Without a laboratory, without professional equipment, Liu Zhuhua produced meth once in a hotel toilet.
Liu Zhanghua is probably the first person in mainland China to have privately produced meth.
Later, it was possible to find alternative methods of drug production by searching for information on its own.
By 1996, Liu Zohua had a stable programme of meth production, prepared with sulphuric acid, which would completely exclude ephedrine that could be traced by the police.
He’s got a new method of making meth, near 98% purity, more than the Golden Triangle and Mexico’s purest.
Nine years of flight, because he was a veteran and a prominent judicial practitioner, also led to his becoming the “most subtle, most difficult” opponent of the police.
On his way to escape, he married a new wife, sold lottery tickets, became a university guest lecturer, and pretended to have a contract with the government to become a tree grower.
01
“If the foreigners can open our doors with opium, then I can open their doors with meth. Why don’t you try it?”
“I don’t sell drugs to Chinese, only foreigners. I’m sorry.
It’s hard to imagine what a giant drug lord would say before the death penalty. And when he said that, he had a calm smile on his face, as if he was bragging at the wine table.
In the history of crime in China, there are a large number of felons who are aggressive and capable of doing so.
But really the “criminal genius” and the wealth of life, the “genius” plus “crazy” experience, is definitely the number one.
The man’s dark mind, distorted visions, including disregard for crime, and extremely high IQs, even in the history of crimes committed by all humankind, are the first.
02
“The small town maker” is Liu’s first identity in his life.
In 1966, Liu Zhihua was born in the town of Sai Wan in Fujian, a civilian family of the Buddha, an old family with four brothers and sisters.
At the age of 9, his mother suffered from severe and sudden illness. Liu Zhihua kneeled before the Buddha and cried so badly that he would eat a year of fasting in order to save his mother.
In the eyes of the country’s neighbours, the child is a “good man” and a good man.
Liu Xiaohua was not only of a good character, but also of a particularly good character.
However, his father went out to sell tofu when he was 12 years old and died in a car accident, followed by his mother a few years later.
As a result of the successive blows of death, Liu Zohua, who was in adolescence, became demeanor and sometimes did something that he dared not do.
Despite this, Liu Zhihua has continued to perform well, particularly in the field of chemistry, where he has demonstrated a human talent and has been awarded prizes on several occasions in chemical competitions.
However, in a family of parents who are both dead and extremely poor, Liu Zihua’s entire talent is destined to be lost — he can’t even afford to pay his tuition…
In November 1983, the sophomore Liu Zhihua chose to drop out of the army.
Liu Zhanghua’s performance in the army remains outstanding and very positive. Two years later, he was promoted to the Fuzhou Military Police Command School, where he was subsequently assigned to the police force of the city of Pyongyang, where he was quickly promoted to the rank of platoon commander because of his hard work.
Only Liu Zhouhua, who was in the military at the same time, was given such a drying.
Unfortunately, it is clear that he does not value these privileges.
Even these days of service have become the beginning of his path to corruption…
Turns out, the island of Hindya is far from the town of Liu Zhihua. This is the closest place to Taiwan and the first stop for many of the Chinese traders to enter the continent.
There are also tens of thousands of tourists from Taiwan who travel from Pyongyang to the island of Mekong each year.
The flexible and friendly Liu Zhuihua, who soon joined several traders in Taiwan, earned a small sum of money from the smuggling of goods such as dragonbone wine.
And the rich, drunk and rich lives of Taiwan’s Chinese merchants have opened his eyes.
“Man’s desire is like an irreversible chemical reaction. Once it’s lit, it won’t come back. I’m sorry.
Many years later, Liu Xianhua recalled the opportunity, as he said, for a change of mind.
Life in the barracks is too simple and boring in comparison to the enjoyment of those things. However, it is stipulated that only 15 years of service are allowed to be converted.
Liu Zihua could not wait to leave the army and he could not bear it for a moment. But after all, what should we do?
The man had a mind-blowing idea.
On one occasion, he deliberately overstated 145 dollars, a sum which was not insignificant at the time, and which Liu Zhihua had carefully designed to eat one of the penalties imposed by the administration of the detachment and one of the severe warnings issued by the regiment.
Why can’t the superiors understand how such a good soldier could be so greedy?
He didn’t expect it. It was all part of the plan.
As a result, Liu Zhuhua, with his stains, quickly succeeded in re-establishing his career as he wished.
In view of his outstanding capabilities, the force still arranged for him to go to the judicial police unit in Fouan City.
As a result, the “specially capable bailiff” became Liu’s second identity in life.
In the Judicial Police, Liu Zhihua was as good as ever, and he soon became an expert in his business, not only in his work, but also in his third degree as well as in his “good worker”.
According to colleagues on the team at the time, Liu Zohua was a highly skilled man and was definitely the backbone of the judicial police, and his future could be incalculable if he continued to work in court.
Moreover, Liu Zhihua was able to fight, counted one or two of the bailiffs, pursued one fugitive, and four or five bailiffs couldn’t hold it. Liu Zhou Zhou Zhu went to the ground alone.
In 1988, Liu was given a very special assignment.
At that time, a former Deputy District Attorney of Taipei smuggled in to the mainland and organized eight rooms on the fourth floor of the 7th floor of the East Lake Hotel in Fukuzhou to arrange for Liu Zhao to protect him.
Soon after the contact, the man saw Liu Zohua’s desire for wealth and spoke with intent to mention some of his previous money-making difficulties.
“Taiwans are so good at doing things? Liu Xiaohua has become more agitated.
Later, in a chat, the “Deputy Administrator” heard that Liu Zohua was particularly interested in chemistry, starting with the use of amphetamine stimulants by the Japanese forces during the war, talking about various drugs, and then referring to a new thing that has recently become popular in Taiwan – the Awakening.
The “Deputy Commissioner” whispered, “This thing is in Taiwan, it’s a diet, and it’s actually underground, and many people use it as a drug…”
This time, Liu Zhanghua’s got it all.
At the time, he did not know that the so-called “awakening agent” was later infamous “myth.”
It’s easier to tell Liu when he sees him.
Liu Xiaohua was more enjoying than listening to each other.
A few days later, the “subdirector” slipped a bag of things into his head: “If you have the skills, try and get it out.”
03
As soon as Liu Xiaohua looks, it says “ephedrine” on the packaging, in Mongolia.
A few days later, he kept himself in the toilet of a small hotel, which took only two or three hours to synthesize a small amount of meth.
You know, this was in 1988, and our first seizure was recorded in 1991.
This means that Liu Zhanghua is probably the first person in mainland China to have privately produced meth.
When his 50-gram sample was handed over to the “Deputy Administrator” it was incredible that someone could make meth at once without a laboratory, without a professional equipment.
“And indeed, your continent is one of the best.” I’m sorry.
“You’re wrong. It’s not a compliment. All of China can do it. It’s probably just me. Liu Xiaohua shot his chest and laughed.
“The Deputy Chief will take the money first.” I’ll see you later. I’m sorry.
“Don’t need the money. I’ve heard that your chemical studies in Taiwan are good, so if you have a chance, bring me some. I’m sorry.
Later on, it was true that he had brought a copy of Organic Fine Chemistry. This book, together with another ” Organic Chemistry in the University ” , became two books that Liu Zhihua never left in the early years.
When he was a bailiff, Liu Zhouhua was paid 56 dollars, and he complained to his colleagues more than once, “How can that be good?” I’m sorry.
And when he found out that the “rich shortcut” was made, he started to figure out how to do it.
At the end of the 1980s, the wave of reforms and openings had just entered Fujian, and the business environment was still bleak and few people were willing to do business.
Liu Zhihua, because of his ability, was drawn from the judicial police force to participate in the solicitation of funds.
He knew a lot of the leaders and made contact with a number of businessmen: from Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
These people have become his source and resource. A few years later, in 1991, Liu Zohua rented 13 acres on the coast of Saijin town, built three chemical plants and made plastics.
Obviously, these are just a front.
On the edge of the factory, he built another three-storey villa. It seemed like a private mansion, but later it became his real home — a drug camp.
The drug expert became Liu Zhihua’s third identity and the most dangerous.
As a result, a highly skilled judicial police officer, who is also the owner of a plastic factory, hides the true identity of a drug dealer.
In the early 1990s, only 26-year-old Liu Zhihua was the founder of today’s Slash Youth.
This one-nightly, poor kid, “Rose back home” and he eats and wears a lot.
After he built his house with the pool, he set up a feast for the head of the locals.
Even when he went back to court, one of his colleagues kindly reminded him, “O Xiao Liu, you drive this 3.0-caliber crown, so the president drives Santana…”
Liu Xiaohua smiled and said nothing. In a few days, he quit the bailiff.
Even the Dean himself retained him, thinking the team lost a C-man.
It is not meaningless for Liu Zohua, who has a great deal of expertise over the years, from the military police to the judicial police: from the pursuit of prisoners, to their escort, to their custody, to their trial and even to the management of their equipment.
This has led him to become the “most subtle, most difficult” opponent of the police in the future.
04
After 91 years, our police are aware of the dangers of methamphetamine and have strictly controlled the raw materials they need to produce, especially ephedrine.
Liu Zhouhua, who also served as a judicial police officer at the time, learned that he understood that once drugs were being targeted by the police, the source of the raw materials would be investigated in the first place and that there was a high probability of exposure if ephedrine were to continue to be used as a drug.
He had therefore decided to find out what other methods of preparation were.
Liu has strong confidence in this: once he has the money, the original accumulation of capital has been completed, he can spend 400,000 dollars at once on “development” of drugs.
Second, he was a chemical genius who could understand himself by checking his own data and find an alternative way to cook.
As a matter of fact, by 1996, Liu Zhihua had a stable meth programme, prepared with sulphuric acid, which would completely eliminate ephedrine.
He was, however, not satisfied with the programme, as the production of methamphetamine sulphate was of low purity and lacked a good look and price.
To that end, he had deliberately travelled to Shaanxi to visit a retired well-known chemical expert to learn about methamphetamine production techniques.
The old professor was moved by his mouth and promised to help because he didn’t know it was meth and thought it was just some kind of diet.
A month-long laboratory, where the old professor, although unable to find a solution, gave a key recommendation — to discard sulphuric acid and use hydrochloric acid reaction to obtain crystallization.
It is worth mentioning that the old professor also had great regret when Liu Zhanghua became notoriously known. During the trial, Liu Zohua insisted on clearing the professor ‘ s suspicion, claiming that he had only asked for chemical knowledge and had nothing to do with the production of drugs.
That makes sense.
After all, the research and development of the new type of meth was entirely the result of Liu’s own research.
By reviewing a large number of professional books, with repeated experiments, this gifted man finally “successful” …
The new method of making up meth is close to 98% purity, exceeding the Golden Triangle and Mexico’s purest.
More importantly, this new approach, which was the first in the world and did not require ephedrine at all as a feedstock, has made police tracing more difficult.
Later, Liu’s meth preparation even reached Mexico’s number one drug lord, Shorty. In the ears of Guzman, he was eager to pay heavily for Liu Zhua to be included in his own drug empire.
Ultimately, however, this was not achieved. It’s hard to imagine he’s willing to do something for others.
Even the fictional “Death Killer” of the author, compared to Liu Xiaohua, is dwarfed.
Just like Bai had a drug partner, Liu Zhihua had a “partner” and Chen Zhang.
This man is an able man who has access to drug trafficking to Taiwan, South-East Asia and even Europe and America.
Liu Zohua has prepared high-purity meth and sold it to him at a price of 15,000 yuan per kilogram.
Chen turned his hands to $300,000 a kilo, and on the black market someone even offered a higher price, because the meth was “blacking is really good.”
While delivering the goods, Liu Xiehua used to tell Chen Zhang that the goods could only be sold abroad, and never in the country! That’s the principle!”
But don’t get me wrong, it’s not that he’s really in love with the state, it’s just that Fujian is too tight to be targeted.
Even though he was told to betray him, Chen Zhang sold the drugs to a Fujian Chang Lok and went into the country in large quantities.
Liu Zohua’s judgement proved to be correct.
In a few months, Fujian Drug Enforcement Police followed the new shipment of meth and found Chen Ahzhang in Fukuda, following the distribution channels.
Liu Zhouhua, who had just died as a result of an accident, went home to attend the funeral and escaped the hunt.
In the case of the others, it must have been a shock to hear that their most direct associates had been arrested.
But directly upstream, as Chen, Liu Zhihua did an alarming thing instead of panicking.
05
On 26 November 1996, the Chen Ahzhang case was heard in public in the Intermediate People ‘ s Court of Fukuzhou.
Liu Zhihua has been following the progress of the case, and he went to court himself, as if he were a wanker, listening to the entire trial of his accomplices …
“The court, I’m so familiar with it. I’ll just sit there and hear if he gives me up! Ha ha ha!
Many years later, Liu Zhihua, who was also imprisoned, remembered the scene and was still having fun.
At that time, he felt that he had some important points on his hand and that the other party would not necessarily confess to himself directly. Indeed, Chen Zhang did not give his name directly in court.
However, as soon as the final outcome of the trial was published as a death sentence, Liu Zohua made a judgement:
“He’s going to give me up for life if it’s the death penalty. I’m sorry.
As a matter of fact, Chen changed his mouth in prison and explained his relationship with Liu Zhihua, and the death penalty was commuted to life.
Liu Zhouhua returned to Fouan overnight that day, hiding in the three-storey villa, where he spent more than a month studying the flight programme.
Perhaps you’d be curious to know that he’s here, and he’s still in a good place to plan. As a matter of fact, the villa itself has the potential to be traced by the police, and Liu Zohua is well prepared:
First, under the villa, there’s a secret passage to the Sejiang 150 meters away.
On the Sejiang, Liu Zhouhua kept a fast boat on hold for many years, with good maintenance and full fuel.
From the villa to the escape boat, it’ll only take 90 seconds. Get on a speedboat and get off the main course of Sejiang in three minutes. And as long as we go down the river, we can go all the way to Taiwan through Hapo’s seaport…
In other words, it’s only four and a half minutes before Liu Zhihua can escape from the villa to a water that is hard to catch.
In order to enter the village, the police must pass through the village entrance, from where they arrive to the villa for 40 minutes. At the village entrance there was Liu Zhouhua’s secret post, and he could be notified of his flight as soon as the wind was blowing.
However, this insurance scheme ultimately did not really work.
Perhaps Liu Zhihua felt that he was well planned, and perhaps he was still afraid of an accident and had voluntarily started to flee before the police could trace him to Fouan.
On 31 December 1998, Liu Zhihua disappeared from the village.
Even his wife, Wu Yunqing, had no idea where his husband was.
She was a teacher at a secondary school in the city of Ningde, and when she learned that the good-faith husband was a drug dealer, Wu Yunqing was heartbroken and she decided to leave the house.
In March 1997, the Public Security Department of Fujian Province officially issued a wanted warrant for the pursuit of Liu Zhanghua, a drug dealer.
From that moment on, this man opened the next identity label of his life — the big fugitive.
This escape is nine years.
It is possible, however, that the experience of this fugitive may be quite different from what you imagine.
There is not much fear and death.
He married a new wife and started another business…
06
No one can imagine that Liu Zihua’s first escape was the famous Temple of Zen Zhenfu: the Temple of Sanctuary of the Sanctuary of Saihu.
His father’s ashes were stored in this ancient temple, which was built in Tang Dynasty.
It’s just that, in the face of the father of the Nine Springs, the son did not inspire any conscience, but rather intensified.
Liu Zhihua spent a few days in the temple and had enough worship and went south to Hainan Sanya.
In a rental house in the east of the Sanya River, Liu Zohua lived a happy life as a fairy. He was not busy working on drugs, he drank tea every day, read books, ate some seafood at least five times, and walked around the sea at sunset.
That’s almost a year.
Soon, the highly respected fugitive grew fat and fat, and it was difficult to reach him with a round face.
Not only did he talk about a girlfriend but he got pregnant. Liu Zhihua became a slag, put a little money in it and sent him back to Hunan’s home to have children.
At this point, the 200,000 that he brought with him at the beginning of his escape has been spent almost.
But Liu Zhihua is not in a hurry. After all, his tourism project in Hunan is close to profit…
More importantly, he’s found his next landing ground — Guangdong Puning.
Where is Panning?
Here in the ’90s, we can describe it as a “drug hole.” The most popular “twilight king” Chen Bing Sing was from Panning. At the time, several other major drug lords, such as Zhang Kai-king, the drug king of Burma, and Thashilin, came to Panning and Chen Bingxi to exchange experiences.
Chan Bingxi
But Chen didn’t know anything about meth at that time. He was working on heroin, which at that time belonged to Sunset Drugs in Mount Sunset.
Chen Bingxi also wanted to open a new door, but asked everyone and knew nothing about new technologies.
At the beginning of the spring of 1998, Liu Zhihua turned to Chen Bingxi, but the other party was not aware that he was indifferent.
With Liu Zhihua, he “visited” the drug king, along with a couple of men and women, a professor at Chengdu University and a larger woman, claiming to be a police officer in charge of the archives of a drug squad in Sichuan.
The two men blew up at the wine table.
Liu Xiaohua just smiles and looks around them like a joke…
After three rounds of wine, Chen Bingxi asked me about some of the technical aspects of the drug manufacture, and I started stinging.
It’s time to show up.
He spoke in three words, and then he gave a general explanation of the principle of making the poison, and listened to them.
“Brother, you’re very good!” I’m sorry.
“I made all this meth, but I didn’t lie to you.” I’m sorry.
As soon as it was said, Chen Bingxi was offering Liu Zohua as a god of fortune, and then he fell short of worship. The two “Big Bulls” were instead sent away by him in silence.
It is true that in a few days after Liu Zohua’s partnership, the Chen Bing Sing gang produced 500 kg of meth.
But Liu Zhihua is not satisfied with the visitation of Chen’s drug king.
It was only then that Chen Bingxi knew that the man was in hiding and that he was not pretending, that he had opened up his “cooperation programme”: he was in charge of making the money, choosing the site and selling it; and Liu Zohua was in charge of the procurement of the raw materials and equipment and making the production.
Pawning’s drug factory, fully equipped.
They’re like a CEO and a CTO, split half.
Liu Xianhua agreed.
During the period of Panning, the glamorous Liu Zhua talked about a new girlfriend, Lee Xiaoqing, or his family home. Liu Zhihua loved this new party and bought a house for each other.
In July, the two men returned to their homes to obtain a certificate of marriage.
Because the wedding picture was good, the studio put it in the window for over a year…
If the boss knows he’s dead, he’s a wanted man, and he doesn’t want to think…
In a few months, there was an accident in the wake of a meth plant, where sewage flows to fish ponds to poison fish and villagers report it.
Chen Bingxi felt that there was a high risk of exposure and then shut down the plant. We’ll talk about a new place to rebuild.
Liu Zhihua felt that he was always in the south, and sooner or later the police would find out, so just run away.
This escape, in the Great Northwest, created a “drug super factory”
07
Liu Zihua’s next escape is Ningxia Sinkawa.
He had previously heard that there was a pharmaceutical factory that was running out of money and ready to sell. After a field visit, Liu Zhihua found the plant to be very suitable for cooking.
He took the team with Punin, the original crew, and took 10 large trucks to Silvergawa.
Soon, it became his “super-workshop” for the development of drugs, led by Liu Zohua in the “one-line team”, who not only personally selected various catalysts, but also developed synthesis and crystallization processes and even captured pollution emissions.
If it wasn’t for drugs, it’d be a chemical boss’s pie.
He also printed 10,000 cardboard boxes in one instance, marked with potassium stuporide cigarettes, which could be packed with 200 tons of meth, disguised as proof of the terrible “manufacturing” of the plant — one ton of meth in one day if it was produced with enough horsepower!
It’s obvious how many people these huge quantities of drugs can get hurt…
When the production was completed, Liu Zhihua was busy selling.
It is clear, however, that this kind of sale will not work in the Great North-West and that Liu Zhanghua will return to Guangzhou.
In a few short months, his Gincheon factory had already earned tens of millions of dollars, and Liu Zhanghua had chosen to stay in a luxury hotel in Tianhe District, the President’s Hotel.
On the 818th floor of the hotel, Liu Zhihua and Chen Bingxi met again to discuss subsequent sales cooperation.
At this juncture, the Guangzhou Drug Enforcement Police just found 400 kilos of heroin.
It is clear that these drugs are the product of Chen Bingzie, whose Ma Xiaogwang took stock of the goods in the storeroom and the police seized them.
When the scene was seized, the police officers accidentally discovered another suspicious warehouse.
After breaking into the door, the scene in it shocked all the officers…
Even in the entire history of drug trafficking, this is a remarkable event: The warehouse was full of boxes of meth, each of which was stacked directly from the ground to the ceiling.
Even the police sent an entire platoon of armed policemen to take out all this huge amount of meth and pile up a whole basketball field!
After weighing on the spot, they obtained an amazing figure: 12.36 tons.
What does that mean?
The total amount of methamphetamine seized in the world that year did not add up to that. Someone has calculated that if this shipment could be sold to the United States, it would be worth $5.5 billion!
“Who made all this meth? Where did it come from?”
A familiar name has gradually surfaced.
Through drug identification, the police discovered these meths, and the Fouan meth case of 1997 used the same preparation techniques.
“The only person who understands this technology is Liu Zhihua! Maybe he’s in Guangzhou.
From the mouth of Luo Jianguang, the police questioned Liu Zhouhua ‘ s location and immediately organized a large group of plainclothes policemen to the Presidential Hotel.
At this point, the drug lord Liu Zhihua came back from the hotel lobby to take the elevator upstairs…
08
At the elevator entrance in the lobby, and at a moment when he was naked in plain clothes, it was immediately discovered by the experienced and illustrious Liu Zhouhua that he was likely to be a police officer.
“I’ve known the behavior of plainclothes for years. I’m sorry.
After his arrest, Liu Zhihua was reminiscent of the moment.
“The more nervous these days, the more people suspect you. Once you try to run, it’s over. I’m sorry.
Liu Zihua followed his plainclothes and went into the elevator car.
The moment he pressed the 8th floor button, he was more convinced that this man was definitely coming for himself. He pressed a 7th floor unhurriedly, pretending to be a tenant, standing in the back of his plainclothes.
The plainclothes looked back and did not recognize him.
7th floor, elevator door open, Liu Zhihua walked out.
After confirming that the police were not following, he turned around and ran all the way down the stairs and escaped from the Presidential Hotel.
However, this was only the first round-up, when the police had set up a number of cards in all major traffic routes throughout Guangzhou, and Liu Zhouhua seemed to have lost his wings.
I didn’t think this old fox would do the opposite again.
“The police must have thought I wanted to drive or take a ride, but whoever got on four wheels would have been caught alive…”
As a result, he snuck to a bicycle shop near the hotel and outside the main school in Nan. He bought a new car. Then he learned the locals’ face, so he walked on a bicycle, riding along a small road, and drove all the way out of the river, and he hit him with a taxi.
How many checkpoints were there on the way?
After fleeing Guangzhou, Liu Zhihua thought that, since his whereabouts had already been revealed, he would have to choose a place he had never visited before. The police were surprised.
Where should I go?
09
At the end of 1999, Liu Zhanghua travelled all the way to Qing, Xiamen and Wu Zhushan, and finally arrived in Qingdao.
This time, he was right again.
The police did not focus on this area and gave Liu a chance to remain alive.
Liu Xihua, who had no basis for making drugs in Qingdao, was clearly not in a position to reopen a “super-workshop” but found a way to make money — the “lottler” — and became his next sticker.
Liu Zhihua contracted 10 FUZA machines with a fake identity and rented a front door for sale.
Because of the creative design of his lottery station, a lot of local businessmen have chosen his shop and even Shandong Watch interviewed him…
He bought a little something by selling, and I didn’t think he’d won a million.
What is even more ridiculous is that he fully funded the Department of Biology at the China Ocean University after the deduction of the tax money because he liked the subject of marine biopharmaceutical extraction at the Faculty.
Later, he himself had even been involved in research at the University of the Sea and had given university students a few lessons. He was surprised at the level of professionalism in his lectures, even by the presence of a doctoral student mentor.
“The University’s Invited Lecturer” became the new label for a fugitive drug lord.
I can’t even write a novel like that!
It’s not over yet. It’s even worse.
Having spent more than a year in Qingdao, Liu’s tedious and a little anxious, he moved again. The next drop point is Guangxi Guilin.
Well, in the north and south of the country, the way Liu Zohua is running.
In Guilin, he found that the local government was working on a major development in the west and was trying to attract financial resources.
“Whoa, I’m familiar with this!” Liu Zhuhua thought.
He pretended to be a rich businessman of red and second generation, with three inches in his mouth, to lobby the leaders of the county government of Guilin to enter into a contract with him for up to 300 million yuan.
On the basis of a paper contract, Liu Zhihua took 24,000 acres of wasteland in the suburbs of Guilin and planted the soybeans.
He did so for the purpose of continuing to make the poison by using the caves in the mountain forest, and I didn’t know that he was growing more and more.
To that end, he also intended to collect seeds throughout Guangxi and to produce seedlings.
So, a new title was added to life as a tree grower.
“I’m the best drug lord in the country, actually growing red beanwood is the best place for me, and I was in the biggest and the best forest in the world. In an interview with Wang Xiao Yai, Liu Zhuhua said:
“You’ve fled many times. Why do you dare show up in public? I’m sorry.
“Remember, I’m a gambler, and when many people think I don’t have the money, I often have the money. I’m sorry.
It turns out that this man is indeed a madman with great courage — he has also caught three thieves and seen his behaviour, and has even been reported in the entire edition of the Guilin Evening.
In Guilin, Liu Zhanghua stayed for four years, almost whitewashed to become a “top” figure, during which various local leaders led to the creation of partnerships with several entrepreneurs.
However, his pursuit by the police did not stop.
On 24 November 2004, the Ministry of Public Security issued an A-rated wanted warrant for a reward of $200,000 for Liu Zhanghua.
A-rated wanted notices are the highest-ranking ones, while this is the first time that China has made drug traffickers publicly available on television.
As the wanted notice was issued, Liu Zhihua was drinking tea in a shop, looking up at the television, wearing a wanted text on his face and on the screen.
In this moment, he also had a “chick.”
One more twist, the owner just stares at the TV and looks at him sometimes…
10
As always, Liu Zhihua did not panic, but instead asked:
“You see, this wanted man looks like me? I’m sorry.
The shopkeeper is embarrassed to say, “It doesn’t look like you…”
Liu Xiaohua Ha Ha smiled, and at the shop and other guests had a meal and a drink.
And one of his red bean-wood partners, Ruschhong, the director of the Guilin National Brigade, saw the warrant issued on the same day and almost surprised her: the one who was investing in drugs?
She called the police, but when they came after Liu Zihua’s private house, 185, the building was empty…
Liu Xiaohua is gone again.
Where did he go this time?
Turns out, don’t look at him like he’s not, but he’s starting to get anxious inside. After all, this warrant means that the state attaches great importance to it.
After eating that day, Liu Zhihua immediately returned to his place of residence, cleaned up and started running.
He recalled that he had travelled through an abandoned air force radar station while he was searching for plant seeds in the village of Yanjiang, Banning County. This radar station, located in a cave, is an excellent place to avoid pursuit.
So in this hole, Liu Xiaohua spent 16 days and nights on dry grains like noodles, cookies, ham sausages and eggs.
More outrageously, he also left the word “Lao Zhouhua” on the cave wall, provoking the police naked.
He came out of the hole and wondered where to go next.
He wanted to go, and he came up with another surprise:
“Just get back to the old family and get back to the safest place possible. I’m sorry.
I didn’t think this time he’d miscalculated.
After nine years of fighting, the police finally confided in Liu Zhouhua’s gamblers, and Fou An was already ambushed by heavy soldiers.
Upon obtaining reliable information, the Fujian police immediately carried out “Operation Woodpicking”, carrying sniper guns, infrared sightings, night vision devices, etc., in order to capture the drug lord who had fled for many years.
It is called “Operation Pickwood” because Liu Zhang Hua is convinced that he lacks wood in his own name and is named Li Sam Qing, Liu Binbin, Liu Sam, Liu Quisheng, Liu Lin Kwon, etc., and even the company established by the company Samson.
In the early hours of 5 March 2005, the drug squad of Fujian Provincial Department, the Joint Criminal Investigation Brigade and the Armed Police Force, a tripartite force group, rounded up Liu Zhouhua’s rented house and arrested him in his sleep.
This day, it’s his birthday.
Even if they were handcuffed to a police car, Liu Zohua was still displaying a grotesque rage.
“Are you Liu Xiaohua? I’m sorry.
“Yes, of course.
“You know what you did? I’m sorry.
“You know, I know. Why ask? I’m sorry.
“What did I ask you?”
“I know you’re not in charge of the interrogation, and these will naturally be asked. I’m sorry.
When he was rounded up in the car, he also volunteered to greet those SWATs with serious faces and laughs.
It was as if he had met his former colleagues and seniors, and he felt kind of friendly.
“You want to know something, give me an outline, I’ll answer it. And if ye desire to overcome me with wisdom? And there is none. I’m sorry.
At the scene of Liu’s capture, the Drug Enforcement Police also found a Handbook on Fine Chemicals and Intermediaries, a new edition in 2004, two thick, and some notes on the page.
The “expert” has not forgotten to study, even during his flight.
After his arrest, Liu Zhihua made up a set of rhetoric hoping to escape justice:
For example, one of his absurd logic is the “drug-outside theory” at the beginning of this paper. He added that he had gone to Ningxia to run a plant and plant trees in Guilin, in response to the developments in the west and as a contribution to the country.
At the trial, he also argued: “I did all the chemical intermediates, which can be made into drugs, or used as a rat-killer… It was Chen who lied to me and drugged me. I’m sorry.
Even he found a well-known lawyer to defend him, pleading for “a court of law so that Liu Zohua would have the opportunity to contribute in the future to the cause of drug control or medical research.”
It’s even more bullshit. What’s he doing? You think there’s a way to go before you die?
It is clear that no more rhetoric or lies can hide the essence of Liu’s drug-trafficking.
Finally, in June 2007, Liu Zhihua was sentenced to death by the Guangzhou Intermediate People ‘ s Court for manufacturing, transporting and trafficking drugs.
The death penalty became the last label in Liu Zohua’s life and his final ending.
Eleven.
Before he was executed, he was asked, have you thought about his own ending?
Liu Xiaohua smiled again: “I have never thought about what happened to me, honestly. But everyone is responsible for what they do. I’m sorry.
“for me, nothing is different than life and death, being shot and dying from old disease. They’re all dead anyway. I’m sorry.
He also said, “When a person is drugged, death is the end. I’m sorry.
In that regard, Liu Zhihua was right, after all, that drugs were the public enemy of humanity, and that drug trafficking was a crime that countries all over the world had severely combated.
On 23 January 1912, at an international conference in The Hague, the first Convention against Opium, the International Opium Convention, was adopted.
Since then, the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971 and the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988 have meant a worldwide focus on drug control.
China has signed and acceded to each of these conventions.
After all, China had been a victim of drug abuse in recent times and had been reduced from an Eastern Power to semi-colonial, and no country could understand the harm of drugs better than China.
At this level, Liu Zhanghua’s statement is a complete joke.
Moreover, he had no binding authority to control the spread of those drugs in China.
He is indeed a genius who can become an expert in the field of chemistry by learning on his own and can make a specialized chemistry course in court proceedings.
He’s a man who can do everything he can, and even on his way to escape.
If he had put his guts and talent on the right road, he would have become an expert in academia or a pharmaceutical tycoon.
But he chose to commit crime in favour of his desire.
He thinks he’s alive and dead, but behind him there are countless lives destroyed by drugs, countless families separated from their wives, and countless police officers who have sacrificed their lives for drug control…
A man like that, even if it’s a legend, will die.
On the other hand, a “genius” as powerful as Liu Zhanghua can’t get back to the skynet, and it’s only 100 days short of being wanted by class A.
Those who have a problem with drug-trafficking should be able to take care of themselves.
Precious life, away from drugs. Record number: YX11Xb3axA7
I don’t know.
Keep your eyes on the road.
