What cases appear to be very complex but the actual modus operandi is extremely simple? – Yes.
In 2003, China had its first case of “high examination paper theft”.
A total of six sets of papers, each of which the offender took — in the case of the examiner, it would only be in two volumes, one of them.

The 2003 examination was a nightmare for many candidates.

But after hearing the reasons and the process for which he spoke, everyone was stupid.
The idea of sin.
The candidate, named Yang Bo, was an arts student at the Southern Secondary School.
He was born in the countryside, the hope of the family.
He didn’t pass last year. He had to repeat.
It was hard to finish the year, and in late April, the county held its last simulation.
However, this time, Yang-sama played an irregular and unsatisfactory role.
He was concerned that if they did, they would fail again.
So a bold thought came out:
If I steal it in advance, can I get a high score?
Just say it.
At the time, he had rereaded the rented house, not far from the EDB.
In May, he arrived at the office building of the District Education Bureau.
It turns out that security measures here are good – just like no security!
The entire unit is mixed, especially during the daytime, and almost everyone has free access to the office building.
This greatly increased his confidence in theft.
June 4th afternoon, he came here again to step on.
According to his assumptions, the high examination papers should have been brought to the custody of the Education Department at that time.
And at the door of the security room, a brand-new seal was placed.
This is probably the place where the high-test papers are stored!
Young Yang bought tools such as pliers and screwdrivers, and basically developed a theft plan.

On June 5th, at 1 a.m., young Yang came to the Board of Education.
At the beginning, he had not dared to approach, but looked at it from a distance and found both doors closed.
