There’s been a vicious case in one of my villages.
Six-year-old girls were taken away from their village by their playmates and were subjected to ill-treatment, which was very tragic.
Even worse, she was sober and finally survived.
The sentence in this case was very poor, as the perpetrators were only four children from the same village, up to the age of 14 and up to the age of 9.
But the outcome is not the end.
This case is much bigger than we thought.
One.
The victim of the case, alias Liu Eun.
After the surgery, she was able to lie on her bed for a year before leaving the hospital, and for the rest of her life she was likely to need to live with a piss bag.
The perpetrators, who were under the age of 14, were sentenced to no criminal penalty and ordered to discipline their parents.
The parents and guardians only awarded monetary compensation and, as soon as it was over, left the village.
The two families moved to the county city, one hour’s distance, and the two families moved to the province where the parents worked.
It is as if no one has really been harmed except the girl who was the victim.
But hurt, soon.
One day, we were informed that one of our colleagues in the next city’s criminal investigation unit had a homicide case that needed to be handled across the city, and that Captain Seo had asked me to follow up.
Captain Jiang and Officer Hu, both experienced police officers.
During previous exchanges, it was learned that a terrible murder had occurred in the urban area.
Three members of the victim ‘ s family were killed, all of them, father Liu Kong, mother Liu Suk Mei and 10-year-old Liu Zi Yi.
The perpetrator committed a rather heinous crime, with no fewer than 20 knife wounds per victim and the detection of hallucinogens in the body.
That is, after the murderer drugged them and then stabbed them to death.
In addition, the murderer had decapitated their heads and placed them on a tea table in the living room.
Three members of the family, all set.
Since the family had no relatives in the area, had few friends and lived in a remote farm, it was only a week after the incident that the body was found to be too stenched by passers-by.
The police intervened to judge that the crime was committed by an acquaintance, as there were no signs of forced destruction of the doors and windows.
The crime scene was cleaned up clean, with no fingerprints, no shoe prints, no hair, no evidence.
The investigation of the case has also become a major challenge, also because the site is slightly remote and there are too few security cameras around it to capture useful leads.
The police can only look for information from the victim’s network.
And then I found out two things:
First, the families of the victims moved to the area only a few months ago, which is why they did not have any family or friends there.
Secondly, the victim, Liu Zi Yi, fell victim to a vicious case more than a year ago.
That’s right. That’s Liu’s case of minor assault.
The apparent revenge killings, together with the fact that the victim had been the perpetrator, naturally, and without any evidence, the Team suspected Liu’s parents, Liu Chi Hung or Ye Qingtao, of being the victim.
But in the absence of evidence, I can only make an oral summons to Liu Zhi Hung.
Unfortunately, Liu Zhi Hung refused to come to the criminal investigation team to cooperate with the investigation, stressing that he had to look after his daughter and was unable to spare time, but he agreed that we should come to the investigation.
I came to Liu’s home with the team and Officer Liu.
Two.
Liu Chi Hung is a mud brick house in the village.
The entrance is a well, which still holds a round well to fetch water, and it is not a good home.
There’s some mess in the hall, and they’re all supposed to be having a bad time.
Yoo Zhi Hung himself, whose hair was very messy, his beard was not shaved, his eyes were blind and he seemed very tired.
He has not shown any resistance to our visits.
When we got here, we didn’t mean it directly, but Liu Chi-Hung said his troubles:
He’s very short of money and time.
During this year of caring for his daughter, he was unable to work and, even after his release from hospital, was unable to continue working outside the home because of difficulties.
This is compounded by the fact that his wife, Ye Qing-tao, has long since left them because she cannot bear such a life, and has not heard from them.
That is, he’s the only one in the family who looks after his daughter, Liu.
Although Liu was able to walk down, she was diagnosed by doctors as severely autistic because of her mental state.
Speaking of which, Liu Zhi Hung also found a medical certificate and, in addition to his medical report, the doctor suggested in his medical records that he should have less contact with strangers in a short period of time.
Too young for her to accept and recover at a very slow pace, with a few chances that contact with a stranger will stimulate her emotions and worsen her condition.
So, Liu was in his room most of the time.
That’s why I wanted to visit Liu.
As a result, Liu Zhi Hung was unable to leave his home at all, which is why he was unable to appear before the criminal investigation team.
Due to Liu Zhi Hung ‘ s pre-emptive strike, the team did not mention the case of Liu Zi Yi, but instead knocked on the side and asked if there was any evidence that he had been at home.
As a result, there is.
He had no time to go to the next city because he had to take his neighbor to buy food every day.
The crime was committed at a distance from the Liu Jihsiung family, which took at least five hours each time, not to mention stepping, crouching, and designing the method of entering the house.
There was no time there for a clean case.
Then we found the neighbor, an old man in late sevens, called Jiang Jianming.
Although he is very old, his body is still strong and his spirit is good.
Jiang Jianmin also gave testimony in favour of Liu Zhi Hung, and even produced a small book containing his daily cost of buying food for Liu Zhi Hung.
With his supporting evidence, it is generally possible to conclude that Liu Zhi Hung is not a suspect.
It may be good that he did not leave his daughter to kill his enemies because of hatred.
But what about Yip?
Her ignorance may be the focus of the investigation.
But before we could start looking for her, something happened again.
Something big happened.
3
We went straight to the scene of the murder.
The nature of the murder was such that the murderer cut the throat of a 12-year-old in broad daylight.
The crime occurred at 4:30 p.m., at the crime scene, in the street near a primary school, where there were a large number of students coming and coming, and on both sides of the street was a shop.
The victim, Xu Wenhua, in the sixth grade, was not alone at the time of his death, and he was accompanied by two classmates.
But the more secure the environment, the less vigilant it is.
According to witnesses, the killer was a woman who was dressed in strict and strict clothes and masked.
She approached Xu Wenhua without delay and drew a fruit knife from her pocket until she was close to him.
She quickly strangled Xu Wenhua ‘ s head, leaving his neck completely exposed, cutting his neck with a fruit knife.
Xu Wenhua had no chance to react, and his classmates were frightened, let alone others.
The killer finished all this and ran away.
Xu Wenhua fell in his neck, and blood sprung out of his neck like spring water. Everyone was scared and some of the girls screamed.
So no one dares to pursue the killer.
By the time the ambulance arrived, Xu Wenhua was dead.
There were a lot of surveillance videos by the side of the road, and the whole trip was recorded, and the killer committed a crime that was no different from what the witnesses described.
We have also quickly organized a round-up of people along the escape tracks of the perpetrators.
Although the killer ‘ s face was not photographed, it was highly probable that she would be the missing Ye Qingh.
Without suspense, the victim, Xu Wenhua, was also the perpetrator of the Liu Un case more than a year ago.
He almost sent his head down, and he said with great regret:
“Damn, I’ve told the families I didn’t expect the parents to be alert I didn’t expect the killer to be so mad…”
I also quickly pulled out the data on the other two families, one of whom moved to the provinces and the last one was still in the county.
One of the perpetrators of the assault on Liu, Ye Jiawen, who was also 12 years old this year, was in the sixth grade at another primary school.
I asked two colleagues to contact Ye Jiawen’s parents immediately, and if there was no other explanation, they would be waiting near the house for the time being to prevent the killer from appearing.
After all, she dared to do so in broad daylight and must not be taken lightly until she was caught.
And she seems to underestimate the capacity of the police.
It took us only three hours, more than 7:00 p.m., to catch the killer while we were out of the way.
Indeed, it is Ye Qing-eun.
I’m sorry.
It’s just a little bit of a detail when we get to the crime scene.
Ye Qing-eun did not resist, but he laughed.
According to my colleague, that laughter is really confusing.
But it doesn’t matter, as long as they get them back.
We returned to the criminal investigation team and were prepared to finish the case and refer it to the Public Prosecutor ‘ s Office for prosecution as soon as possible.
As it was possible that two cases were involved, Xu arranged for me and Zhao Joon to work with the Team and Officer Liu to interrogate Ye Qingtau.
But I find it strange that, in the case of Xu Wenhua, the brutal and cruel modus operandi of Ye Qing-tao seems quite different from the drawings of the murderer of the previous case.
Of course, this is based on the assumption that Liu’s murder was her.
Because Liu Zi Yi’s parents may recognize Ye Qing-tae, it’s too difficult to make it easy for Liu Zi Qi’s family to open the house and drug the family.
Nor is it impossible, but it will certainly take a great deal of time and patience, for example, to transform one ‘ s face, to explore it one step at a time and even to become an acquaintance.
After all, the river team has also come to the conclusion that it is probably an acquaintance.
So either, the two cases are not the same killer.
Or, for whatever reason, Ye Qing-eun had to do it.
That is why she had to carry out her revenge by killing people on the streets.
Since this method of killing does not have a very high potential for hiding, it is almost impossible to continue to avenge the perpetrators who have harmed her daughter after killing Seo Wenhua.
But there are two families.
If she’s the killer of the case, what makes her think she doesn’t have time?
If she’s not, then there’s another killer?
All this has to be answered in the interrogation of Ye Qing-eun.
I thought I was ready enough, but I didn’t expect it to happen.
This whole thing didn’t stop because of her arrest.
And even from that point on, it’s getting crazy.
Four.
Little interrogation room, crowding out four of our big men, which is a little crowded.
But this is definitely not the point.
The point is, Ye Qing-eun, she doesn’t seem to be in a good mental state.
From the moment we entered the door, we saw her laughing, and her eyes were staring at the big guy and not afraid to look at us.
She doesn’t look like a murderous suspect who just killed someone. She looks like she’s watching us.
I had a bad feeling from that moment on.
Indeed, the interrogation process was very poor.
Or else, we did not ask anything, because whatever we asked, Ye Qing-eun’s response was only one.
Smile.
She’s always laughing.
Soon after, the river team got angry and shouted at her to confess to Liu Zi Yi.
Xu Wenhua’s case is well established, and we can bring her to court even if Ye Qing-eun makes no statement.
However, the case of Liu Ziqi’s family was different, and the case was done with care, leaving little evidence and, if the killer had made a statement, could have been matched by a statement.
So I can understand the fury of the river.
But even so, Ye Qing-eun also said nothing but laugh.
And then I felt bad.
This Ye Qing-eun, is she insane?
And the moment that this thought appeared in my head, I suddenly realized…
Did she deliberately do that to avoid the law?
I went out to greet a few people in the information room and told them what I thought.
At the same time, I immediately asked my colleagues from the Information Section to look into the files of Ye Qingtao’s hospitals and to sit in the inquisition room, and I really doubt that she made all the links in advance.
It was perfect, as in the case of Liu’s Yi family.
The river team is angry:
“How is that possible? Is she sick or sick? Besides, can a sick person do anything to kill the door without a trace? I’m sorry.
I can’t, so…
“So she did not admit that she did the case of Liu Zi Yi’s family, and we have no evidence against her for the time being. I’m sorry.
“No way! She has to admit it! There’s basically no one else but her! I’m sorry.
That was a bit too much anger, because it was too subjective and meaningless.
Zhao Jun, however, is very inappropriate:
“But you see, the crazy way she runs out of the street and cuts people’s throats with a knife is pretty insane, isn’t it? I’m sorry.
They’re both trapped.
“No matter how angry we are, if there is no evidence that she was the killer, the judge looks at the surveillance video of the street slitting her throat, plus her performance during our interrogation, and it is hard not to suspect that she is mentally ill…”
“No doubt at all. She’s insane. I’m sorry.
The four of us looked up and found out that it was old Tsui.
He threw a piece on our desk and went on:
“The medical records of Ye Qing-eun, who was just found by an information colleague, are indeed mentally ill. I’m sorry.
As soon as the team reached out and grabbed the data, it sunk.
Then he handed me the information.
I saw that in the field where the diagnosis was made, it was very clear:
“Immediate mental illness.”
It is mentioned in the symptoms that it may have a number of sudden-onset barriers, such as:
“Immediate Emotional Disorders” “Immediate Sexual Disorders Uncontrollable and Uncontrolled.”
And most ironically, the doctor, when she looked into her cause, wrote:
“may have been caused by the victim’s daughter.”
What happened to Liu Eun was like a knife in her heart.
And she pulled the knife out and stabbed the murderers!
Even with such madness, she is likely to escape justice.
5
In the situation of Ye Qing-eun, following the normal process, what we’re going to do is:
She was sent to a psychiatric judicial assessment to assess her criminal liability.
The legal basis for the assessment of liability is article 18 of the Criminal Code, which specifies that:
“A person with a mental illness shall not be criminally liable if he or she causes the result of harm when he or she is unable to identify or control his or her conduct, as established by the procedure established by law. I’m sorry.
” A mentally ill person who has not yet completely lost his or her ability to identify or control his or her actions shall be criminally liable, but may receive a lighter or less severe penalty. I’m sorry.
If Ye Qingtau is ultimately assessed as incapable of criminal responsibility, then she needs only compulsory treatment without any criminal liability.
Moreover, as far as the diagnostic paper currently available to Ye Qing-eun is concerned, she is probably assessed as incapable of criminal responsibility.
It can be said that Ye Qing-eun found a perfect way to avenge himself.
It is clearly a well-planned revenge plan and a premeditated murder, but none of us can help.
Because we cannot prove that she was conscious and conscious when she committed the crime.
Then the law will not sanction her.
Just like the case of Liu Eun.
We all want to put those little demons in jail, but we cannot.
I’m sure Seo Wenhua’s parents would want to tear the Yip Qing-eun apart at this point, but they can’t.
It’s a karma cycle.
Zhao Jun and I are ready to hand over the case file to the prosecution.
Seriously, I really think it’s over.
At this end, there are no winners.
But they didn’t accept the end.
There is another tragedy in their hands.
They therefore submit that they would like to be interrogated again.
The old Tsui says it doesn’t matter.
This time, Zhao and Jun stopped working on the case file.
Then we found out that they turned off the surveillance in the interrogation room.
As for what they were talking about in there, what Ye Qing-eun said, we didn’t know at that time.
And when we know it, it’s over.
Yeah, that’s not the end.
We all underestimate the love of parents for their children and their determination to avenge them.
The people who hurt Liu were still alive.
Six.
Ye Qing-eun stayed next door in the detention centre pending the entry into force of the trial judgement before being further transferred.
This process may last for several months without any visits.
This means that her husband, Liu Zhi Hung, could not see her either.
Speaking of which, there’s something strange about Liu.
After Ye Qing-eun was arrested, we informed him, but he indicated that he was taking care of his daughter.
The wife abandoned them several months ago, so no matter what she did, he didn’t want to know and would not pay attention.
Since then, he has not really been to the police station and has not even called.
The guardian of Xu Wenhua…
The guardian is said to have no parents.
There were only grandparents, two old people, but they came here a few times because they knew:
The killer of their precious grandson is the mother of Liu.
They know better: the mother is a madman and a madman cannot be sentenced to death.
As a result, they came to the police station, crying and asking us to shoot the murderer.
For old people, we can’t even do eviction, let alone persuade.
At the same time, they seem to have no recollection of how they reacted when Xu Wenhua did not have to face actual punishment for the protection of minors.
They moved out with joy.
Move your nest and start a whole new life.
Yip Qing-eun’s plan, to say the least.
I just never understood who had leaked the information, because we had not yet issued any announcement on the case.
Meanwhile, Ye Qing-eun’s lawyers are in place.
As fast as I can get, I’m beginning to suspect that Ye Qing-eun’s mental illness is a fake.
The lawyer was very professional and not only had the formalities to meet Ye Qing-tau immediately, but had even begun the defence.
In short, for a few days in a row, it was such a trivial matter.
And I didn’t understand that all the little things would end up in a puzzle.
One, a puzzle of the end result.
Until then, things would not be calm.
Yeah, there’s been another murder.
7
Didn’t you mention before that there was still a murderer who hurt Liu.
Before I seized Ye Qing-eun, I sent my colleagues to guard his house for a few days, lest Ye Qing-eun hurt him.
But when Ye Qing-eun returned, his colleagues withdrew.
Then something happened.
This time, even though it was a murder case, it was not a murder case and there was no need for forensic intervention at first.
Because it was a car accident.
During that night, Ye Jiawen’s parents drove him out of the country all night.
As can be seen from traffic surveillance videos, they are clearly speeding, 60-speed country lanes, and they’re drying up 89 feet.
Then there was a car accident.
The other car, when it changed course, squeezed his family’s car out of the country’s lane and fell in the wilderness next to it.
No seatbelt was attached to his mother in the back seat, and neither of them could be rescued on the spot.
And the driver, Ye Jiawen’s father, is still being rescued by ICU.
The reason we were notified is because the driver of the other car was…
Liu Chi-hoon!
The one who said that he was going to take care of the children and that he didn’t want to step out of his house.
His car did not fall into the wilderness, so he was not badly injured, only a few ribs were broken and his left foot fractured.
When he was seen at the hospital, his face was different than when I last saw him.
He cut his hair short, but his eyes were full of blood and energy.
He even shaved, even if he was lying in bed, and I still think he was in great spirits.
Seeing me, he’s nodding me.
We asked him, “Do you know what you are doing? I’m sorry.
And his answer was, “I drove, I didn’t see it clearly, but it ran too fast, and we should be equally responsible.” I’m sorry.
He’s got a clear division of responsibility. Who’s gonna believe it?
But as long as he does not admit it, it is a case of death as a result of a traffic accident.
I couldn’t help but raise my voice:
“What do you think? Even if your wife is insane, how can you? You know this is for dying, right? What about your daughter?
He looked up and looked at me with a straight eye and looked at the light, but it was a light that made me feel so cold.
I’m really angry.
I’ve lost my mother and son and my father may not be able to save them.
Second, he’s completely ignoring his daughter.
Third, he’s going to kill the Ye Jiawens. He must think so!
“No matter what, you can’t involve your family…”
But Liu Zhi Hung threw the soul torture at me:
“Sir, let me ask you, do you think your parents are innocent? If not, can the law punish them?”
This sentence, which brings my anger directly to half, goes to silence.
Because a child does such a terrible thing, parents are certainly not innocent.
And because the law clearly cannot sanction them.
“There is one more thing, officer…”
And the whole thing he’s reporting, it totally makes my other half gone.
8
I left the hospital, and I was at Liu’s house, the normal rural flat.
Push the door, it’s open.
It’s dark in there. I’ve got a flashlight. I don’t want to find a light switch.
Because I need to find Liu’s room as soon as possible.
I’ll come even if Liu doesn’t say anything, but I’m in such a hurry because of what he said:
“I did not turn my back on the dead, nor did I need anyone to look after her. I’m sorry.
I didn’t even ask one more question and I jumped down the stairs and stepped on the gas door.
I pushed a door open and smelled a snotty nose.
As long as it’s not bloody, I’m not afraid.
The words of Liu Ji-hoon make me think that he is crazier than his wife Ye Qing-eun.
“She doesn’t need to be cared for. I’m sorry.
Liu’s state of health, her mental illness, in a short period of time there’s only a state of “no need for care” –
Die.
My guess is that after seeing Yip Qingtao’s madness in killing, Liu Zhi Hung’s inner thoughts of revenge were completely incited.
In the case of his car crash, which is a suicide-style form of revenge attack, I have reason to suspect that he has no more attachment to the world.
Then he must have arranged for his daughter’s return before he did.
That’s, dead.
The flashlight was in the dark room and no one was seen.
But there’s something strange about that bed.
I can’t see if there’s a little girl in there because the thick bednet is blocked.
So, to keep her from being scared, I was careful to say:
“Arn, are you there? Don’t be afraid, uncle is a cop… uncle is here to help you… can you hear me? I’m sorry.
There was no movement in the room, no sound.
I couldn’t care less. I walked to that bed.
The smell of that snivelling is getting stronger, and I suddenly remember what it tastes like when I unplugged the net.
That’s the smell I always smell at forensics.
Formerin!
And at the same time, I unplugged the mosquito net, and it was a casket-shaped rectangular glass.
It’s also covered with glass, but it’s spilling.
Inside, it’s full of jars of Formalin.
And in the woods…
A girl.
Little girl.
With the white light of the flashlight, I was staring at that jar of greasy liquid for a while.
It’s Liu Eun.
She’s already swollen, but I can still recognize her.
Yes, it is.
But her face, with this jar of Formarin…
Her death was clearly not recent.
When I thought about her earlier visit, Liu Zhi Hung highlighted her mental illness and said she wanted to stay in her room and she was not fit to meet strangers…
It was also true that at that time I was able to stop me from visiting Liu.
I see.
If Liu was dead long ago, then the reason why Ye Qing-eun left home might not be “unsufferable.”
It’s about planning revenge.
They were so close that they did not want to hear the death of their daughter that they would not prepare the four families.
It’s horrible.
Honestly, I was scared.
How much will it take?
And that’s when the light came up behind me.
It’s a big light in the living room.
Someone’s coming in?
I turned around and went out.
9
In the hall, the lights are bright.
And I almost didn’t recognize him in a wooden chair.
An old man.
“You are Mr. Jiang? I’m sorry.
A moment later, I remembered that he was the neighbor of Liu Chi Hung who buys food every day.
At this very moment, at this very late night, he appeared in the house of Liu Shihsiung.
He looked up at me, pointed to the seat next to his finger and said:
“Guide, sit down. I’m sorry.
It’s old-fashioned. It’s a steady tone.
I sat down, but I didn’t relax at all, but I asked with great vigilance:
“Who are you?” It’s late. Can I help you? I’m sorry.
“I’m a neighbor and a godfather of Eun’s. Let’s put it simply. I introduced Ye Qing-tae’s testimony.”
This is not what I expected!
In that case, the testimony of Liu Chi Hung, who has been at home without time to commit a crime, may be problematic.
Moreover, his role in events may be deeper than I thought.
So I said:
“Loan, how did he die? I’m sorry.
Actually, I have a worst guess.
Liu Chi-Hung and his wife have been completely occupied by hatred, and I have thought in the most terrible direction –
They could not bear to see their daughter alive for the rest of her life and then killed her.
Then he will consume his life in revenge.
The last three members of the family were reunited over there.
It’s obvious that Liu Zhi Hung died in revenge.
But I was wrong, the truth, again.
“Arn, she’s good, she’s good…”
Jiang Jianmin is starting to talk.
Turns out, Liu Eun, committed suicide.
I really didn’t expect that.
In my mind, a seven-year-old kid, how could she kill herself?
What does she know about suicide?
But it’s true.
When Liu was discharged from the hospital and returned to her home, she was not in seclusion, but in the home as a whole.
Jiang Jianmin comes every day and sees her sweet smile every day.
But she doesn’t know nothing about her body.
Because she wears a piss bag every hour of every day, and she is not well enough to walk.
But she smiled at Dad as much as she could, at Mom, at Grandpa.
Until one day a month ago, a familiar figure returned to their vision.
The day was beautiful, the sun was bright, Liu Chi-Hung and his wife took Liu-eun to the sun in the sun in front of their house, and Jiang Jianmin moved his chair to join them and enjoy not much lazy time.
When they were laughing, a boy appeared.
Yip.
His family had already moved to the county town, but wondered why, at that time, he had returned to the village alone.
Jiang Jiang had to stand up and go straight for him.
Liu Chi Hung also stood up, but did not walk past him, and he feared he could not help himself.
Ye Qing-eun immediately held Liu Eun in his arms.
Jiang Jianmin came to Ye Jiawen and shouted:
“Get out of here! You’re not welcome in this village! I’m sorry.
Who knows if Ip Man denigrated and laughed and answered:
Who are you? I’m not here to see you. I’m here to see my sister.”
Jiang Jianming has been unable to speak and has had to keep his voice down:
Get out! I’m sorry.
Ye Jiawen smiled, and he was 12 years old, and he’s grown up and seems to know everything.
He was ashamed to say:
“You old bastard, what’s your name? I’ll fuck you too, believe me? The police won’t arrest me. I’m sorry.
He spoke very loudly, and Liu’s three members heard him, and Liu Chi Hung even stood up.
The people of Jiang Jian are shaking, but they immediately managed to get rid of this horrible little demon:
“If you don’t leave, I’ll call your parents right now and see if they can hit you! I’m sorry.
The reason why he was so angry was because he was afraid that Liu Shihsiung would lose his mind.
“Che, every day I know I’m calling my mom and dad, stupid, like X just walk away, no sense.”
Ye Jiawen dumped his head and left.
Jiang Jianmin turned around, and Liu Zhi Hung was behind him and only saw him chewing on his teeth, shaking and his eyes full of blood.
Jiang Jianmin was busy pacifying him:
“No, no… well, she’s still here.”
Liu’s face began to wrinkle, as if he would cry the next second.
He asked Jiang Jianmin:
“Major… is it right to protect him? I’m sorry.
In that moment, Jiang Jianmin was lost.
He can only talk to each other, calm Liu Chi-Hung and calm down.
But then, instead of calm, it was him.
The next night, Liu Eun committed suicide.
His house, he still has a well.
It was locked, but she found the key.
After her parents were asleep, she secretly opened the well and jumped.
By the well, only one piece of paper left.
It’s a piece of work writing about why she jumped off the well:
“I don’t live well, I don’t live well. Maybe if I die, Mom and Dad, you’ll live better.” I’m sorry.
She’s only seven years old, she doesn’t know much, many words, or spelled them.
But still, it’s full.
When Liu Chi Hung and Ye Qing-tao recovered her body from the well, she was long gone.
And the heart of Jiang Jianmin, who heard the cry, was coolened.
The law protects the demons. Is it right or wrong?
He has the answer in mind.
10
After this, Jiang Jianmin says:
“Guard, leave it alone. I’m sorry.
For me, it’s like farting.
“I don’t want to, but you broke the law. How many people have died? I wear this badge, I’m a law enforcer and I’m responsible for the law. I’m sorry.
“The law? You say the law, I want to laugh.”
But Jiang Jianmin didn’t laugh.
He just kept saying:
“Is Ye Qing-eun illegal?” Is Liu Chi-ho not guilty? What are they gonna do? Do you want me to tell you? I’m sorry.
I didn’t think he was so mad.
Even more than I expected, his handling of the details of this whole thing was beyond my expectations.
“The case of Liu Chi Hung ‘ s car accident, applicable to article 133 of the Criminal Code, is punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or by detention if there is a serious accident resulting in serious injury, death or damage to public or private property. I’m sorry.
Jiang Jianmin looked at me and continued:
“The court shall impose a term of imprisonment of not more than three years or detention on a person who, by car, kills a person who is fully or primarily responsible for the accident and who is equally responsible for the accident. In this case, the responsibility should be half-way, that is to say, Liu Chi Hung, for a maximum of three years. I’m sorry.
I have nothing to say.
“The case of Ye Qingtau is clearer and applies article 18 of the Criminal Code: [the capacity of a special person to be criminally responsible], where a mentally ill person is unable to identify or control his or her actions, and where established by a legal procedure, does not incur criminal liability, but his family or guardian shall be ordered to exercise strict supervision and medical care and, if necessary, compulsory medical care by the Government. I’m sorry.
I can’t even breathe.
Because everything he says is right.
And after Liu Chi-ho and Ye Qing-eun, he kept talking.
“I still want to say a law. You know this? “It is also Article 17 of the Penal Code, which can almost be assumed that any act committed by a person under 14 years of age does not constitute a crime. The doctrine of criminal law refers to a period of absolute absence of criminal responsibility or a period of total absence of criminal responsibility. I’m sorry.
Of course I understand what he’s saying.
“You’re talking about the Laurne case, the murderers. I’m sorry.
He means that even if I was here, the perpetrators would not be legally punished.
In the next sentence, his anger was full:
“Yes! So, the law enforcer, let me ask you: What are we going to do if there are demons that the law cannot sanction? I’m sorry.
I’m actually mute.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to get here.
It’s true. He’s unsatisfied.
“You so-called law enforcers, it is not justice, but order. In that case, we are also following that order, and everything we do can be passed on to the law, notwithstanding. I’m sorry.
He’s got a frenzy, not like an old man, but more like a gladiator.
“But I say, these four demons, and their caregivers, are dead!” You can’t save them. The law can’t save them! I’m sorry.
All I can say is, “I can’t help it.”
“No way. Now that I know about this, I have to deal with it. You can’t move the last family again, and rioting is never the best solution. I’m sorry.
Jiang Jianmin laughed.
“The family who moved out of the country, they ran away, so let them live. But they’ll know about Liu, about Ye Qing-tae, about how those families died… During this time, they will remain afraid of reprisals and will not be able to sleep overnight. It scares them. It scares them. It scares them. I’m sorry.
I was shocked again.
This may be even more terrible means of revenge.
I can’t say anything about Jiang Jianmin, but at least I know the whole story.
Even now, it’s too late to do anything.
But I have to do something.
Eleven.
I was rushing back to the criminal investigation team, so old Seo was still in the office.
He was also working on Liu’s “car accident” case, and when I got back, he was working on a problem:
Why are the Ye Jia Mans so rushing to the highway?
Even the teachers of Ye Jiaji School did not receive his leave, which means they were in a real hurry as if they had been frightened by something.
The only thing that scares them like this is the fact that Ye Qing-aun cut Xu Wenhua’s throat.
But we have yet to report, and we control the media’s failure to publish false information, so no one should know about it.
Only the police know.
In other words, we have someone who told Ye Jiawen’s parents!
“It’s definitely not one of us, so there’s only two of them!”
I was reminded that the Jiang team and Officer Liu had re-examined Ye Qing-eun today and had also shut down the surveillance equipment in the interrogation room.
Did they help Ye Qing-taa do this to make her confess?
But it’s over, and I’ve been so busy telling old Tsui about my trip to Liu’s house tonight.
The more he listens, the more he wrinkles.
When I finished, he said, “I’m sorry.”
“Mr. Jiang Jianming, he’s so old, so strong…”
“You know him?”
“How many famous people are in this little place?” He’s one of them, a university professor, with high moral standing, but no children, and after his companion died, he came back to old age alone.”
No wonder he’s so thorough in his criminal law, no wonder he’s got a network like this!
The details of Liu’s death have not even been heard, and for this reason the FFL was found, which is absolutely not something that the husband and wife of Liu Zhi Hung could reach.
Perhaps he was personally involved in the destruction of the city next door.
It is impossible for them to open the door to Liu Zhi Hung or Ye Qingtau, because they must recognize him and his wife.
Maybe it’s just people who look harmless.
Maybe they did it together.
“Well, what do we do?” I whispered.
“O us…” Old Xu looked at the watch, “Go back to bed. I’m sorry.
“Aah?”
“You’re not tired at this hour? “You have to work overtime to get the files of two cases, remember, these are two cases. I’m sorry.
He left in a hurry.
Then I can’t. I have to go back to bed.
I told him what he had to say, and I told him what I had to tell him.
I’ve done everything I could.
So I could sleep that night.
12
After the next day, as long as I do not mention Xu, I will proceed with these two cases on the basis of available evidence.
The team and Officer Liu denied what they had done, but it was okay, because Ye Qing-eun also continued to act insanely and did not provide any other information.
Although they have been clamouring to solve that tragedy, it has not worked, at least in both of our cases, that he has found no clue.
After all, there’s a world that can’t be solved.
The case of Liu Zhi Hung is rather lengthy.
In particular, Ye Qing-eun still needs to be forensically identified, thus making the process longer.
Actually, I’ve been thinking about it all this time…
What should we do if people like Jiang Jianmin continue to emerge?
There seems to be no way.
There is no defence.
I told old Xu, too, but he said everything was on the evidence and everything was on the law.
He also stressed that we had never been in favour of the communiqués of personal vendettas and had never dealt harshly with criminals by bringing them to justice.
But in Liu’s case, there is no evidence that he was deliberately hit, and we cannot just listen to one old man’s crazy words and come to law.
Nice one, by law.
But that question above, I found the answer.
Maybe a few months later, Jiang Jianmin, died.
Not killed in revenge.
This is another story.
In the vicinity of their village, there is a provincial road, often through trucks.
Some of the big vans ran across and drove fast.
One evening, a girl from school walked across the street and ran into a speeding truck.
Mr. Jiang Jianmin, right next door.
He rushed over and pushed the girl.
Pushed far, far.
Must have been very hard, because he fell on his knees even because he was too hard.
He can’t escape. Maybe he didn’t even try to escape.
He’s been, got into the car.
On the spot, dead.
I’m really upset to hear that.
He’s the one who may have been behind several vicious retaliation cases.
But back to the question above.
What do we do if people like Jiang Jianmin continue to appear?
Maybe there’s no need to do it.
Everything can be given to the law. Case number: YXA1RBz0N9iYDZ58AzCM1Mb
I don’t know.
Keep your eyes on the road.
