How hard does it take to get into the civil service?

As a written exam of 155 points, one of the most important posts in a provincial hall, I’ll tell you how hard it takes.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Age 30+, a 985 college, a graduate book. The landings were as follows:

78 points (total ranking 5, position 2), op. cit. 77 points, total results of the written examination 155 points (total ranking 4, position 2).

88.8. Interviews (in the first part of the proceedings, in the second part of all examinations, only one fact is presented. The difference between the interview and the written examination is that there is a slight difference in the scale of the different examinations and that the scores between the different examinations are not actually relevant).

The written examination + the interview comprehensive achievement unit No. 1.

II. ACCESS

In the last year, three examinations were held, all on-the-job, as follows:

For the first time, in 2019, a province, a direct unit, measured 76 points, province-wide, 5th, op. cit., 56 points, a total score of 132, ranked second, eight points below the first. Interview 86, Anti-Big Test Number 2.7. There’s a big gap in the pen and it’s not working.

The second, 2020 national examination, a direct ministry of the central ministry, survey 78, op. cit. 66, total score 144, first written examination (interviewed caller, because the national examination did not publish the ranking of the pen scores), is 21 points above the entry point. Interviews were reversed and eliminated.

Third, 2020 Provincial Examination, a provincial direct unit, successful landing. Specific achievements can be found at the beginning of the article.

Time and money investment

3.1 No shortcuts

There is no shortcut to my examination. For years, the God of Destiny has never visited me, and has come all the way on his own.

I would like to say here that some people do have a good base, are strong enough to go ashore at once. There are also those who are lucky to land as replacements by failing to pass the review of their qualifications, abandoning the interview, abandoning the medical examination and being painted. But unfortunately, all this good luck is out of my reach. And, for professional reasons, every post I’ve applied for is a high-scoring concentration camp, a place where the Great God gathers and can only work with strength and strength. In the case of the third provincial exam, for example, two of the four top candidates in the province, three of the top six, and eight of the top 20 in the province, were extremely competitive.

Here, it is updated: many of the young people who say in their comments that they or their friends go to shore at random, as well as those who say that the examination itself contains a lot of good luck, and that luck is sometimes more important than hard work, including your university studies, your posts, your rivals, etc., so we can’t talk about it on an exceptional basis. For most people who want to go to shore, there is still a lot of work to be done, so it’s called “no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no.”

3.2 Concerning the time available

From reading the first page of the book to the end of the last interview, a total of 489 days, with a cumulative effective learning time of 450 days, a minimum of 3 hours per day for working days and 6-9 hours for non-working days, a total of approximately 1,700 hours, of which approximately 850 hours for written examinations and interview preparation. (Don’t be frightened by this long learning time, it shouldn’t have taken so long, but it took six months for the written interview to be postponed because of the 2020 epidemic. I’m not sure.

First, the written test. A total of 850 hours for the written examination, of which approximately 700 hours for the test and 150 hours for the case.

Second, interview. The duration of the interview was 850 hours. Explain here why I’ve been waiting so long for an interview. On the one hand, since I took four interviews in total (in 2020, the national examination took two interviews because I took a complementary test), 850 hours is the cumulative time of four visits. On the other hand, because of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic in 2020, my national examination interview was delayed by 5.5 months, which led to seven months of preparation for our examination, for which I maintained a minimum of three hours per day, so the interview was well prepared. During the 850 hours of pre-interviewing, after taking into account information and courses from various training institutions, I took the opportunity to take a summary of my own questions and put together a verbatim summary of nearly 300,000 words of interview reality and hotspot simulation on the computer.

It took 1700 hours for the third provincial examination to land. In these 489 days, except for a brief few days of relaxation and adjustment at the end of each written test, there was no laziness, no weekends, no holidays, and even no spring holidays, far from friends ‘ gatherings, family reunions, and co-workers ‘ meals.

3.3 On inputs

In total, I spent 22,000 yuan in funding, of which one in two was an interview tutorial, and about one in three was an interview with the ministry in Beijing for transport and accommodation, which actually cost only a small percentage of the written test.

IV. Summary of written experiences

4.1 Affirming

With regard to learning methods, 100 individuals have 100 methods, my methods may be only for me. The articles contain some of my own personal feelings and experiences that do not necessarily fit all of us. If there are classmates who feel useful, welcome reference, and if it does not fit themselves, suggest that you must find the best way to learn and not turn around.

4.2 Thesis

Why start with the theory, because it has nothing to say. I’ve had 56, 66, 76 on three occasions.

A young partner who has taken a number of tests must have been touched by the theory that it is a secret. You don’t have to get high. You don’t have any. You might get good grades. The same person, with the previous test of 70 or 80, and the next one of 50 or 60, is certainly not an indication of fluctuations in your level, but of a change in the rating of the examiner. So, since the theory is genre, are you going to learn? Of course! Because we have to make sure we get the basics and that we don’t delay the argument. On the basis of my own experience and the various examinations conducted by the small partners around us, I would suggest that you should not waste much of your time at the comment point.

4.2.1 Objective

I am referring here to three or four general questions, a comprehensive analysis, an application, in addition to the last essay. The objective question is to give points, so just one sentence: copy the material.

How?

First, comprehensive. All points that can be stepped on within word limits will be written. In order to be comprehensive, the language must be refined, refined and refined, capable of being expressed in one word, without a word, so as to have as many points as possible.

Second, original. Try to use the original words and sentences in the material, so that you do not use your own words to summarize, extract or improve, so that the viewers will not find the points and you will not step on them.

Thirdly, the logic is clear and hierarchical. One, two, three, four, clear, and you can see a couple of points from the viewer. There are a few points to mark, so don’t be afraid of more points and more points, but less will be paid.

4.2.2 Applied languages

The application focuses on format.

The first thing to say is whether the article is in the correct format. If the format was correct, the points would continue to be divided according to the points, and if the format was wrong, the direct score would be low, which would be hopeless.

It is therefore important to have an understanding of the structure and specific elements of each application, including “title, title, beginning, subject, end, deposit”, which must be clear in order to ensure a basic score.

Once the format is correct, as for the specific content, and as for the objective questions before it, the correct copying of the material and the point-scoring are essentially general questions with format.

4.2.3 Magna Carta

It’s not that scary, it’s all the same, just as long as you’ve mastered the papers spoken by the language teachers in secondary school and written “three paragraphs”. In sum, it’s “Five Words”, the first sentence, the last sentence, and the middle three arguments. With five words in place, the writing is almost 80% successful.

First, the opening sentence. The opening words, the simple language, set forth a point of view, so that the viewers could see the overall tone of the article and what they wanted to express. I’m not sure what to say.

Second, end sentence. Respond to the beginning by calling, calling, advocating, advancing. As with the initial requirement, the language should be precise and clear. The difference from the beginning is that the end can be a modest improvement, and the words can be more luxurious, and, if some of the upper words, the end can be used appropriately. For example, “Let’s strive for the great renaissance of the Chinese nation” — something like this could be used at the end, but never at the beginning.

Thirdly, three sentences in the main part. The three-point argument has been crafted, with a view to achieving the same number and structure of the three-point argument, if possible. As for what follows from the division of arguments, to be honest, it is written so beautifully that it is written so beautifully, and it is not time for readers to read it.

Based on the above-mentioned three-part dedicated breakthroughs, a relatively good score is almost guaranteed, and luck depends on the high score.

In addition to this, there is a trick to raise the level of thesis, as described below.

4.2.4 Importance of writing good words

To say so, it is not possible to change the fundamental nature of the doctrine, the fact that it lacks objective criteria for rating, differences in the ratings of different examiners, and wide-ranging local ratings.

But one thing remains the same, regardless of how the title changes and how the viewers change, and it seems to me that a “good word” will always be a major determinant of success or failure.

As you can see, I’ve made 10 points in every year, for the simple reason that I’ve spent all my time on rewriting.

4.3 Measurements

When it comes to measurements, it’s really a permanent pain in my heart, the third test, 78.1 points, which, logically speaking, is a good score. Why is it a pain in my heart, because my logical judgment is that I have partially mischaracterized the answer card, which is 8-10 points less than the original plan, which would have been 86-88 points.

4.3.1 Write in front

I’d like to hit you first: for 99.9 percent of the candidates, 75 points is a ceiling, and it’s almost impossible to break through with a few months or a year or two.

In this regard, it is not my fault that there is interest in counting the scores of the written examinations published each year in the provinces. There are too many counselling institutions and individuals, and in order to attract eyeballs, travel tests can reach 75 or even 80 points. Seeing this propaganda, first of all, do you think that you’re 0.1% of the people who graduated from elementary school to college and even graduate school, 16 or 19 years of hard school, and you’re 0.1% in class or pre-grade? If they are never, then do not set too high a target for their actions, which, in turn, will hit themselves, will reduce the efficiency of the study, waste time and energy.

From my own experience, I’m going to say a few big strategies. With regard to the techniques and methods of the modules, there is too much information available online to allow you to find appropriate references.

Summarizing: strategic trade-offs, purposeful abandonment, avoidance of blind mapping and attention to wrap-up techniques.

4.3.2 Analysis of data — large share of households to be taken down

The analysis of the information is presented above because it is the module that is the easiest to score, the easiest to score and even the best to score.

However, in the course of the day-to-day review, many of the students are mistaken and have equated the data analysis with the quantitative relationship module, either by abandoning the review or by placing it at the back of the examination, resulting in insufficient time.

In my case, for the first time, three sets of 15 questions, 25 minutes, all answered correctly; for the second national examination, 20 sets of questions, approximately 30 minutes, all answered correctly; and for the third, 20 sets of questions, 25 minutes, yes 19 questions.

Data analysis is the kind of thing you can do when you’re serious, but for most people it’s too slow.

In order to speed up, three things need to be done in the review:

First, there is a need to master and apply a variety of commonly used formulae, fast-calculation techniques, which are the basis. In reality, many students are going to take the exam, the usual formulas are not well documented, are not well-trained, and are even subject to live publicity, waste a lot of time and may be miscalculated. For example, with respect to the ratio/average relative to the growth rate/growth for the base period, there is a clear formula whereby only the data given in the subject matter are added to the formula, and the answer can be found essentially at first sight, but if the formula is not familiar with it and extrapolated from the field, the calculation will be very large. Through my experience of multiple examinations, I have summarized the HF-based formula, which is the formulas and techniques that are commonly used in the analysis of information, and I have taken it out for a few minutes before each examination takes place.

Information analysis of HF points and formulae

Secondly, strict time-bound training is required to keep pushing itself to speed up. All time-limited blindly sketches are a waste of time and energy. At the beginning of my study, 20 pieces of data analysis took 40-45 minutes, and then I kept pushing myself to speed up, and at one point the right rate went down, but at this point, don’t hesitate and wander, don’t be afraid, and eventually the right rate will go up. After continuous time-limited training, a gradual 20-point problem takes 35 minutes, 30 minutes, and eventually stabilizes in about 25 minutes.

Thirdly, with regard to the order of responses to the examination, it could be arranged according to my own practice, but I suggest that the analysis of the information be done in the middle. One is the fact that the data analysis is well measured and that it is a guaranteed score; the second is that the data analysis needs to be calculated and, if left behind, people are prone to stress and to a lack of concentration, and the analysis of the information is prone to error and slow. My personal experience is generally in the second part of the analysis, i.e. after the speech is understood and the brain works.

Reference: This book, which I used for three study tours, has been turned over by me because of the length of my field of work, and I personally think it’s a good text, a good organization. But the cabbage is all in love, and I don’t like the book when I have a little partner. Of course, I did not use the materials of other counselling institutions, so I didn’t know much, and it might be better. In fact, it’s good to have the right learning method.

4.3.3 Common sense

As for the common sense part, I’m usually between 75% and 85%, but it’s mostly because I’ve accumulated over the years, after all, the biggest hobby of my life is to read, and when I go to high school, it’s called the “encyclopedia prince.” What I would like to say is that common sense does not have much of a review technique, but, based on my experience in the field, there are still some small suggestions.

First, to pay attention to the investment of time and not to suggest that too much effort should be devoted to studying common sense, as it would be too costly. The general knowledge component is too extensive to be exhaustive in terms of the counselling materials of any institution, and no one can predict what common sense will be encountered in the examination. So even if you’ve spent a lot of effort studying this part, it’s possible you won’t be able to meet a relevant knowledge point in the examination. There should be a lot of brushes on your phones, App, with five to 10 minutes a day, 10 to 20 minutes of common sense, and then a good memory and mastery of the points of knowledge that you encounter on the subject, at most half an hour a day. However, it cannot be brushed for the sake of engraving, as long as it is done by itself, and the knowledge points involved in the drying and options must be understood.

Secondly, on focus and recent trends. In recent years, the common-sense study of Xi’s new era of China’s socialist ideology has significantly increased, and this part of the study has become more focused and accumulated. In addition, there has been a high frequency of visits to the country ‘ s recent scientific and technological achievements in recent years, and more attention should be paid to this area of information and its accumulation.

4.3.4 Language understanding

First, special attention is paid to the fact that there are differences in the examination points for this part between the provinces and the prefectures and municipalities. Like the word “commonly associated” in the “logical emptiness” section. This point of view, the National Examination and some provinces, are hardly ever covered; the “read and understand” part of the “read and read” part, the “sub-provincial” part of the examination is mandatory, but some of the examinations are never taken; and the ” expression” part, the “diagnosis” part, the “problem use” part, the “verbal method” and the “word structure” part of the examination is almost never covered. It tells us to be targeted when we review. My proposal is that, before starting to study, the first step would be to look at the reality of the recent years of the job offers, to find out which points of knowledge are required, which ones are not, which ones are possible, and the frequency of their occurrence, and then to rationalize the review programme according to the time frame for their preparation, so as to avoid wasting valuable time and energy.

Secondly, there is an error in the interpretation of words: it is not, or is not just a matter of understanding of words and reading, but in fact the subject matter is rule-based, and even if it is less linguistic or reading understanding, the answer can be quickly selected on the basis of the problem-making techniques. In time constraints, we can choose the right answer if we do not even have to read it in its entirety or even what it says. Therefore, it is important not to create psychological fear about this part of the story because of a poor sense of speech or reading. There are a number of techniques in this section, such as first sentences, keywords, proxies, back-to-back correspondence, etc., so that they will not be repeated, and the materials of the various counselling institutions will be well summarized.

4.3.5Judgery

First, about “logical judgment” — the choice. The first part of the reasoning, “logical judgment”, is generally 10 questions, divided mainly into “inevitability reasoning” and “possibility reasoning”, which involve more knowledge points, are more demanding and difficult for logic thinking, and many small partners learn more labour and time-consuming. But if we apply for the post of Vice-Professional candidate, or for some provinces, the “necessity reasoning” is not the focus of the examination, and in general the 10-point question is only a 2-3 question, and hardly any “intelligence reasoning” is involved. But that’s the 2-3 issue, and many small partners spend a lot of time and energy studying it, and it’s worth it. If we don’t have enough time to review, or if we have a tight schedule on the test, this two to three of the lines of “necessity reasoning” is perfectly strategic. For example, when I did the “logical” module, I did the “probability reasoning” first, and then there was time to do the “necessity reasoning.” If, on the other hand, we apply for a post at the national competitive examination level, then the “necessity reasoning” and “possibility reasoning” account for five of them, and if we carefully analyse the question from the previous year, it is clear that the examination of ” inevitability reasoning” at the national competitive examination level involves only five “intellectual reasoning” and that, in re-examining the “necessity reasoning”, we need only focus on the “inherent reasoning” section, the rest of which is completely unobserved.

Second, about “synthetic reasoning” — encapsulating and summing up patterns. Proficiency in all laws is the basis, and cannot be missed. Trick one, “Perception Graphics”, sees a graphic reasoning that is not a waste of time to go over and over and over and over and over again. First, you need to grasp the overall characteristics of the graphic, or you need to look for one of them with a distinctly different characteristic, to narrow down the range of the pattern and solve the problem quickly. If, for example, the graphics in the subject are visible, or if there are more graphics in the “day” font, you can try “one painting” boldly; if, for example, the graphics in the subject are composed of Chinese words, you can analyze the number of drawings, closed doors, interlocking structures, etc., and other patterns can be ignored; if, for example, the graphics in the subject are straight lines and curves, you can first analyse the number of straight lines and curves, etc. There are many such patterns, and they are summarized in various teaching materials. Trick two: The sequence of patterns, sometimes a question may require the verification of several patterns, which are sequenced, not random, and are constantly summarized in the encapsulation process to form their own set of models and habits. As for graphic reasoning, my experience is: brushing — summing up. At first, graphic reasoning was also my weakness, and it was always hard to improve, but I managed to figure out a model of my own, by constantly brushing it and summing it up.

I will not dwell on the terms “definition judgement” and “similar reasoning”, which are relatively simple, and which are well summarized in the teaching materials of the various counselling institutions, which are not difficult to grasp.

4.3.6 Quantitative relationships – relinquishable

First, the abandonment of quantitative relationships does not necessarily affect performance. Take my own example, 2019, the provincial exam, a partial waiver of the quantitative relationship, and 10 mathematically corrects 3 lines, with 76.1. In the 2020 national examination, the quantitative relationship was partially abandoned, 15 mathematical questions were correctly 3 and the results were measured 78.2. In 2020, I did eight quantitative questions, all right, and two other questions, all of which were known to be done at first glance, were short of time. The estimated line score was between 86 and 88, but the final score was only 78.1 points, as mentioned earlier, because the logical part was wrong. I want to show one thing through my grades: if the rest of you answer well, you can still do a relatively good job by abandoning math. Of course, if the test is to make a breakthrough and get over 80 points, it’s going to take some effort to get it.

Second, the review of the quantitative component is time-consuming and therefore less cost-effective. It is also normal for students who are carefully prepared to study and learn the math to be very slow, because it takes time to calculate each subject. Therefore, if time and energy are limited, I would clearly suggest abandoning the quantitative relationship and placing valuable time and energy in the more cost-effective part.

Thirdly, the issue of quantitative relationships is skilled. In a set of quantitative questions, there are always a few questions that do not need to be calculated, so that the answer can be quickly selected by the technique, or the most appropriate option. With regard to specific techniques, there is a lot of talk on this issue on the platform of knowledge, and I will not go into it here, but just give you a direction and a thought.

Fourth, there are trade-offs. The quantitative relationship component consists of two main modules, “Mathematical calculations” and “Digital reasoning”, which have not been tested in the national and many provincial examinations for many years, and can be given up strategically if time is tight. But in some provinces, “digital reasoning” is mandatory and the focus is on, for example, Jiangsu, which will require careful review.

V. Summary of interview experience

5.1 About my interview experience

As I mentioned above, I have been interviewed four times, and my interview preparation has been effective for 850 hours as a result of the epidemic, which has led to a deeper understanding of structured interviews.

5.2 Questions on interview coaching sessions

5.2.1 Interview papers are not available

Whether or not to report for a tutorial course is probably the most important concern of most of the young partners in the field, who wish to value the interview opportunities that they have so hard to learn. According to the report, it’s too expensive to have an interview class under the line, 78,000 is a start-up price, tens of thousands, even tens of thousands, and even I hear there’s a local institution called 100,000 plus/person. So many small partners, especially current graduates, are reluctant to pay such a high price and are reluctant to report. Based on my experience, I suggest we do the same.

As a general rule, the pre-screening cycle, from the written examination to the interview, is usually shorter, varying from one week to one month. In such a short period of time, there has been some hasty learning by itself unless it is of its own quality. The answers to the interviews are open, but they are still set (on the question of the reverse. It is therefore important for a tutorial to quickly master the basic techniques of interviewing through solid training in the short term. It is not impossible to find out on its own; it takes a long time, on the one hand, to have a wealth of knowledge of its own, and on the other hand, to be better in every respect. And the vast majority of the candidates who advanced in both areas did not.

5.2.2 Linework or linework

On the question of whether to go to work or to go to work, my suggestion is that, if time and economic conditions permit, it is better to go to work. The most important part of the pre-interview examination is not how much theoretical knowledge you have learned, but rather an open-ended exercise, in which a great deal of practice is required to build on the theoretical knowledge acquired and to improve the phenomena of twitching and non-flowing. And, while we’re practicing, let the teacher and the little partner point out your problems, which is the fastest.

With regard to the selection of specific tutorials, the wise and kind man has come to the wise, and I am not in a good position to recommend any of them here, either, nor have I ever been in touch, nor have I been able to comment. In preparation for the interview, I also reported for a tutorial and for two, but in order to avoid the suspicion of advertising, I did not specify which counselling institution.

The first step forward: in 2019, the provincial entrance examination reported on a line-up, a smaller body (the institution Z), which was not the one known to the public. As I had to go to work and time was tight, the teacher had three days of intensive training. The teacher has been working in the system for many years, so his teaching style is very practical, his answer lines are well thought out and his responses are very detailed. In contrast, the responses and content of many institutions on the market appear to be empty and stylized. I personally felt that, according to the teacher ‘ s guidance, it was easier to answer the bright spots and features at the examination and to get high marks.

2nd and 3rd steps forward: In 2020, the state entrance exam filed a line to work. Why did I report another line to work? Because I feel like I’m in a hurry, three days of high-intensity sprinting, and I can’t digest it at once, and I’m trying to lay the groundwork. On-line courses in institutions are recorded by teachers in advance, although courses have been updated and live courses are available from time to time. B. The institutional curriculum is well developed and the content is more systematic, but because it is a recorded course, it is not very specific and suitable for candidates who have sufficient time, a weak foundation and a first step.

4th Progress: In 2020, since it was the 4th Progress, I’ve mastered the structured interview, and I don’t think I need to report anymore. I have therefore summarized the courses and materials of the two previous tutorials, as well as other materials that have been found on the web, and have been continuously summarizing, collating and updating them in the context of social events and news. Nearly 300,000 words of interview information were summarized before the interview. So for the fourth interview, I was all self-study. Every day, they practice themselves in the mirror at home, or they record it during the exercise, then look over and over again, discover problems and solve problems.

PS: Because I’m out of the basics, all of the 300,000 words are real and simulated, suitable for later encapsulation exercises.

A summary of interviews.

5.3 On the issue of reverses

Mistake: The round-the-scenes is one of the most discussed topics in recent years, with many agencies shaking the market under the banner of the opposite, but some seem to have gone to extremes.

You have to understand that there is a pattern to everything. In particular, structured interviews, which are called structured, indicate that they are structured, that they are in fact a set, and that they are in fact a frame of thinking. If all the frameworks are knocked out, it would be against objective law.

For most of the candidates, the first question to be addressed during the interview was to say something. Don’t want to eat a fat man, solve a problem with words, then a good one.

The first stage of the interview preparation is to have a basic question-and-answer framework and thinking. Why would you do that? Structured interviews are basically 10 to 20 minutes, and it is difficult for most people to think about 2 to 4 issues in such a short period of time and at high pressure, and to express them in a structured, structured, logical and language-friendly manner. Many candidates have nothing to say, or stammered, confused and incomprehensible. Learning interview kits, or learning thinking frameworks, is designed to solve the problem of saying things, and to ensure that in a state of high pressure, even if there is nothing in our head, even if there is a hole in our brain, we can quickly form a response framework and thinking, based on the set, for a few seconds, so that we can say, with a basic logical level, that we can get basic points. If there is no such thing as a plan, not even a basic score, then there is no success.

The second stage of the pre-interview, after mastering the basics, will, if it is able to learn more, then consider how to build on the existing framework to make it more informative, more fleshy, more fluent, and eventually to develop its own response style. This requires a very solid pool of knowledge, a long period of learning and rereading, and, in fact, very few candidates have reached the second stage in a short preparation cycle. Hence the importance of first-stage mastery.

5.4 Information on interviews

5.4.1 Micro-Credentials

People ‘ s Daily Review, Learning Group, Mansion Island, Bimonthly Talks.

How to learn: Almost all the articles on these public magazines were necessary, almost all of them. And I’m not just going to read, but I’m going to read it over and over again, and I’m going to think about it and take notes and understand it. A long-term commitment to reading the articles in the public domain would greatly broaden horizons, broaden thinking, make interview responses more open, high-level, and in-depth, and would also be useful for writing the essay. In fact, the essays and interview reviews can be synchronized, and I suggest that you stick to the articles from the beginning of the written examination.

5.4.2 Policy documents

Policy documents are broad in scope and not necessarily all learning, but focus, hot spots must be given timely attention and learning. For example, 19 major reports, 19 mid-second, 3rd, 4th and 5th plenary meetings; two annual reports on government work. There are also a number of policy documents of a thematic nature, such as the “basic drop” in the hot spots of interviews over the years. Two documents are mandatory: the Circular on Solving the Retrenchment of Formsism as a Grassroots Deduction (11 March 2019) and the Circular on Providing Strong Guarantees for the Sustainable Resolution of Formsism Persisting on the Base (14 April 2020), which provides for the complete realization of a small and healthy society. Like hot topic: education. In the last year or two, the hotspots for education are: Opinions on accelerating the construction of a system of political work in higher education (22 April 2020), Opinions on furthering educational and pedagogical reforms to improve the quality of education in all its aspects (23 June 2019), Opinions on strengthening labour education in the new age of primary, secondary and secondary schools (20 March 2020); and Opinions on the consolidation and deepening of educational results on the theme of “Not forgetting, remembering, remembering the mission”.

How to learn: Learning in policy documents must be hot and new. I will just briefly cite just a few examples above, where, over time, new policy documents will be available that will require continuous learning and updating of the knowledge base. We all know why we should study policy documents, and we all know how to respond to them in our speeches and interviews, and where they come from, how to ensure that the responses that we propose are well adapted, realistic and at the same time high, and that they are answered in the policy documents of the central party and the State Council. As we learn about the policy document, we first need to know what area and where it is concerned, with a secondary focus on the policy document ‘ s responses and requirements for issues in this area. Much more, it is natural to offer practical responses during interviews, rather than empty-minded responses. Again, in the last two years of “formism” and “basic decline” in interviews, for example, some of the key measures and practices we have encountered in interviews can be found in the Circulars on Solving Formism Proximity as a Grassroots Deduction and the Circular on Providing Strong Guarantees for Resolving the Problem of Formism Pervading the Grassroots Formism as a Successor to the Full Development of Small Society.

5.4.3 Books

These include, inter alia, the study of the history of the party, which is based on the official version.

How to learn: We often say “four degrees” for interviews: height, depth, breadth, temperature. With regard to height, that is theoretical height, which is, of course, difficult for candidates at the examination level. During the interview preparation process, and in particular the first two books, I looked over three or four times, and marked the focus, wrote notes and recited the key words, paragraphs and speeches on the basis of their understanding. The benefits of doing so are obvious, and allow me to go from twitching at the beginning, not knowing what to say, to poaching at the end, and, if not intuitively controlled, the interview will be timed out. The last two interviews, almost all of which I looked at, tried to streamline my language and was afraid of overtime.

5.4.4 Key speeches

Important statements are very numerous, and there are two ways to access them.

The first is the books recommended above, which are most conveniently read in the form of chapters, sub-areas and scenes, which list important speeches, so that we can learn which area, which aspect and which issue is the subject of a particular sentence, and so that they can be applied in a targeted manner.

The second is my recommended Twitter public sign, in particular the Learning Group, which tracks the event around the clock, but whenever important speeches are delivered in full, they require timely attention and careful learning.

For example, at the end of 2020, in order to draft the 14th Five-Year Plan, the Centre held seminars in various fields, during which important statements were made, which will guide our work for some time to come and require careful study and study in order to raise the heat and the height of the interview. For example, statements at seminars of experts in the field of education, health and sports (2020.9.22), at seminars of grass-roots representatives (2020.9.19), at seminars of experts and academics (2020.6.2). As the person preparing the interview, it is important to focus on learning in a timely manner.

How to learn: One is to recite. Memory is a prerequisite for its application, and it is only when it is written that it can come out of the examination. To give the simplest example, for example, on the construction of eco-civilization, you can quote some golden phrases in your answer: “We want the mountains of gold and green and green, rather than the banks of gold and the mountains of gold and silver, to protect the environment like the eyes and to treat it like life.” These statements are to be carried out in advance and in what context. Two is understanding. The question of how to understand important speeches often comes up in interviews, for example, on the construction of eco-civilization, as follows: “The Green Mountain is the Silver Mountain of the Golden Mountains” and your understanding of this phrase. And for example, with regard to learning, the topic is this: to say, “Our party relies on learning to make history, and more on learning to go to the future,” and to say something about your understanding of that. This requires us to learn from important speeches, not simply to recite them, but to understand in depth the context, purpose, meaning and specific requirements of the important speeches, so that such questions can be answered well, in depth, in height and in bright spots.

PS: With regard to the pits in the National Examination interview, I said, “What kind of people do national ministries like? In this case, we share some of our own experiences and reflections, hoping to help more people less to go down the road.

5.5 At the end

These are some of the broad lines of thought and lessons learned, which we hope will help. There is no more detail here on how to learn from each subject, how to answer questions and what experience in the interview examination, and it is not one or two articles that can be written. After all, I’ve been preparing myself for a year since my first interview last year, and it’s not clear.

And I also know that the competitive pressure on the candidates is particularly great, after all, that thousands of troops cross the only-wood bridge. So if you’re not one of those very self-restraint people who want to study, or for the first time, I suggest that you be guided by an ex-student or a professional teacher who has come to shore, so that you don’t travel a lot.

Finally, successful landing of small partners wishing candidates success. Record number: YXA1GnmrxNetOyPB5lGcpQpK

Keep your eyes on the road.
