As a matter of fact, India’s military power is definitely the top ten in the world.
After all, it is a country with nuclear bombs, carriers, and long-range missiles.
Since the founding of the country, after being beaten up in 1962, it’s almost always been a good fight!
But in the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks, 10 explosive terrorists stormed Mumbai, and three days later they were defeated.
The 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks,
It’s called India 911.
Shanghai also has a high-end atmosphere known as Little Bombay in China, in addition to “Demondu”.
The GDP already exceeds 3 trillion yuan, up to 200 per cent of Mumbai, to be evaluated by the people of India.
As for the city itself, it is well known in the world, with a population of more than 21 million, and is located on the western coast of India, in the capital of Maharashtra, one of the most important economic and recreational centres in India.
This was the birth of Bollywood, a well-known Chinese fan, whose world influence can be seen in a slightly higher GDP than Chengdu.
But who could think that the security of this world-renowned city is the same as that of paper?
Even more surprising, as early as August 25, 2003, there were two successive explosions in Mumbai Square, India, and a gold market, which resulted in 45 deaths, but this did not give the Mumbai police a clue that no weapons were upgraded in five years.
Such an attitude, which eventually allowed Mumbai to experience yet another horrific terrorist attack at the end of 2008, is a terrible thing to remember today!
The tragedy began at 8:00 p.m. on the night of 26 November 2008, when 10 suspicious elements dropped an inflatable rubber boat from a fishing boat in Golaba, Mumbai, and landed under night cover.
It was not assumed that the 10 persons had been discovered by an alert fisherman who had informed the police in time and had been treated as harassment telephones. As a result, 10 individuals, after disembarkation, split into two or two groups into five groups and split into Mumbai.
On the evening of 26 November 2008, at 10.30 p.m., at the Leopold Café, located in the centre of Mumbai, tourists from all over the country were enjoying a good taste of Indian coffee.
All of a sudden, the sound of a violent explosion was followed by a high-intensity shoot-out.
In the middle of the day, 10 foreign tourists and Indian waitresses were killed on the spot, a 150-year-old, low-key, luxurious café that suddenly became a resort.
Immediately thereafter, a taxi exploded on the road not far from the café, killing the driver and the passengers.
Turns out, the two gunmen who attacked Leopold’s Cafe came to the café with this taxi and put a time bomb in the car before they got out!
In parallel to the attack at the Leopold Café, there were shootings at the CST railway station in the Bombay Centre, where crowding waiting halls in Netton were flying in blood, people fled in fear and countless people were shot down.
Countless people were shouting, “Help! Where are the police?”
But what they didn’t think was that the police were running.
The police didn’t come to escape, they went to the gun store to pick up the gun because they were normally armed with wooden sticks!
In Maharashtra, India, where there are 180,000 police officers, there are only 2,200 firearms, and Mumbai has the largest number, 577.
There is only one revolver at the station and five of the Lee Nfield bolted rifles (commonly known as “Li”) produced during World War II, and, more surprisingly, these “Li” have suffered from a chronic lack of maintenance, rust, loss of even the cartridges, and only one round, one round, and a single barrel of fire.
The attackers were armed with fully automatic AKM assault rifles, as well as grenades and explosives, which created an absolute firepower advantage for the police.
There were only two of the attackers, and the police, dozens of times over, did not care that they came out of the station after they had assembled their guns in the bathroom, and the scene was accidentally caught by the cameraman who was playing the camera nearby.
In the face of absolute disadvantage, the police at the Mumbai railway station did not retreat, but most of them were unarmed, with wooden sticks, and were unable to counter them, despite the preponderant terrain.
At that time, the Indian police officer Pawar, who was already off duty, heard the shots and rushed back to the station.
When he saw the teammate’s panic was slow to fill the bullet, an arrow strung up to get the gun loaded, and the first and last shot he fired back!
Pawal was then fired at by angry gunmen, several of whom were shot dead.
In just 10 minutes, the bloody killing at the train station resulted in the tragic death of 58 civilians, 104 wounded and 8 killed by the station police. The two gunmen, unharmed and easily killed and surrounded by the police, continued to move towards other regions.
Chapter 1
While a large number of police reinforcements were made at the central railway station, all the police centres in Mumbai received a large number of calls.
Bombay’s representative building — Taj Maha — has set fire to the fire, which has turned the night sky around into blood, as if the devil was laughing.
The other luxury hotel in Mumbai — the Oberroy Trident Hotel — also lit fire at 23:47 a.m. without the police coming back.
It was only later that the Mumbai police understood that two of the bandits who attacked the Taj Maha Hotel in the first place and the Leopold Cafe were the same men.
After the slaughter of the two men, they went directly to the Taj Maha Hotel, and shortly after their arrival, another group of gunmen arrived, and four gunmen joined together to begin a mad massacre at the Taj Maha Hotel.
At the same time, two other gunmen, disguised as tourists, began to kill in the hotel after a few hours of sleepover at the Hotel El Obeid.
At that time, two luxury hotels shed blood and various rooms inside the hotel were lit.
The post-censorship video found that the gunmen were carrying large backpacks with sufficient ammunition, food and that they were prepared to fight for a long time.
Gunners at the El Obeid Hotel broke into the rooms, took a large number of passengers to the top of the building and checked their passports: European and American tourists were killed on sight.
While several East Asian face girls in Myanmar (from Japan and Singapore), the thugs hesitated to take out a satellite phone and ask: What about these hostages that look Chinese?
The answer on the phone is: Kill them all!
Only two Turkish couples were spared by the mob while they were on their knees praying, but were also kept under house arrest in their rooms.
It should be noted that many of the visitors to the two hotels were not waiting to die and chose to save themselves.
A number of people tied the hotel bedlines to them as simple ropes to escape from the building.
The vast majority of the tenants who chose to save themselves survived, according to later statistics, while the majority of those who stayed in the hotel were either shot or abducted and executed.
In addition to the landmark luxury hotels and train stations, the Naremán House, the largest Jewish movement centre in Mumbai, was attacked.
Almost all the people who could have escaped from the building were killed, while a Jewish rabbi and his wife were tortured with extreme cruelty: Among them, pregnant wives were picked to death by thugs with knives, and the horrors in the building were overwhelming.
The only comforting thing was that the children of the Jewish rabbis and their Indian nanny were hiding in the basement, and they managed to escape the following morning, while the bandits and the police were facing each other.
At this time, India ‘ s Mumbai counter-terrorism efforts succeeded in intercepting satellite communications from the leaders of the attackers.
It is clear from this that the group is a professionally trained killing machine, skilled in the use of military weapons and tactical communications, and that it is not easy to defeat the mob at the current level of equipment and tactics of the Mumbai police.
Without more robust counter-terrorism action, the situation in Mumbai as a whole risks losing control.
At this time, however, there is no anti-terrorist force in Harastra as a whole.
Bombay police can only seek help from the Indian National Security Guard (NSG, also known as Black Cats) in New Delhi, thousands of miles away.
Ineffective communication mechanisms make it impossible for support to arrive in time.
The crisis in Mumbai has become an urgent one, as the two gunmen who had been brutally massacred at the central train station have been transferred to the entrance of the Kama Hospital and are ready to break into the hospital and kill.
The roadside surveillance video just happened to take pictures of the mob, from which we can see that these two individuals have killed red eyes.
At a time of great urgency, armed Indian police, equipped with semi-automatic firearms, arrived and engaged in gun battles with the assailants.
2 The gunmen met with a large crowd of policemen and intended to withdraw first.
“We can’t let these bastards get away! I’m sorry.
As the bandits fled again, Bombay’s head of counter-terrorism, Kachari, was in a state of emergency, wearing helmets and bulletproof vests, two senior police officers and four junior police officers, seven of whom drove to hunt down the gunmen.
It was not surprising that the sly gunmen had been ambushed at the intersection, when the car of one of the Qakarians had arrived and had been fired by bandits in the rain, and that Karkari and the remaining six officers had died in the act, with only one officer passing out and escaped.
Two gunmen threw the bodies of Kachary and others out of the car, drove a stolen police car into the city and fired at a group of journalists, killing two journalists and a plainclothes policeman.
Most of the journalists stood by and did not escape.
A number of journalists were standing on the floor with bullets.
At this point, five hours have passed since the attack.
2 A private car was hijacked by a gunman after he discovered that the car that had been hijacked had failed and tried to flee to other regions.
On this occasion, the Indian police succeeded in intercepting it, killing and wounding each of the bandits.
Bombay police tried to arrest the wounded man.
The bandits suddenly opened fire on the rounded-up police, and at the critical juncture, a police officer with a wooden stick came to his death and grabbed his gun, shot dozens of times and killed him in the act, while other police officers took over his uniform.
The arrested gunman was named Kassab (also known as the “Franch Cheetah Boys” and a Pakistani), and one of the gunmen at the blood-washing train station had him.
The Indian police conducted a raid on Kassab.
It turns out that Kassab was sent by India’s well-known separatist group, the Zionist Army, to communicate with his superiors via satellite.
Their goal was simply to kill and kill 5,000 people.
His participation in the terrorist organization in Kassab was simply due to the fact that his father was greedy of $10,000.
Following the arrest of Kassab, a counter-terrorism campaign by the Mumbai police also reached the counter-attack stage, with the remaining eight gunmen surrounded in three locations: the Taj Maha Hotel, the Ober Roy Hotel and the Nareman Jewish Movement Centre.
There was a long exchange of fire between the two sides and the mob was unable to escape.
In the case of the Bombay armed police, who had only bolted rifles and semi-automatic rifles, were unable to carry out the attack, and the parties were deadlocked.
Until 5 a.m. on 27 November 2008, nine hours after the attack, Indian NSS Special Forces arrived in Mumbai.
Surprisingly, when the NSG arrived at the airport, it was discovered that there were no transport vehicles and that the team had to wait at the airport, which had delayed four hours.
It was not until 9 a.m. that they arrived in the city of Mumbai and travelled to 3 locations at a fast pace to carry out their task of paying off.
NSG’s first target is the Obello Trident!
And the situation at the El Be Roy Hotel is a little complicated because it’s as high as 30 floors and 887 rooms, where it’s easy to search for thugs, there’s no high point, and it’s very difficult to attack from the bottom.
Just as the military thought of a plan of action, the Mumbai police received a call from the Hotel O’Belroy: “Come on, they’re out of food!” I’m sorry.
This is the Turkish couple who was temporarily spared by the shooter.
As a result, after the shooters returned the couple to their room, they ate all the food in the room and took a break.
During this period, the couple discovered a detail that they would never forget.
When these two well-equipped, murdering bandits saw the water coming out of the hotel room, the “childish” curiosity appeared in their eyes as if it were a treasure of magic.
When the Special Forces arrived, the two men raised their guns and came out of the room to fight, while they accidentally left two backpacks full of spare bullets, grenades and explosives in the room.
In this case, the couple locked the door and called the police, during which the mob tried to seduce the old couple: “Please open the door for the Muslim brothers! I’m sorry.
But it was the old couple who refused, “No, you are not Muslims!” I’m sorry.
Two thugs didn’t choose to break through the door because they saved bullets or anything!
Upon receipt of this information, NSG Special Forces immediately stormed the Hotel O’Belroy, killing the explosive without ammunition!
Chapter 2
After having paid off the El Obeid Hotel, soldiers of the NSG outside the Naremán Jewish Centre launched a strong attack after learning that the bandits had executed all the hostages, and after hours of intense fighting, two of their attackers were killed.
In the course of the heavy fighting, however, a large number of media journalists surrounded by them made live broadcasts, filming all of the NSG raids, and, more importantly, the fact that individual journalists had made public their conversations with survivors in the hotel.
While watching television, the leaders behind the scenes were using satellite phones to give remote tactical command to recalcitrant gunmen.
Fortunately, the agency in charge of assisting the United States CIA discovered the situation, and the Indian counter-terrorism department immediately cut off the live feed before the situation deteriorated.
At this point, the Taj Maha Hotel still hangs four gunmen, who keep shooting cold shots out of the room and can only go through the main door, but this will be exposed directly to each other ‘ s crossfire.
Faced with this situation, the NSG decided to launch an offensive called Black Cyclone.
Initially, in the interest of protecting the 100-year-old hotel, the front forces on the outskirts had simply used light weapons to suppress them, while the NSS had attacked in three directions, stormed through the main gate and the armed thugs had a hard exchange of fire, while the other two groups were flanked.
Four thugs in the Taj Maha Hotel showed the wildness of the trapped beasts, they went crazy and fired at the general special forces and smashed all their grenades.
NSG members of the Special Forces fought at gunpoint from 10 p.m. on 27 November until 9 a.m. on 28 November, and the Special Forces finally pushed four thugs into the dead.
In the war, the forces outside are losing sight of the relics. Heavy fire, such as sniper rifles, rifle grenades, machine guns, etc., has begun to tilt towards the mob, four individuals have been shot dead, and the Mumbai terrorist attacks have finally ended.
After that, when the police looked at the bodies of the mob, they found that they were carrying drugs to keep them high and had a strange smile on their faces, and they really believed that they were going to heaven after death!
Although the rioters have been eliminated, it is saddening to note that the commander of the commandos, Colonel Sandy, was killed in a tragic attack…
The world was shocked by this terrorist attack in Mumbai, India, which killed 195 people in total, 19 of whom were military and police personnel, including the top anti-terrorist commander in Mumbai, and Lieutenant Colonel Sandy of the NSS, as well as several senior police officers.
The dramatic psychological trauma caused by the incident to Indians deepened the conflict between Hinduism and Islam.
Shortly after the attack, there were also numerous instances of Hindu extremists killing and murdering Muslim civilians in various parts of India, deepening India ‘ s religious contradictions.
In Mumbai, India’s first economic city, where ten terrorists have caused so much damage, the level of counter-terrorism defence has stayed in World War II. Five years after the devastating terrorist attacks of 2003, no lessons have been learned that led to a greater tragedy in 2008.
Although it is true that there are some of the Bombay police and NSG Special Forces who dare to face death and perform their duties.
For example, a dedicated off-duty railway police officer, first in command of counter-terrorism, dared to attack a heavy-bullet strike.
But a few brave men could not hide India’s incompetent and rigid military and police system, and the Mumbai terrorist attacks were destined to become an important counter-edagogic in the history of the world’s fight against terrorism!
In objective terms, there is no shortage of brave men among Indians, such as the executive chef of the Taj Maha Hotel, Hermant, who did not choose to escape after the terrorist attack, but instead ordered that the lights in the surrounding area be turned off, blocked the sight of the thugs and evacuated 170 guests with the voluntary 70 hotel employees who risked their lives and several of them died during the retreat.
As for Casab, the only gunman who was caught alive, he also stated in court: “I do not ask forgiveness, but for one death.” The Indian courts met his demands.
In 2009, Kassab was executed, and to this end, 10 mobsters who committed the bloody slaughter in Mumbai were ambushed!
End
Looking back at events, alarm bells, more effective means of dealing with terror is the aspiration of our citizens. Urban counter-terrorism is not far from us, and we must remain vigilant against the spread of terrorism.
In conclusion, I would like to add that, like the virus, terrorism is the enemy of all humanity and cannot be the subject of this big and big deal, because of arrogance and prejudice and the loss of basic positions. As the terrorist attacks in Mumbai were followed by the `True Army’, they were closely associated with the Pakistani Taliban, who attacked Chinese citizens.
The enemy is not necessarily a friend, but a bipolar mind.
But then again, did the tragedy teach Mumbai?
Perhaps because on the evening of July 13th, 2011, Mumbai was hit by a series of terrorist attacks, and in the centre of the city there was a series of explosions that resulted in at least 17 deaths, 81 injuries and much fewer casualties than before.
I don’t know.
Keep your eyes on the road.
