What was the reason for Greece’s willingness to let Valange into China?

The twilight journey of the Valange to China is not a three-speaker.

The Liao Ning carrier is unknown to the people of the country.

How the former Soviet Union’s unfinished Valange arrived in China was not clear to many.

It has been said that Hong Kong businessmen have been commissioned by the Government to compete from Ukraine, as described in most online articles.

But the real picture is far from that.

Behind the purchase of the Valange was extortion, conspiracy and betrayal.

There are those who use it as a means of deception and those who suffer from it.

And now we’re back to history with the real information that we’ve made public about what exactly happened to this “gravity of the nation” when it came to the “buy-in” process.

One, out of control, 23 million yuan.

In the spring of 1999, the President of the Bank of Beijing, the President of the Bank of China Securities, found himself in a particularly bleak and cold mood, with anxiety, because he managed a large amount of money that ran the risk of losing control, amounting to RMB 230 million!

The money was not to invest in a project or to lend to a company, but to do a major thing that ordinary people could not imagine: buy a carrier.

For those who do finance, the most taboo is that money cannot be controlled.

After the festival, he grabbed his office phone and shouted: “Go and press Xu Jinping to see how much money he sent to Ukraine.” I’d like to see Seo Jinping’s cash transfer to Ukraine. I’m sorry.

Xu Jinping, a Hong Kong businessman from Shandong, was 47 years old, was a soldier in the mainland and moved to Hong Kong in 1988 to start a business.

Seo Jinping promised to buy back a carrier with 23 million dollars. And now the money’s gone, and the carrier’s gone, and that’s really upset.

The great money is in the hands of this unfaithful man, and he has the power to manipulate, but he is less and less able to provide information to the Zhuang, making it more and more passive and increasingly feel like he has been deceived.

23 billion dollars is about to float!

Worse still, the purchase of a carrier was a purely personal decision, without a collective discussion by the company ‘ s leadership, and no one at the top of the company knew about it. If the money is gone, the boat is gone, the light is fired and the heavy is in jail.

2. Hong Kong merchants and carriers

If you want to tell us the story of the whole thing, you have to start with the meeting between Tsui and Tsui Jinping.

He was a business elite with a deep sense of love for his country and was aware of the importance of naval construction for the country. China’s navy has changed dramatically when China’s poor and weak were killed.

But just two months ago, there was an event in Indonesia, and in just three days nearly 1,200 Chinese were killed and hundreds of Chinese women raped.

It would be nice if China could have its own carrier. With a carrier, the Chinese have a hard waist pole that can deter Indonesian mobs and protect Chinese.

I don’t think so.

He occasionally heard from a friend that a porter had been awarded the Ukrainian carrier Valange, but that the outbreak of the Asian financial crisis had strained the porter’s financial resources and expressed interest in seeking financial support from the mainland to continue the ship purchase project.

Ukraine’s intention to sell the “Varang” was known five years ago in the magazine “Ships Knowledge”.

Maybe it’s the patriotism, the carriership, and finally God put the Valange project before him.

A day in July 1998, there was a lot of testing, games and suspicion in a normal private company in Beijing.

He is meeting with a decent Hong Kong businessman, Xu Jinping, a Hong Kong businessman who won the bid to buy “Varang”

Suh Jinping’s mouth is a great word for nationalism, national interest, etc.

It’s not easy to be fooled. He said, “I know, I’ve heard about this boat.” But why are you doing this? I’m sorry.

Xu Jinping explained: “It’s a secret to buy a carrier, not publicly, not in the name of the country. It’s expensive to buy it in the name of the country, as a small company, in the name of Macao as a gambling boat. We can’t sell it in Ukraine right now, we’ll buy it cheap. It’s called “acts of the state, civics.” I’m sorry.

“How much did you buy?” he said. I’m sorry.

“Twenty million dollars.” I’m sorry.

“Twenty million dollars? I’m sorry.

Tsui Jinping firmly said, “Yes, $20 million. I’m sorry.

But it immediately called into question the very low price of the sale: “US$ 3.3 billion in the Nimitz public offer, which means he’s over 90,000 tons, you’re over 60,000 tons, you’re new, you’re not finished, you’re selling 600 million, you’re selling 300 million, you’re in a little bit of a difference of $20 million. I’m sorry.

Tsui Jinping was surprised to hear that he met someone who understood.

And he asked, “Well, since this is a good thing for the NFL, why don’t the country buy it? How come it’s your turn? I’m sorry.

Xu Jinping explained: “The main reason for this is to keep secrets from foreign intelligence agencies, and the process of purchasing the ship and its financing must come from private companies. It’s only through a company like ours that can’t see it coming. When the ship arrives, the country will take over. It’s not gonna cost us. I’m sorry.

“Do you have a red head file?” I’m sorry.

Xu Jinping did not respond positively, but instead moved the subject.

The matter is highly confidential, although it could only be operated in the prior period through the Maritime Entertainment City project. Put it in Macau. The army will take over when the time is right. The difficulty is that there is a lack of funds and time, which, if not available, leads to contractual default with the Ukrainian side and fears that the carrier will fall into the hands of India and Taiwan.

In conclusion, Xu’s oil is smooth: “Don’t look at this boat for $20 million, but it’s going to cost a lot more than a couple of people. There is an urgent need for 20 million yuan for the processing of permits, import permits and so on. I hope you will consider, in the form of a loan, to support the next phase of cooperation, pending the completion of the pre-shipment procedures for the carrier project. If you do not want to participate in later operations, I can return the loan on time. I’m sorry.

There is some contradiction in the mood at this time, and it is true that what he wanted was true. After all, he so much wanted China to have its own carrier, but nothing to do with it.

“How can you confirm this?” I’m sorry.

He said, “We have the tender documents, we have them. It’s a sensitive matter and a rare opportunity. It’s an important matter for the LNP, and I didn’t dare to answer it at first. Now that I’ve done it, I have to do it. There’s a gap in funding, and it’s only $20 million. See if you can help. I’ll be back in about six months. I’m sorry.

It took a moment to think: money is not much, and it is not long. So he said, “Bring me the successful file, and I will first look at it.” I’m sorry.

He said, “I’ll go back to Hong Kong if I need it in Hong Kong.” I’m sorry.

The first time we met, it was over.

In the mid-1990s, Ukraine decided to sell nearly 70% of the Valange.

Three, everything seems normal.

A week later, Xu Jinping actually sent the winning documents to Zheng.

There are more than a dozen documents, one in Russian, one in English and one in Chinese, translated by Hong Kong ‘ s translation company.

The first impression was that it was formal, not fake.

Here’s the details: he learned Russian for eight years, and he can see that two of the documents, while they look like Russian, are Ukrainian, because they differ only in individual letters.

It was difficult to fake documents in Russian at the time, and it was even more difficult in Ukrainian, so he concluded that the purchase of the carrier by Xu was real and that the deal was for $20 million.

This is a moment of excitement, and if this event can do its part, it can enhance the defence force.

But how does this work?

The Waqf securities are state-owned and cannot be loaned directly to Xu Jinping, otherwise it becomes “in the name of the nation”. Moreover, the need to borrow from abroad through the Board of Directors is a matter in which more people are aware to the detriment of confidentiality and the Board does not necessarily agree.

So he found his best man, Wu Woo.

He was sought for three reasons: first, he was a member of the armed forces and was politically reliable; secondly, the company he controlled was a fully-owned subsidiary of Wahxia securities and had money; and thirdly, he could borrow from abroad without being discussed by the board for the purpose of “secretity”.

However, the Hong Kong businessman Xu Jinping, whom he has just met, is unsure. Out of caution, he said that he could not lend money directly to Tsui Jinping and that he was in trouble.

He decided to lend the money to his contacts in the matter, the company that introduced Seo Jinping and the person he knew, and then to transfer it to Seo Jinping, so that his contacts would be loaned and his contacts would help him monitor his use of the funds, and if anything happened, he would be able to pursue the debt.

After everything was settled, at the end of August, Xu Jinping successfully received 20 million yuan in borrowing.

There’s something wrong.

Twenty million yuan, which is not much for the annual profit of nearly a billion Chinese-summer securities. To the extent that there was no interest or collateral at the time, it was for six months or so, and it was in support of what the State needed and what it liked. More importantly, at the time he was working on the inside of Wigand, not too much energy.

But it’s not as simple as it looks.

At the beginning of September, Tsui Jinping met with Zhui, and started by saying that the “superior’s” was very satisfied with Wah Ha’s borrowing and hoped to continue his support by dragging the carrier back and contributing to the country. So, well…

I want to borrow another 60 million yuan.

It’s not easy. Why don’t you just say it at once?

But if we don’t borrow it, the carrier may be dead, and the loss of 20 million yuan is small.

He explained that the plan had been well planned and that, as a result, the financial turmoil in Hong Kong had caught up with the money owed to me. What should I do? I’d like to help.

I don’t know.

He saw that he was hesitant, and rushed to him and said, “What is your request?” I’m sorry.

And as soon as he heard it, he asked him, “What are your conditions?” I’m sorry.

“You don’t need money, don’t talk about it.” I can get you a one-way visa through relationships. I’m sorry.

“What are you doing with a one-way trip?” I’m sorry.

Xu Jinping hinted, “What happens in the future, you need to go out and you can go at any time.” I’m sorry.

And as soon as I heard it, my face fell and said, “What can I do?” I don’t want to go abroad. I can’t live abroad. Especially this ship itself. What’s the need? If I have to ask you what you want, I ask you to earmarked funds to finish the project quickly, tow the boat back as soon as possible and return the money to us. I’m sorry.

Thanks to the fact that the one-way visa had not been requested at the time, if it did, it would have been impossible for him to jump into the Yellow River.

The mood at this time is quite contradictory: he is now repulsed by Seo-hyeong and feels that this man is ” running the train with his mouth full of lies.”

But think again: What if he really lacks 60 million? Maybe if you back him up again, it’s done.

He wants to buy back the Valange. But now it must be more cautious. He went on to ask: “60 million, not a small amount. What do you use as collateral? I’m sorry.

He replied, “I have nothing to take as collateral. I set up a company in Macau, Macao Creative Tourism and Entertainment Ltd., which you can own. I’m sorry.

I think this is a solution. He was loaned another 60 million yuan, totalling 80 million yuan, less than $10 million.

And remembering here, he said, “If so, 80 million yuan, half of the company’s share. I’m sorry.

“We make 51%, you make 49%.” I’m sorry.

She agreed to borrow another 60 million yuan to support the project.

Xu Jinping not only borrowed money from Tsui, but also made small calculations on his shares.

A few days later, he offered 80 million to hold 49% of Macao law. Although the value of the carrier is US$ 20 million, it also requires towing fees from the Black Sea to China, Channel fees, supplies, etc.

In the end, he opened up his mouth and valued the total assets of Macao’s founding law at $120 million, with the aim of continuing to throw money into the project.

Man, who can take this?

After several rounds of negotiations, the parties finally confirmed that the total assets of Macao’s founding law were valued at $6.0 million, and that the catcher company’s share of the shares was 49 per cent, which could be simply understood as a substitute for the Wigand, and that $29.4 million (including $60 million already borrowed) should be funded.

But no one knows that Seo Jinping is a master of the game, and he actually didn’t even sign the carrier’s purchase contract and spent $2 million on a down payment.

He started making money before the carrier left Ukraine.

It’s believed that $60 million is equivalent to 5 per cent of the price of the U.S. “Nimetz” carrier, and it’s a bargain, just to make things right and tow the ship back.

I don’t think so. He’s caught in a trap set by Tsui.

Diagram of the Valange against the size of the largest carrier, Nimitz.

No redheads, no State acts.

At the end of September, Liu and Wu Woo, at the invitation of Xu Jinping, went to Hong Kong to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the founding of the founding company.

The company’s landmark building, the World Trade Center Building, located in Hong Kong, is located on two floors in the middle of Hong Kong, which is in the middle of the country.

Tsui Jinping’s office is more luxurious, with 200 square grand.

The house’s high-quality purple sandpots, piped pipe and Lin-sung are scarce collections at a very high price.

But the flaunting of the “power” has given rise to alarm.

Xu Jinping’s luxury shop worries that the money he borrowed will be squandered.

Founding Law is a shell company, and all those who work are in Hong Kong. Zhang Yong, Chairman and Managing Director of the same Hong Kong Takahei Corporation, who was also present at the commemoration, had to be watched by a person in Hong Kong.

Zhang Yong was 60 years old and a Shandong like Xu Jinping. He moved to Hong Kong in 1989 and felt loyal to him.

Zhang Yong decided to take over Zhang Yong’s company as a subsidiary of the Wahxia Securities Corporation, which would allow him to conduct business in Hong Kong for Wahxia securities, and someone to communicate with Seo Jinping in Hong Kong in person, lest he feel that the Emperor is far away and no one knows what he is doing. Zhang Yong later became a founding director of Macao.

After the deal with Zhang Yong, Zhang went on to propose to Xu Jinping to see the purchase.” The “Red Head file” of the Valiang carrier, Tsui Jinping, first said that it was a state secret that he could not get out, then suggested that he could have an interview with his leader, and then believed him first.

After the Fourth of July, when Xu was late in arranging a meeting with his leadership, his trust and patience in him were lost.

Tsui Jinping was also anxious at this time because he had no money to buy a carrier, and a large sum of money was still missing from the payment, and if the money was not made, so much of what he had designed would have turned into a bubble. The purchase of a carrier would not be a problem for him, far from the tens of millions of yuan owed.

In mid-October, Xu Jinping requested a further US$ 20 million (US$ 170 million equivalent to the RMB) for “sure that the carrier leaves Hong Kong at the end of October”.

This is not so bad, and he solemnly replied to Xu Jinping: “It is necessary for a superior to show that the carrier project is a `national matter’ to continue borrowing; if not, the borrowings made in the previous period must also be recovered. I’m sorry.

Suh Jinping was desperate to arrange a meeting on the night of October 21 with the leader, the real sponsor and behind-the-scenes promoter of the carrier’s purchase project, son of Field Marshal He Long, then Deputy Navy Commander He Peng Fei.

During the meeting, Hepfried confirmed that the purchase of the carrier was real, but that the central approval process was too complicated, and he hoped to buy it back through private businessmen, after all, the opportunity was a rare one, and the opportunity was lost.

He said, “There is no red-headed document, nor is it an act of the State. But the Navy must have wanted it. I’m sorry.

Because of the statements made at the time when He Peng Flying controlled naval equipment, he believed that the purchase of the carrier had been proven, he put aside all his doubts and expressed his firm support for He Peng Flying.

After seeing He Peng Fei, Wu-woo continued to raise funds. In order to avoid this, he specifically referred to Wu Woo: your company belongs to the state, and only pays and doesn’t pay. On instructions from Wu Woo, he transferred the funds to the company that was the source of the information, which in turn was transferred by the company that was the source of the information.

The main purpose of this is to appear as a private company, so as not to show Wu Woo’s “shows” and give others a “spoken.”

On October 29th, Tsui received an additional 150 million yuan, plus the previous 80 million yuan, which corresponded to 230 million yuan (US$ 26 million at the time of the exchange rate).

Suh Jinping vowed to say to Zhao, “When the Turkish Strait and the Suez Canal are connected, as soon as the purchase of the ship arrives at the Black Sea Shipyard, “Walang” will be ready to sail in early November. I’m sorry.

But then he paid a heavy price for his actions.

If there’s no good, there’s no good people.

Tsui Jinping has begun to “silent” again.

In addition, under the winning agreement between Xu Jinping and the Black Sea Shipyard, as of 1 November, if “Walung” fails to leave the dock on time, he will pay $5,000 per day in berthing fees; if he fails to pay the final payment for the purchase of the ship on time, he will also pay the cut-off rate.

Every day is full of money.

Most importantly, the whole ship-buying operation was conducted by Xu Jinping, who stood in front of the station, and the others were behind the scenes, and today’s story about Xu Jinping’s buying of a carrier in Hong Kong, to the effect that I could afford it.

This has caused the news of Tsui Jinping’s purchase of the Ukrainian carrier to blow up, and some media have even begun to link the carrier to the Chinese government, the least I would have liked to see.

It’s time for November 5th to sit down, and he decided to publicly buy the carrier.

He found Zhang Yong, who, in his capacity as a director of the Macao Creative Corporation, had organized a press conference to show that the purchase of the carrier was a private business of the Macao Creative Corporation and had nothing to do with the Mainland official, so that he could put some pressure on Xu to bring the boat back to the ground.

On November 10, Zhang Yong and Xu Jinping together organized a “Close of the Shipbacks of Macao Genesis Travel and Entertainment Limited” at the Hong Kong ITC.

During the press conference, Xu Jinping and Zhang Yong announced to the media a plan for the “Walung” voyage, answering questions from the media and showing the “Walung” drawings for future commercial purposes on the spot and presenting the specific design content.

Zhang Yong and Xu Jinping also received media interviews with Reuters, BBC and CNN. Nearly 100 journalists from more than 20 outside their homes attended and covered the press conference.

The subject of all the media reports at the time was the “Shipper Recreation City”.

The press conference made a lot of noise and Seo Jinping did get under pressure to move. He chartered a long-sea tugboat from the Netherlands to the Black Sea shipyard from the Atlantic Ocean.

The ship is finally on its way home.

However, the tugboat went to the Black Sea Shipyard without moving.

After a week, I couldn’t help but call. Suh Jinping said, “Soon! I’m sorry.

After a few days, he called himself and said, “Why isn’t the boat moving?” I’m sorry.

It doesn’t matter. Xu Jinping’s answer is that the Ukrainian shipyard is going up 100 million yuan!

But he asked him for a reason and a letter, and he couldn’t get it out.

This has led to a total loss of confidence in Xu Jinping.

Two days later, he said to Wu Woo: “Notify Seo Jinping that the reconciliation is due at the end of the year and that he should report the accounts relating to “Walung”. I’m sorry.

On a day in late December 1998, Seo Jinping presented a package of expense documents for Zhang Yong to travel to Beijing.

Of this amount, $16.96 million is for “consultants”, $4.3 million for “public relations”, and $8.71 million for “administrative finance”. The sum of the three costs amounted to $29.97 million, which was equivalent at the time to RMB 230.0 million, and together they were more than $20 million in boat purchases.

He was angry and said to Zhang Yong: “No, not this.” It’s not about the boat. He was asked to send his money to Ukraine. You tell Seo Jinping not to be so smart! We do not approve. I’m sorry.

He was in a very bad position when he had been anonymously reported after he had been able to fix up his securities in Huasha, which had touched the interests of a number of people, while he was being investigated by a higher investigation team.

By the beginning of 1999, Xu Jinping continued to delay the departure of the “Walang” on the pretext of raising funds.

Zhang Yong, as a funder, is anxious as an ant on the hot pot to ask Zhang Yong what’s going on.

Zhang Yong came to Xu’s office, and said to him, “Why hasn’t the old Seo Walang moved?” I’m sorry.

Suh Jinping is 16 years younger than Zhang Yong, and is more polite to him: “My brother, I am short of money! You tell her for me, give me another $900,000 and I’ll move. I’m sorry.

Zhang Yong is very puzzled: “What about the money you received from Wah Ha securities? I’m sorry.

He said, “I never thought it would cost so much to rent a tugboat, and to defunct all kinds of relationships, and to spend money everywhere.” I’m sorry.

At that time, Tsui Gyeongping stopped making any disguises, and he was confident that he had used the death of the carrier to trap the Queen.

If you don’t keep throwing money, I’ll keep it running.

This was the spring of 1999.

After the spring festival, Xu Jinping called to check the basis of his remittance, and after seeing that the matter could not be delayed, he finally sent a large package of financial information to Beijing a few days later.

These include financial statements, current accounts, bank statements, etc., which are not understood. But by chance, the whole thing was about a financial master, and he was called to help.

It’s a piece of cake for a good student to read something like “The Book.”

He verified that Wah Xuan gave Xu Jinping $26 million, that Xu Jinping paid only $10 million (with $2 million of his own) to the Ukrainian Black Sea Shipyard, and that an additional $18 million was unaccounted for.

“This is too much! This man’s conscience is broken! There’s no bottom line!”

Prior to that, Xu Jinping believed that he was buying a carrier for his country and was afraid to do anything. I didn’t know he had the money stolen!

He immediately called and asked Xu, “Where is the money?” I’m sorry.

Tsui Jinping continues: “The money was not returned to the Black Sea Shipyard, but it was spent on this ship. I’m sorry.

Of course he won’t believe that, but he can’t. The carrier was slow to return, as if the heart of the Queen was crushing a mountain.

The mall is like a battlefield.

Ever since he was involved in the purchase of the carrier, he has been an elite member of the financial community, although he has always been passive and led by Xu Jinping.

This man, who had been growing for 2 years, who had spent 10 years in the county cultural hall, then worked from the local bank to the China Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as Chairman of the Wahxia Securities Board, with 30 years of work experience, was not easily defeated.

The response will soon be ready for implementation.

In early April, the shipyard of the Black Sea in Ukraine sent a letter of attorney to the Macao Bar Association urging the Macao Bar Corporation to pay for the purchase of ” The balance and demurrage of the Valange carrier, as well as demurrage fees and fines, amounted to $13 million, of which the balance had to be paid by 30 April, otherwise it was considered that Macao’s founding firm had abandoned the “Valange” and that the funds had been paid back.

He knew that Seo Jinping had no money in his hand, or would come to him.

He then replaced Zhang Yong with Wu Woo, the chairman of the acquired Hong Kong Delta, and allowed Hong Kong to take over the shares held by the previous contact company, and then to negotiate directly between Wu Woo and Seo Jinping.

All the money for the boat was raised by Wu Woo before he was busy and at a time when his heart was on fire.

Wu Woo was in his 30s and young. He took advantage of Xu Zhengping’s sense of rushing to spend money and not ruining the carrier’s project, and put him in his hands — money that can’t be given directly to you — and if you want to keep Zhao Qianping, you have to trade your share in it.

Suh Jinping’s transfer of shares

On the 29th of April, 1999, Zilong made two decisions.

On the one hand, he asked Wu Woo to go to Macau to process the transfer of the shares of Macao’s founding law; on the other hand, he ordered him to send money to Hong Kong for a journey to Shenzhen. Since the State was very strict on foreign exchange controls at the time, those who went to Shenzhen could only do so through special channels.

In his office in Beijing, he was anxious to hear from two people.

In the middle of the night, the phone was ringing, and Wu-woo in the microphone shouted, “Okay, boss! 80!”

At first he thought he was wrong, because he expected only 60% of the shares, and he asked Wu Woo, “How much more?” I’m sorry.

“80 La! U Woo learned to repeat it aloud. And half of this is for Zhui, and the other half is for Tsui Jinping who is behind it.

From July 1998 to the end of April 1999, for most of the year, Zheng and Wu Woo were beaten over and over again by this crooked porter, and now they have 80% of Macao’s founding law. Kicking Xu Jinping out of the game is only a matter of procedure, and the evil in their hearts has finally been unleashed.

He was so happy he didn’t sleep all night. Since then, the Valange project has come to its conclusion.

8. Doing the right thing is more important than doing the right thing.

So here’s the story: I’m just trying to figure out four words for Xu Jinping’s performance.

First of all, Tsui Jinping has been successful in buying a carrier.

At the end of 1996, Ukraine decided to treat the Valange carrier at the price of the wreck, but required that any company with a national background should not participate in the competitive bidding, and that it must appear with a government-guaranteed third-party civil company to bid for the purchase.

Xu Jinping was seen by the authorities at the time and he was encouraged to buy the ship in his private capacity and in a commercial way.

Tsui Jinping did a great deal of effective work in the early planning, competitive bidding and winning process.

But after winning the bid in March 1998, he put his personal interests above national interests and turned the carrier into his own money-shocking tree, poaching pot. The use of trust and the misappropriation of huge money for the purchase of a ship has repeatedly put “Walange” at risk of being auctioned again.

After the spring of 1999, when Tsui asked where $18 million went, the Hong Kong media revealed news that Seo Jinping had purchased the Hilltop House of Deepwater Bay 37 and had recently paid his final payment.

Now, Deepwater Bay 37 is home to Lee Ka-sheng, Huo Jianning, but wonder how expensive this house is.

After losing the decision-making power of Macao ‘ s founding law, Xu Jinping did not repent, but instead began to retaliate.

First, more than $1 million returned to the Singapore Tow Company was put into his own pocket; then, when Zhang Yong handed over the Varang project document to Zhang Yong, he changed the Macao Charter of Law and wanted to trip over.

These are just a small part of a series of actions he’s doing behind his back.

In the end, these little moves led him to be relieved of all his duties on October 9th of Macao’s founding law and kicked out of the game.

Since then, Xu Jinping has continued to claim to be a “Walang” buyer in front of the media, saying that the carrier had bought it himself, that it had bankrupted its own company, that even the carrier had donated itself to the state, and that it continued to collect fame, which was exaggerated as a “national hero.”

This is the name of a “national hero” who was set up for “Hama’s credit” when Hong Kong was visited by the carrier Liaoning in 2017, when prominent people from all walks of life were invited to visit Hong Kong.

The Liao Ning carrier visited Hong Kong in 2017.

9. The wrongly committed

After that, Tsui Jinping turned around and we went on to talk about Zoe.

In March 1999, in order to circumvent the status of a state-owned enterprise, a company called the East Ribbon Company was selected in Beijing to take over the shares in Hong Kong’s Tashi, which is after all a fully-owned subsidiary of Wahxia in Hong Kong and a state-owned enterprise.

Zhang Yong and Dai Yu, the general manager of the East Reconnaissance, cooperated with each other in good faith and, in early September, visited the Ukrainian Black Sea Shipyard.

Until then, everyone knew the truth: Xu Jinping had not even signed an official contract for the purchase of a boat, let alone to return home!

Tsui Jinping has been performing!

Finally, on October 24th, Zhang Yong and Dae signed a contract with the Ukrainian Black Sea Shipyard for the official delivery of the “Valang” carrier.

Formal ship purchase contract

The issue of ship ownership was resolved, but how was the ship towed back?

When it was only the financier, and the matter was dealt with by Seo Sang-Ping, he now had to face the challenge of how the ship would cross the Turkish Strait, what would be done about the customs formalities, who would be given it.

At a time when the country was trying to take over the “Walang” by the Zanto relationship, some people inside Wahsha’s securities were informed about the purchase of the carrier, and the matter was suddenly stabbed to the authorities.

I had no idea that I had the opportunity to stab myself in the back because of the internal fighting in Wahsha’s securities.

As we mentioned earlier, the restructuring of the Wachsa securities has touched the interests of some people and has been reported anonymously and investigated.

The investigation team was based in Huaxia for almost a year and did not find any irregularities. On the contrary, he is a decent man with a clear reward. In the case of split houses, the business cadres are first chosen, followed by middle-level cadres and, lastly, executives, so staff members have a good reputation.

However, the purchase of the carrier did not report to the investigation team, as he explained that the whole matter had been operated by the company under Wu Woo’s control, which was a sub-company of Wahsha Securities and was outside the scope of the investigation.

On 14 November I wrote a note to the effect that this was an act of the State, that the troops came to us to help, and I provided it. Finally, it is proposed that the ” Wallange ” project be taken over by the National Defence Commission or by Chinese ship heavy workers or other departments, with a view to strengthening its leadership, direction and coordination.

The investigation team reported the incident and replied that no units or individuals of the military had commissioned companies or individuals to purchase carriers.

The result was unexpected. In this way, the “Walang” project, which was meant to be “act of the state”, became “personal.”

At that moment it was darkened.

Since then, there has been “boldness, serious investigation, and good law, as an example.” I’m sorry.

Early in December, Kan and Wu Woo were suspended.

Because the central decision was not to take care of the carrier, the purchase of the carrier ran counter to the central decision, and he belonged to the municipal cadre of the city of Beijing and had even been labelled as a political problem.

10, each ending.

Valange:

At the beginning of March 2000, it was reported that the eastern remittance was intended to collateral the “Walang” that had remained in the Black Sea and to finance $200 million from a Taiwan company.

It was felt that the matter was of great importance, and a few days later the matter was sorted into a paper and sent to the centre from various sources.

Can’t a heavy weapon get people to get their hands on it? Although this later proved to be a ulong incident, it also led directly to the official State takeover of “Varang”.

On 14 June 2000, “Walange” left the Black Sea shipyard, after two years, docked at Dalian port on 3 March 2002.

On April 17, 2004, Huasha Securities, a major shareholder of the board of the firm, decided to sell “Valange” to the State, holding only 20 per cent of the company’s shares, Xu Jinping refused to sign the board’s decision.

Two days later, the Wahsha Securities Corporation handed over title to the shipping carrier Valange to the State.

In August of the same year, China’s carrier project was officially set up. Eight years later, the Wallange Phoenix became the Liao Ning ship, the cradle of the people’s naval carrier.

Wahsha securities:

At the end of 1999, he was suspended from office, and the Chairman and the General Manager of the Huasha Securities were replaced on several occasions, but his business was disrupted and he expanded in an disorderly manner, causing substantial losses to the company as a result of various irregularities and the commissioning of money, which eventually led to his application for bankruptcy in 2008.

Wu Woo:

Wu Woo has been on the investigation team since December 16, 1999, and since April 30, 2000, he has been deprived of his liberty. 136 days, he knows who stabbed him behind his back, and he is afraid that he will become the target of someone else’s eyes.

A public company was acquired in less than two years after Wu Woo’s social unrest and re-listed after packaging, making a huge profit.

I’m sorry.

In December 1999, when the Joint Investigation Group (JIT) moved to CVM, after six months of internal and external checks, no economic problems such as corruption and bribery were detected, and no conclusion could be drawn on the “large-scale business investment in irregularities”, the JIT withdrew and was ” hanging up” without any treatment.

No one has returned him to work, no one has restored him to his organizational life, no one has even restored him to his salary, which is less than RMB 300 per month.

On 12 January 2018, the Beijing Municipal Disciplinary Commission met with Zhuang and officially informed him that the case concerning the “Walang” project had been closed. In view of his significant contribution to the country, the organization decided that the wages and bonuses outstanding for the 19 years would be paid in accordance with the level of the director of the company and that the relevant departments would issue him with a certificate of outstanding contribution to the Chinese carrier.

Concluding remarks:

When I learned about the Valange project, all I could think of was the words of Lin Tzu who said, “If the country is alive or dead, it is not evil or good that will escape.” I’m sorry.

One is not a soldier and the other is not the head of the relevant State department. He was the chairman of a securities firm, a Beijing-based official of a state-owned enterprise, but in the face of such problems as the purchase of a carrier, he chose to face up to the challenge.

He said: “I will pay a personal price for the good of the nation.” What’s the difference between this and the time of war, the martyr who died in a bomb bag to bomb a bunker?

Now that China has entered the age of two carrieres, the larger one, and the carrier on board, which takes off with a projectile, is nearing completion.

It is to be hoped that those who truly contribute to China’s carrier industry in such a way can be better known and remembered.

Heroes are not born from the battlefield alone, and achievements go beyond blood.
