our learning programmes, and we must be strong and not unduly oppressive.
And here again, you can recommend tomato work, 25 minutes + 5 minutes of combined exercise, a break in the middle of the High Commissioner’s focus, which is like placing a re-opening button, and it’s hard to get distracted.
Learning to use this method correctly will keep you in an efficient working state every day.
Mistake II: Just write down the subject matter and ignore the expansion of knowledge
A lot of people study, just superficially.
Learning is a systematic process and knowledge points are integrated. Just like the English word, which makes up a very large number of words, one understands that one can see a forest, while others can only see a tree in English.
Knowledge is a point-to-point jump-off message, and those who truly learn to learn will capture the linkages and become structured things and reset them. It’s going to take a thought-mapping reset, and I’ll talk about it later.
Rotation (reduced learning fatigue)
Three hours for the same subject and three hours for the different disciplines, the absorption rate of knowledge varies considerably.
Specialized exercises can impede the pace of technical progress, combine exercises and deepen the grasp of each discipline.
So the change of discipline in learning ensures that the brain is not tired of learning, is exposed to new knowledge and indirectly increases learning efficiency.
Even though the distance between learning allows us to forget some points of knowledge, the greater the time span, the more we forget.
But it is precisely what we have the least control over, and we understand our shortcomings, that these elements can be strengthened, re-stored and amplified.
It also gives you a little tips: think and body as a whole, and learns to deepen the impression of knowledge by connecting to muscle memory.
For example, when a back word is tried by hand to learn a word, such as “leap ” (jumping), it can be used to jump on the back, and key words can be remembered when reading with finger or pen pointers.
This is a way to improve both the focus on reading and the memory.
Now it’s time for you to take your notes, and then you’ll be able to see it in a dynamic.
Deliberate learning (continuous and rapid progress approach)
Anything you start to do, you’re making progress, because from 0 to 1 is the easiest.
The hardest thing is to cross each stage: 59-60, 69-70 99-100, the difference between one and the other, but the difference between the two kinds of thinking, where learning, like weight loss, encounters bottlenecks.
At this stage, it’s no longer useful for you to keep what you did, either to eat less or to exercise better. If you insist on breaking through, your weight will slip down, and so will your learning efficiency.
This is the stage of deliberate exercise, and to break this, we need to understand the structure of the brain.
The brain is divided into three areas:
(a) Comfort zones (innermost): know-how, which is ripe and out of their mouths, is not difficult to learn at all;
Learning areas (intermediate level): available skills to address challenging issues;
Panic zones (the outermost level): problems that cannot be solved now, especially of a professional nature, require a multiplicity of knowledge; they belong to areas where the answer is neither clear nor clear.
To be a schoolboy, we cannot practice comfort zone content over and over again, and we cannot challenge the skills of panic zones blindly and reduce motivation.
Hard core support
Having a good physical and mental state is a prerequisite for the continuous optimization of the above.
It’s like a car’s appearance, and it’s got a lot of power, and if the engine is weak, it’s a bad car, and our body is that engine.
Environmental factors have already been mentioned, so I will confine myself to sport, diet and rest.
Sports: physical capacity – physical strength
Momentum can give the brain new neurons and help to develop their potential.
We need to improve memory efficiency by increasing the links between neurons.
And a regular exercise of the right amount of motion can make the hyenas in the brain, add more cells, make our thinking, feelings and reactions more sensitive, and make the brain smarter.
In addition, proper exercise can make the body rest and ease, a better state of mind, and keep it healthy.
Diet: energy fuel — basic
Food is the fuel of the body and the basis for maintaining super-energy.
Every day we’re drowsy and we feel particularly tired, doing anything we can, trying to sleep.
It’s possible that our diets have problems, and that high heat, oil, sugar, and high carbohydrate food slows down and makes the response difficult.
Learn to eat. It’s the first step to turn.
Rest: Spiritual energy – focus.
Not to underestimate sleep, having a good sleep state is an important step in processing and storing new information. Harvard research shows that students who sleep well are 35 per cent better than those who wake up late at night.
Learn how to double drive
All of the above is at the “input” stage, where knowledge and information are received.
But remember that those who know and learn know the importance of “output” so that the brain can generate new information based on existing knowledge.
Edgar Dale, an American education expert, also mentioned:
A simple reading can remember, up to 30%. It’s a simulation of practice, a proactive application, but it’s up to 90% of what you remember.
The gap between the hegemonics and the ordinary is that between [passive learning] and [active learning] is not much of a problem, but a step — memories and retours — that is, retraces.
Learning is important, and continuous rethinking after learning can lead to better positive feedback.
Reassembly is a process of knowledge feedback, a process of building knowledge systems, and an essential step in improving efficient learning.
Here’s to share two more of the efficient resets I’ve used:
Thinking — structured thinking (good ways to improve efficiency)
Simply put, it is to read the book thick and then read the book thin, which, after two processings, enriches the essence of the essence.
What do you mean?
When we study, it is a cumulative process and a stupid method of learning by searching for information and making questions.
Smart people can take knowledge into their own hands, simplify it into a framework of systems, and refine the core skills, i.e., the process of reading books.
And that’s the advantage of structured thinking, the way that it’s coming out of thinking that allows you to reorganize and refine the stored information and further refine the brain.
It’s so professional that you probably haven’t gotten to the treasure of this reset, or the old example of life.
Your mom asked you to go to the supermarket and buy a bottle of soy sauce, two casseroles, 10 pieces of pork, 1 bag of salt, 3 flamingo nuts, 1 set of lettuce, 1 bag of pan, 5 eggs, 1 bottle of oil, 1 onion.
If you don’t clean it up, you’ll remember it’s very confusing and it’ll be three to two.
But this is clear:
Fabric type: 1 bottle of soy sauce, 1 bag of salt, 1 bottle of oil, 1 bag of pan base material
Vegetables: 1 for lettuce, 1 for onion
Fruits: 2 pounds of apples, 3 flamingo nuts
Meat and poultry: 10 pieces of pork, 5 eggs
This is much more visible, and can be quickly and sequentially purchased according to classification.
Learning is the same thing, and it is the knowledge that we have truly absorbed that translates unprocessed information into processed knowledge.
Remember, any surface content that is not considered in depth is called information.
Information is the bottom of learning, and we need to find the logic behind it, through brain processing, understanding and remodeling, to form a deep cognitive structure.
With knowledge retraces, Daisy has stressed that many referrals, whether for work or for study, will be of great benefit to you.
Feynman Learning Method
At the heart of this approach, it’s the input of what is learned, and it’s going to be exported.
When you’re finished with a book, can you write your book notes, extract the core of the article?
If you can’t write it, you have to think about where you can’t read it and read it with questions.
When you learned a technique. Go fuck yourself and go through the process.
When you learn a lot of theoretical knowledge, go through it with a mind map and put it in your head.
The best way to test learning results is to pass on the points of knowledge learned to others.
Like the teacher’s teaching, if a place is stuck, then the knowledge points are not sufficiently understood, then go back to study and recycle again and again until he is taught, the process will yield more and more knowledge.
These methods not only exercise logic, talk, but also deepen thinking and better retain knowledge in the brain.
Incentive mechanisms
And finally, it’s about learning to help yourself.
People need to be recognized, they have worked so long, but they will not work if they are not motivated.
There is a regular reward: to go out and eat a meal, to buy a dress that doesn’t cut off its hand, and so on, and to give it a positive hand, so that there is a constant motivation to learn.
For example, I’ve written so much that I’ve had a hard time fighting. Without your praise and encouragement, I’d be frustrated, in a state of self-doubt, thinking if I didn’t write well enough or if I was wrong. You know what?
In any case, I am deeply touched by the fact that learning is a long-lasting war and that it is painful to learn without finding the right way.
If you can avoid the pits and stick to the ideas and methods I share, you’ll change your situation, and you’ll probably fall in love with your studies, and you’ll turn into a schoolboy.
In the end, Daisy gave you four good words, and I hope it inspired you:
The reality is that we are delaying, and often disturbing;
Obstacles will always arise, but not all of your own problems will be blamed on external factors. If everything is somebody’s fault, it’s time to look at yourself.
I found out that those who are most successful can always “hold on” themselves.
No matter how low you set yourself up, it’s better than giving up.
Finally, it’s the old rule. It’s the thought map of this section.
