Is there a more horrible case of dismemberment in the
world than that of Nantah? In the Spring Festival of
2005, a tramp wore a human fur coat in a park in Yanta District, Xi’an.
A shrill scream pierced the night sky. Everything
in front of him shocked Wen Feng, the new captain of the criminal police.
