What are the crazy plans in human history?

You may not believe that, after 10 years of struggle, the most anti-human President of Africa finally returned their country to its original society.

In such a country, the capital is like a developed region, but the rest is hell on earth.

This amazing country, Equatorial Guinea, is a small and unheard country in West Africa.

In 2008, Equatorial Guinea ‘ s per capita GDP reached US$ 23 million, more than six times that of China during the same period, higher than in Korea at the same time, and the data have reached the threshold in developed countries.

However, with such beautiful economic data, nearly 60 per cent of the country has no access to running water, and the under-five mortality rate of 20 per cent is rated among the least developed countries in the world.

In general, GDP is the most visible measure of a country’s economic and social level. But in the face of this unique global phenomenon, the United Nations was also a bit silly, and finally invented a name for the country called “high GDP, the poorest.”

It’s not gonna be the Empire.

It is well known that recent African history is a colonial one.

Prior to World War II, the vast majority of the land of Africa as a whole had been divided by the colonial powers of France, France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy and Spain.

By level of profitability, they can be divided into meat (English and French), bones (Belgium), soup (Portugal), bowls licked (Italy) and smell (Spain).

And by the time of World War II, Spain, the first colonial empire, had only a taste in Africa.

Africa’s colonial distribution (1913)

You know, the term “Sunless Empire” was not the first to describe Britain, but Spain, the first global colonial empire.

But Spain, though vast, is getting worse and worse because of the intransigence of future generations.

In the twentieth century, the sunless empire had become an empire, with few colonies left, while Equatorial Guinea had become the only remaining legacy of the Spanish colonial empire.

Equatorial Guinea is located on the west coast of Africa and is close to the Atlantic Ocean. The area of 28,000 square kilometres is about half a day, with a population of about 1.3 million in 2018, probably the size of a big county town.

But it’s this big county, and Spain doesn’t want to let go.

After the Second World War, Spain continued to be ruled by Franco, a fascist dictator. Franco sought to preserve the heritage of the Spanish colonial empire, considering the ancestral land to be indissoluble.

However, the global wave of national independence after the Second World War prevented Spain from doing its part and, in the 1960s, it had realized that Equatorial Guinea could not survive and that it would become independent sooner or later.

Franco had therefore begun to identify agents in the hope of supporting a puppet President in post-independence Equatorial Guinea and defending Spain ‘ s interests.

Franco believes that the agent meets two criteria:

The first is loyalty to Spain, which, as Spain, is no longer a great empire, Voodoo must be chosen for control.

The second is to be stupid, after all, no smart man likes to be a puppet, and a male must be out of control.

As I said earlier, African colonizers have a good eye for people, such as the United States, which has supported Mobutu, France, Bocasa, Britain, and so on.

Spanish officials picked out a qualified candidate from Equatorial Guinea.

The Spanish believe that this man has a degree of loyalty and that he is even more stupid and cheap and that he is a suitable candidate.

But after all, Spain had been out of colonial life for too long, with some deviations.

The man they chose proved, at the first point, that he was not loyal. On the second point, it was clear that the Spaniards were overstretched and that the man’s brain was not enough, but the problem was that it was too much.

Now, let me have the honour to introduce you:

The elder of the African National Liberation Movement, the lifetime president of the United Labour Party, the lifetime president of Equatorial Guinea, the operator of the original social return movement, the founder of the statement on human security, the activist of the bookheads, the man who worked on the plan for the elimination of human beings, was the only miracle in Equatorial Guinea — Masier — among the five men of Africa’s three great tyrants.

Massier.

My son-in-law

In 1924, Masie was born in the Mongomo district of Equatorial Guinea. He had a good family and had successfully completed his primary and secondary education. However, in the light of Masière ‘ s subsequent performance, it is doubtful what he has learned in these years ‘ education.

In 1944, Masière became a civil servant by virtue of his family and entered the Spanish colonial administration. However, due to his poor performance, he left the sea after three years and grew coffee for several years.

In 1951, Masière again entered the system, becoming a civil servant at the grass-roots level, and after 10 years at the grass-roots level, his good luck came.

As stated earlier, Spaniards need to choose loyal and stupid agents, and Masière fits both.

As a black man, Masière was madly admired by Franco and, in order to express his loyalty to Spain, he changed his name to Francisco Marcier Nguema, a very Spanish name.

Massier changed his last name to show loyalty, showing that he wanted to be the son-in-law of the West.

The loyalty of Masière was valued by Spain, which finally began to be promoted after 10 years of government service.

In 1963, Masière went to Spain to congratulate Franco on the twenty-fifth anniversary of his administration, and Franco greatly appreciated him as an agent for Equatorial Guinea.

So, where’s the loyalty?

Masière’s brain feels like a fake recharacterizer sold in front of a train station, and looks like it’s only a tenth of what actually works.

Although the Spanish Government looks at Masière, the procedure to be followed is still to be followed, and the Spaniards have sent Masière to take the civil service examination, but either deliberately or before the examination, Masière has ensured, with a certain degree of stability, that three examinations were not passed.

I’ll lose if you can.

Spaniards bite their teeth and say I never thought that little Equatorial Guinea was such a genius. So the fourth exam went straight to him, and he passed the exam and sealed him off.

According to a psychologist ‘ s analysis, the three failed examinations may leave an indelible shadow over the masier mentality.

It should have been the beginning of the pathological hatred of knowledge and education that he had shown in his subsequent life, when Masière hated the issuers after the failed exams, and perhaps he had a firm conviction since then — if there was a power in the hands to do it all over the world.

In 1963, Equatorial Guinea was granted autonomous status.

In 1964, Masie was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea.

In 1968, when Equatorial Guinea became fully independent and, under the Spanish administration, Masière won the general election and assumed the first term of President of Equatorial Guinea, serving also as Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Minister of Defence.

In the twentieth century, the African continent was home to countless absurd leaders, such as fainters (Bocasa), tyrants (Amin) and corrupt officials (Mobutu). But none of these words are suitable for Masière, or even for Masière, and many years later, one of the most used words in summing up the first President of the Red Cross was that of a madman.

Spaniards had no idea that the so-called new official had been given three fires, and when Masie had taken over, the first fire had burned itself.

In 1968, the Spanish government was shocked by the fact that: “The West had eaten the Lord! I’m sorry.

Masière has been recognized as the representative of the African Movement for National Independence and has worked to expel foreign forces. He was well-dressed during the colonial period, but when he came to power, he showed up.

During the second month of Masière’s election, he launched a comprehensive expulsion of Spaniards, calling on young people to get up and expel Spaniards and to launch the Equatorial Guinea version of Crystal Night.

Immediately after Masière ‘ s call, the whole country of Equatorial Guinea was in turmoil.

For many years, Spain has been operating in China and has a permanent presence of more than 7,000 people, most of whom are teachers, technicians, businessmen and managers.

Equatorial Guinea had a population of over 300,000 at the time, and the expulsion of those persons would have had a great impact on society. The Minister for Foreign Affairs therefore urged Masière to suppress the riots.

Masière believes that heavy fists must be used against the remnants of colonial forces such as foreign ministers, and in a physical sense.

He called the Minister for Foreign Affairs to the presidential residence and then shot him.

As a result of most government officials opposing his actions, 12 ministers were shot and killed in the first Cabinet session.

Spain had never imagined that the eagle had been pecked in the eye for a lifetime. However, in spite of the anger, after looking at the other acts of Masière, Spain felt that he was good for himself.

The only miracle in Equatorial Guinea.

After the initial stabilization of the regime, the main initiative of Masière is two things, one of which is the creation of God and the second of which is the struggle for the return of Equatorial Guinea to its original society.

In 1970, Masière dissolved all political parties in Equatorial Guinea, with the exception of the ruling party, and assumed the presidency for life. It ended the political and biological life of all political opponents.

In 1972, at the second national congress of the ruling party, the United Labour Party, Masière announced his new title, “The only miracle in Equatorial Guinea”.

It should be said that, in a sense, Masière did. It is a miracle for a small country in Equatorial Guinea to be able to produce such a person.

Equatorial Guinea is a purely agricultural country and a backward agricultural country. The main industries are cocoa and coffee plantations, which are the responsibility of Spanish farmers and Nigerian workers.

The Spanish had now been expelled, Masière had no business at all, Nigerian workers had fled in large numbers, Equatorial Guinea ‘ s only industry had quickly collapsed in a few years and plantations had been abandoned in large numbers.

By 1981, coffee production in Equatorial Guinea had declined by 78 per cent, cocoa production by 98 per cent and the economy had collapsed.

The collapse of the economy had led to domestic grievances and many had come out to blame the Government for its policies.

In this respect, Masière says — what bad will be done to Masière? He arrested and shot all those who accused him.

In order to ensure that society did not dispute itself, he had banned the existence of all media, such as newspapers and magazines, and had carried out organized exiles and executions of intellectuals in the country.

For the general population, Masière takes full advantage of the high illiteracy rate in Equatorial Guinea.

He ordered all church churches to hang their portraits, claiming that Masière was the only true God who created Equatorial Guinea in accordance with Masière’s demands.

The good guy Hung Su-soo just claimed to be God’s second son, and Masière came to God one step at a time and ordered God directly.

In horse-style Christianity, Masière can command God to create an Equatorial Guinea alone, as can be seen from his pattern.

The Government of Equatorial Guinea naturally has a large number of opponents of this tyranny, who were all shot and killed. Not only are those who oppose him to be shot, but those who support him sometimes also to be shot.

There was no reason for Masière to shoot him, and on one occasion one of his mistresses had dinner at his table, without knowing whether he had farts and burps, eating and eating, he suddenly ordered the mistress to be pulled out and shot and brought his hand to kill her family.

Massier had countless lovers, and if she was a married woman, she would immediately be widowed. If she’s not married, shoot all her ex-boyfriends.

In Equatorial Guinea, as in the case of mine clearance, every woman found in Masière has to be shot to death.

But the mistress and the lover were shot, it was just Masière’s family. Officials are shot. Who’s working for the government?

Masière said — let’s see if this is the world of horses.

Masière brought his family and relatives to the cabinet, where you are the Minister, who is the Chairman, a single official and, most importantly, his nephew Obiang, who was appointed “Deputy Minister of the People’s Armed Forces” to help him arrest the opposition and execute political prisoners.

But it’s easy to shoot people, and government work is done by educated people. How does the Masière family, apart from him, have the highest degree of driving school?

The solution that people think is worthy of the word Miracle.

Masière believes that, since the family cannot do it, the department should be cancelled.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Equatorial Guinea had virtually no power in the education, health and construction sectors, and no one could do it.

As the functional units were virtually eliminated, only three of the Government of Equatorial Guinea under Masière is operational — the army, the police and the prison.

It was the Government that promoted him, and in fact the camp administration.

It is true that the international community assessed Equatorial Guinea under Masière as “Oswissing in Africa”.

Like Mobutu, he’s drawn from fiscal spending. And Bocasa says, “The Treasury is me,” and Masière says that you are all too young. Equatorial Guinea, under Masiè, has no treasury, no finances, all foreign exchange earnings are channelled into the President’s personal accounts, and education and health infrastructure expenditures are zero!

You got it? The only expenditure on the Masière account is the salary paid to the police force, which is often in arrears. You ask for his salary, and he says it’s next time.

However, the accounts entered by foreign exchange were not in the banks of Equatorial Guinea because, in 1976, Masière immediately cancelled the National Bank after he shot the last president of the National Bank.

However, this has had little impact on the economy of Equatorial Guinea.

In the latter part of the 1970s, the few remaining nationals of Equatorial Guinea, either in concentration camps or in the plantations, were taken by Masière to work as slaves, with little economic activity.

It is curious to know that such countries still have foreign exchange earnings.

Actually there is.

After the collapse of the plantation, Masière found a new economic growth point — the kidnapping.

He found that the cost of kidnapping was very low and, in a sense, a development of the tertiary sector.

Massier carried out large-scale raids on foreigners in the country, including even those passing through Equatorial Guinea.

The foreigners he would arrest would be priced for ransom by Governments.

A German woman was sold for $57,000 and a Spanish professor for $40,000.

And in the case of kidnapping, Masière is selfless and childless, and he will never leave you alone because of which country you are from.

Even the Soviets, with whom the Soviet Union had a good relationship in the early days of Equatorial Guinea’s independence, received only $6,000 from Masière in return for the offer of friendship, which was the last mercy of Masière to his older brother.

It is logical that during the cold war, Masière had the courage to kidnap the Soviets and expel United States diplomats.

However, Masière, who was a poor country like Equatorial Guinea, was not paid enough to hit him, so countries had to account for the costs, and they had to feed the dogs.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Equatorial Guinea, led by Masière, has almost dissolved, and the only few remaining speakers of foreign languages are mainly involved in sending blackmail letters to Governments.

In 1976, one hundred and fourteen officials wrote to advise Masière to change the diplomatic isolation of Equatorial Guinea, and Masière did not dispute anything and shot and killed him.

In addition to the “kidnapping diplomacy ” , Masière has been engaged in a relentless campaign of cultural genocide in the country.

In addition to prohibiting the publication of all newspapers and magazines, Masière has also closed down all libraries and destroyed them.

In 1974, Masière closed all religious schools.

In 1975, all private education was banned and their teachers were shot.

Since then, Equatorial Guinea has become the only country in the world without teachers.

Masière prohibits his children from reading and anyone from saying the word “knowledge” in Equatorial Guinea.

Since then, when the intellectuals ran out of business, Equatorial Guinea has not been spared even a single set of words, like some weekly storytellers, who may have been wiped out by the nine ethnic groups long ago.

As a result of long periods of tyranny and execution, all intellectuals in Equatorial Guinea have fled to death, leaving only a dozen skilled workers to work.

As no one was able to maintain it, public facilities in Equatorial Guinea collapsed completely and became the only country in Africa without electricity.

From 1968 when Masière came to power, to 1978, more than 50,000 people were killed and more than 150,000 fled in Equatorial Guinea.

Ten years after Masie came to power, there was only one third of the population, and there was no education, no books, no electricity, no knowledge, no government and no economy.

After 10 years of struggle, Massier finally returned Equatorial Guinea to its original society.

Finally quiet.

As mentioned in Triangular, humankind can make a security statement by degrading itself into an agricultural civilization, and this madness has been practiced in Masière. Unfortunately, he was not the only one to do so in the twentieth century, and he had a partner in Asia — the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia.

In 1979, a coup took over Masière’s rule.

The coup d’état changed for Equatorial Guinea only from one dictator to another, but he did solve a mystery, a mystery that has beset everyone for many years — Masière — why did he do it?

Execute the gods.

Massier’s tyranny could no longer be described as an outrage, as Equatorial Guinea was about to be killed.

Every time he made a tour or visit, he shot a group of political prisoners to deter the country.

By the very end of the year, Equatorial Guinea had been killed in its prisons. Massier’s men risk their lives and fear their own death.

In June 1979, several officers went to Massier together to collect their salaries because the army had been in arrears for months.

Masière was also a pharaoh who shot several paid officers.

Among those shot, one was his nephew and his brother-in-law, Obiang, the nephew in charge of the army.

After my brother was killed, Obiang felt like he was next, so he felt dead. Dead country.

Obiang led his men in a military coup. However, he did not expect that the coup d ‘ état had proceeded smoothly and that there had been almost no resistance.

Massier and a few loyal men ran in two boxes of dollars and were arrested two weeks later.

This dictator, who had ruled Equatorial Guinea for 10 years, was simply overthrown.

To show that he was different from his uncle, Obiang decided to try Mathieu. But the first difficulty he faces is — there is no law.

Massier doesn’t even know his business card.

As to the charges and the trial? Under Masière’s rule, he might have been shot with a pickle on his teeth. Who’s going to study the charges?

That is why when the new Government wants to try Masière, it finds that it has no law at all.

In the absence of a solution, the new Government brought a team of judges from Spain to try them under Spanish military law.

Masière was charged with treason, embezzlement, genocide and destruction of public property, and charged with 80,000 counts of murder.

The judges studied and finally agreed that life imprisonment should be imposed.

This is no joke, as Spanish judges, in the spirit of law, have studied and concluded that Masière is a genuine mentally ill person.

After Masière ‘ s arrest, the medical team carried out a comprehensive test and assessment of his state of mind, convinced that he was suffering from intermittent mental illness and that he had suffered from the disease for 30 years.

That is to say, Equatorial Guinea has been ruled by a madman for the past decade.

In late age, Masière ‘ s vision and hearing deteriorated significantly due to illness, but he was almost unconscious without glasses or hearing aids. The daily smoke of marijuana in the room and the murmuring of the human skulls in his own collection are already obvious symptoms of mental illness.

In summary, the judges considered it inappropriate to use the death penalty for mentally ill persons.

In Obiang ‘ s view, the group of judges was really reading and reading foolishly, and he himself bypassed the judge and sentenced him to death.

Ironically, as a result of Masière ‘ s long and foolish propaganda, Equatorial Guineans truly believed that he was a god and dared not shoot him.

In the end, the Court had to hire a few Royal Moroccan Guards, and it had to put a bullet in it.

The story of Masière was thus closed, and he became a few of Africa’s few tyrants who suffered from evil.

After his death, his nephew Obiang became the new President of Equatorial Guinea.

Obiang has learned his uncle ‘ s lesson by eliminating the secret police and the concentration camps, although he has been the primary responsibility of these institutions for the past decade.

But, just as Béréa had granted amnesty after Stalin’s death, Obiang had finally ended the reign of terror in Equatorial Guinea.

However, Equatorial Guinea, left behind by Masière, has almost become a primitive society, and according to the African region’s excellent matching mechanism, the power of the State is so weak that it can only take part in the struggle for domination in the tropical rainforest.

How did this weak Equatorial Guinea become Africa’s highest per capita GDP in decades?

The new President, Obiang, is a man of general competence, limited level and poor character. But his luck was really good enough to blow up.

In 1979, Teulido Bian Nguema Mmasogo became the new President of Equatorial Guinea. Do you know when he is?

Now!

Of what? There are soldiers!

Equatorial Guinea, which was in Obiang ‘ s hands, was only slightly stronger than Masière, and still lags far behind economically.

But in 1991, a lot of oil was found in Equatorial Guinea’s territorial waters!

It may be God’s pity that the people of Equatorial Guinea were killed so badly by Masie that more than 5 billion barrels of crude oil were discovered in Equatorial Guinea’s territorial waters.

This figure is not the highest in the world, but for a small country with only one million people, it’s a pie in the sky.

It was the United States of America, ExxonMobil, that entered into a mining contract with the Red Cross Government.

The contract was so insane that Equatorial Guinea, as a mining country, could only receive 12 per cent of the oil revenues! (the market price is 60 per cent in general).

President Obiang naturally played an important role in the conclusion of such an agreement to dishonour the country.

Indeed, as long as the people of Equatorial Guinea are contacted, they are envious of the country ‘ s pervasive and alarming corruption, and the leader is President Obiang, the dictator who has ruled for more than four decades.

Under the leadership of Obiang, almost all of Equatorial Guinea’s oil revenues fell into the hands of the ruling bloc, with virtually no benefits to the population.

The corruption of the President ‘ s family has reached alarming proportions.

Obiang, despite his poor level of government, is at great risk.

He sent a son to study in the United States, a son to study in China, and two bets to gamble.

He was appointed Vice-President of Equatorial Guinea.

The son is often on the news page because of his flair, and he is an old man for national jurisdictions.

In 2017, the French prosecution brought Teodoro to court on charges of corruption and money-laundering, after the French police seized a large house on Fukuo Street, with 101 rooms on the six-storey floor, with a direct view of the gate, at a value of over 100 million euros. The police also found various jewellery antiques worth 40 million euros in the mansion.

But it’s just the tip of the iceberg, and Teodoro once spent $6 million in France on 15 luxury cars, $24 million in art, and once on Michael Jackson’s crystal gloves.

In addition to France, United States officials had confiscated over $30 million of his property on suspicion of corruption.

In 2016, the $16 million in cash he carried was confiscated by Brazilian Customs for failure to declare.

In 2019, the Swiss Government confiscated and auctioned 25 luxury cars worth £20 million.

However, these astronomical fines did not hurt Teodoro until 2020, when he took dozens of servants on vacation in Maldives and said on social networking sites, “I spend at least £38 million a day.”

In Equatorial Guinea, 76.8 per cent of the population lives on less than £2 a day, and the President ‘ s son, even with a slight contraction, can significantly improve their living conditions, but he is clearly reluctant to do so.

The geography of Equatorial Guinea is interesting. His territory is divided into two parts, one on the African continent and one on the island of Bioko.

The island is home to one sixth of the population and the capital, Malabo, is home to all the political elites. With oil revenues, the capital, Malabo, is well built, and if not inexorably corrupt, it could even be thought to be in a quasi-developed country.

Map of Equatorial Guinea

But in the part of the continent more than a hundred kilometres away, especially in rural areas, the people of Equatorial Guinea live without distinction of any kind from the poor African countries.

The government is not interested in improving their lives, nor is it interested in developing industries.

Who cares about life after the oil’s exploitation?

As a result of the low oil prices and the gradual depletion of oil resources in recent years, Equatorial Guinea ‘ s economic data have been low for years, with only $800 of GDP per capita in 2019 and already lagging behind China.

However, President Obiang is not afraid of the rebellion of the continent’s mudslides, as he has a strong navy and imported a 3500-ton frigate and a 1,500-ton patrol ship from Bulgaria.

For the naval forces of the great Powers, this is nothing.

But in West Africa, this is the second largest Navy after Nigeria, enough to stop any continental force from landing on the island.

It is not the people of Equatorial Guinea, but mercenaries from all over the world, who are really being warned by Obiang.

Deeply concerned that the reactionary rule of Obiang was unpopular, mercenaries from all over the world were using Equatorial Guinea as a copy, and every few years mercenary groups came to Equatorial Guinea to stage a coup d ‘ état in order to overthrow the President, winning blood and sentencing.

Among the many challengers, even the mercenary corps funded by Mrs. Thatcher’s son.

In short, the story of Equatorial Guinea is from a psychotic, physical, bone-marrowing maniac to a greedy, economic, bone-marrowing official.

However, due to the small size of the country and the fact that oil revenues are still in total, at least Equatorial Guinea has not experienced a massive human tragedy.

So, while the rulers were extremely reactionary, they did not break out of international influence and were corrupted in the corner. Case number: YX11dP8V1Mw
