What was the name of the Valange?

It’s all a game.

People even gave their lives for it.

In the past few years, there has been a lot of talk about the way back home of the Valange.

Carrier

On June 14, 2000, a “breaking ship” was towed out of the Ukrainian Black Sea Shipyard.

The vessel was rusty and had no power system in it and was towed by other small boats.

It’s the Valange.

A new aircraft carrier that once made the Soviet Union proud.

Unfortunately, the carrier was only 68% complete and the Soviet Union collapsed before it was finished.

Then the Valange was sent to the Black Sea Shipyard in Ukraine.

This was the world’s largest military shipyard.

However, Ukraine is poor.

There was no money to finish the construction of the carrier, no money to break it, but to be thrown there by the wind and rain.

In 1991, Ukraine became worse, and it began to sell.

In the wake of this, the countries of the United States, Korea, India and Viet Nam were excited.

Of course, we also include China.

But unlike everyone else, we want to buy a carrier, a rich Hong Kong businessman named Xu Jinping.

And he bought a carrier to build a sea casino.

To take this project, Xu Jinping has also set up the Macao Founding Company, which has visited Ukraine several times.

After a round of negotiations, Macao’s founding law finally shot the Valange at $20 million.

From 1991 to 2000, a decade-long negotiating process was a one-and-a-half-way trip, and some even paid the price of their lives.

In any case, the Valange has since received a Chinese account.

On June 14, a large number of Soviet carrier engineers gathered together to send tears away from the Valange.

Makarov, the head of the seriously ill shipyard, was seen as the carrier’s “last trip” at the shipyard sanatorium on the beach.

At a.m., the Valange left the port of Nikolaev and entered the Black Sea.

The Valange.

As a result of the dismantling of all weapons and power systems, the Valange was towed by other ships.

The transport was carried out by the SUHAILI tugboat under the umbrella of the Netherlands International Transport Contract Company (INTER).

According to ITC’s plan, the Valange leaves the Black Sea Shipyard, via the Turkish Strait, and can reach China in about 60 days.

As mentioned in the junior high school geography course, the Turkish Strait is the only route out of the Black Sea, comprising the Bosphorus Strait, the Marmara Strait and the Dadanil Strait.

It is no exaggeration to say that this is one of the busiest routes in the world and the necessary route for the Valange to China.

Topography of the Turkish Strait

On June 17, 2000, three days after his departure, the Valange appeared.

The Turkish government said: “No release!”

Change

There is an old saying in China, “What is wrong with it?”

The Turkish government has gone to China to prevent the Valange from entering the Bosphorus Strait, and has done its utmost to ensure that it does so.

The reason for their obstruction was that under the 1936 Montreal Strait Convention Turkey had sovereignty over the Strait and that merchant ships were free to travel, but that it involved large warships and had to apply to the Turkish side.

Then the question comes.

Indeed, only 68 per cent of the construction of the Valange has been completed, and all the weapons and power systems that are to be used by the warships before departure have been dismantled by the Ukrainian Government.

To be clear, the Valange is a pile of junk, not enough to call it a “warship”.

However, Macao ‘ s founding law has provided the Turkish Government with all kinds of proof, in accordance with the rules.

For example, the carrier’s master’s certificate, the building certificate, the certificate of origin, the non-deficit certificate, the uncollateral certificate, the ship’s inspection report…

These certificates have been approved by the Government of Ukraine without any legal problems.

However, the Turkish Government does not recognize it.

This one-and-a-half-a-half-month delay.

And the Valange is just floating on the Black Sea, and it’s blown by the wind every day, waiting to be let go.

Macao’s founding eye saw no communication and had to turn to our Embassy in Turkey for help.

At that time, Yao Qianb was serving as Ambassador to Turkey.

Ambassador Yao Qianbai

After entering the Black Sea from the Valange, Yao Qianb received information.

But he did not expect that this would have been a simple thing and had taken more than a hundred days.

As the incident involved three countries, one of the high-profile carriers was intercepted, and Yao Qui Zhou Qi immediately reported to the country.

Soon after, he was instructed to be fully involved in the passage of the Valange through the Strait.

Now that the country’s out there, should we get things done?

On 30 January 2001, Yao Qianb met with the Minister of State for Maritime Affairs of Turkey, Mirzaoru, in his official capacity.

This man was sought because he was the decision maker who intercepted the Valange.

In other words, it’s up to him whether or not the Valange can pass through the Turkish Strait.

Yao Qianbhi also knows that this man is a hard player and has prepared various responses, especially to the “warships”.

However, Mirza Oru knew that the “warships” had been used as a justification for his interception, and that there was no justification for it, so at the outset of the talks he managed to avoid the problem and to lose another key word: security.

He explained that the Valange was so big, it was 306 meters long, 40 meters longer than the Titanic.

Plus the tugs ahead and behind, the total length is 550 m, and the width is 71.95 m.

The Turkish Strait is small and narrow, and from past experience, the Valange is dangerous to pass through.

Either to the reef or to the ground.

If that were to happen, the Turkish Strait would have to be blocked, and more than the carrier’s money would have been lost.

Besides, on both sides of the Strait, there’s a palace and a mosque in the Ottoman Empire. Who’s in charge if it breaks?

Mirza Oru said the first thing.

In short, the Valange can’t be allowed to go.

But if you want to pass through the strait, you can’t.

There are two ways to tow the ship back to the Black Sea Shipyard and to install rudders and power systems.

That way there’s a handle on the direction, not on the reef.

The second is to divide the Valange directly into two parts, into two parts, and to pass through in groups.

It is clear that neither approach works.

It took Macao’s founding law 10 years to get the Valange out of the shipyard.

Now that it has returned to Ukraine, it does not know how much time and money it will take.

In fact, Ambassador Yao Qianb listened to these two solutions and the answers are in mind.

The government of Turkey is false in blocking the sea.

Arresting the carrier is true.

The reason for the delay is not a security problem at all, but rather does not want the carrier to be owned by China.

At the time, there was a “bipartisan fight” in Turkey.

The attitude towards China is an important point of disagreement in internal fighting, with the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs focusing on relations between China and Turkey, while the right-wing National Action Party, represented by Mirzaoru, is being obstructed.

Unfortunately, the issue of the release of the Valange is in the hands of Mirzaoru.

At the same time, some “extra” are affecting Turkey.

Indeed, before Ambassador Yao Qianb met Mirzaoru, United States Ambassador Bills also met him.

Although they did not mention the Valange in their conversation, they have been talking about the Turkish Straits, saying that 13 ship traffic control stations would be installed around them.

You know what I mean.

But the most embarrassing thing for Yao Qianb is the identity of the Valange.

Although the carrier was bought by Founding Law of Macao, a survey of the United States and Turkish media revealed that the company had no business and that there was no relevant casino licence in Macao.

In this way, the rumours that the Valange will be transformed into a carrier by China are raging.

Many Western media are speculating that this is a game of Chinese government chess, ostensibly for commercial use, and that it is a carrier.

Yao Qianzhi looks at these reports, he doesn’t rush, he doesn’t stand up for sure, he doesn’t deny it.

This time, the Western media did not fabricate it.

They got it.

The real man who bought the Valange is our Chinese Navy.

It’s all a game.

The game?

“I will die without the carrier. I’m sorry.

This was the lifelong wish of the former Vice-President of the Central Military Commission, Liu Wah Qing.

General Liu Wah Qing

After the Second World War, the world landscape was reshuffled, and whoever had a carrier had the highest military voice.

And we didn’t have an aircraft carrier.

At that time, there were two points of view within the Military Commission, one agreeing with Khrushchev that the carrier was a sea coffin, and the other that the carrier was a necessary weapon of war in the new era.

The latter proved to be extremely correct.

The Navy built its own airport, and the aircraft was free to take off at any point on the sea, which was the carrier.

The role of the carrier is reflected in the distant sea, and the further away from home, the greater the significance of the carrier.

For dignity lies above the blade.

Imagine what the current international environment would be like if we had no carrier.

So Liu Wah Qing has been searching for a suitable “second-hand carrier”.

In 1999, a semi-finished carrier entered Liu’s view.

It’s the Valange.

According to the advance information, the Valange was equipped with the world ‘ s most advanced engine at the time, with nearly 40 tons of engineering drawings.

It is better to give fish than fish.

If these machines and drawings were in place, wouldn’t our carrier business be like a tiger?

Diagram of the Valange

Liu Wah Qing said so.

But the carrier doesn’t look like a small toy boat.

At that time, domestic attitudes towards the purchase of carriers were blurred, and there were United States and Russian tigers abroad who did not want China to have its own carriers.

So Liu Wah Qing and others can only say “underline.”

Nor is this the first time.

As early as 1995, the Russian Pacific fleet had two of the largest carriers in the fleet due to financial constraints. The Minsk and New Rossisks sold to Daewoo Heavy Industries.

The deal is based on the premise that the Republic of Korea must break the carrier into two square steel plates and take it back and not be used for military purposes.

Korea noded down.

In practice, however, they analysed carefully with the United States on the first time they received the two carriers.

Despite the destruction of weapons and electronic systems in Russia before delivery, the results were a great surprise.

As a result, South Korea thought of bringing the Minsk back to life.

On the one hand, the support of the American father and, on the other hand, the economic position of the four Asian dragons, it is time to build a carrier.

Unfortunately, the Asian financial turmoil has arrived.

As the South Korean economy collapsed, the Minsk was a huge burden.

And that’s when we got the chance to buy the Minsk at $5.3 million.

Every carrier is like a glorious empire.

Despite a round of fighting and looting, many “details” of value can still be seen in the corner.

These details excite the generals of the Chinese Navy.

As a result, Liu Wah Qing and others are bound to receive the Valange.

If this semi-finished carrier can be bought directly, then the technology would be a pure “first hand ” .

Early structure of the Valange.

In 1997, General He Peng Fei (son of He Long) found Xu Jinping, a wealthy Hong Kong businessman.

He said he was a wealthy businessman in Hong Kong, but Xu was a full-fledged Shandong man who had served in Guangzhou for 14 years.

Xu Jinping has been instructed to buy commercial goods and never to mention “refit the carrier.”

He then went to Ukraine to negotiate.

According to him, a large, integrated offshore tourism facility, including dance halls, hotels and gambling facilities, was created and was later moored in the sea off Macao.

In the beginning, Ukraine offered $18 million, but was not responsible for the follow-up after the departure of the carrier.

Xu Jinping promised and promised to pay in cash.

This is a great pleasure for the Government of Ukraine, which is in need of money, as if it were a drought.

Suh Jinping suggested that the carrier ‘ s construction drawings needed to be delivered together in order to be more rationally adapted.

The Ukrainian government immediately refused.

They mean simply that drawings involving State secrets are submitted to the Ministry of Defence and the National Security Service for approval.

Subsequently, Ukraine requested that, in order for the carrier not to be used for military purposes, the power system and even the rudder should be dismantled, except for the removal of the carrier ‘ s weapon.

As expected, South Korea’s purchase of the Minsk is a precedent.

If the power system had been dismantled, the carrier would not have been able to travel on its own, although it would have been safe to use tugboats for transport of such a large ship.

However, once the rudder is dismantled, the carrier itself cannot control the direction and the towing can become dangerous.

Negotiations have been deadlocked for several consecutive days.

At the same time, there is a shortage of funds due to the improper operation of the firm.

In the Wahsha Security Emergency SOS, the chairman of the Board, Tsui Jinping, continued to meet the Valange on a commercial basis.

Subsequently, it was investigated by the State for a long period of secret misappropriation of 23 million dollars (for the purchase of the Valange).

The reason given by the State is to be bold, to be seriously investigated and to use the law of the land as an example.

In order not to reveal any of this, and in order to make it possible for the Valange to be handed over, this was done in silence.

In 1998, Ukraine had agreed to sell the drawings to Macao ‘ s founding law at a price of $2 million and had made a commitment not to dismantle the rudder.

What was unexpected was that suddenly things had changed again.

By the day the drawings were handed over, part of the drawings suddenly disappeared and the UCP could not submit all the drawings.

Formerly, the Ukrainian Security Service and the Russian Federation Security Service had already been following the carrier transaction, and the two sides had jointly removed some of the key drawings to prevent the Chinese from getting them.

In April 1999, Eastern Remittance Investment Holdings Ltd. began taking over the matter.

However, the apparent purchaser is still the Macao law firm.

On 24 October, General Manager Da Yue, Zhang Yong, finalized the final purchase of $20 million and signed a purchase contract at the Black Sea Shipyard.

Da-woo, Zhang Yong and the Ukrainian side.

That evening, all those involved, both inside and outside the country, were relieved.

At that time, China’s representatives had no idea that the Way Back to China would be a long way off.

It’s hard.

We go back to Turkey.

Ambassador Yao Qianb said that the solution proposed by Mirzaoru was unacceptable.

He proposed that both sides send a team of experts to analyse the technical aspects of security.

The result, however, was no result.

In June 2001, Turkey officially intercepted the Valange with security concerns.

This is difficult.

Since the Valange can neither call any seaport nor control its direction by its own power, the ITC tow company can only drag a large shipwreck in circles around the Black Sea.

The “Suhaili” tugboat used to sail has been replaced by the “SANDY CAPE”.

The captain of the tugboat, Ganan, said that we no longer called it Valange, and it is now called Devil Island.

Devil Island is a small island of the United States with a federal prison.

At the same time, the desire for the Valange has never stopped.

One night, on the deck of the Valange, floating above the Black Sea, suddenly landed on an unknown helicopter.

When they found out, the helicopter had disappeared, leaving only one line on deck:

The French Was There!

There is no doubt that it is not the Turkish family who does not want the Valange back to China.

This is no longer a technical issue.

It’s political.

At a time of deadlock, Yao Qianb decided to start with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He met again with Mirzaoru, who opposed the passage of the carrier.

Mirzaoru’s attitude remains firm and says, “We can talk, but we won’t give you any hope.”

Ambassador Yao Qianb is waiting for this.

After his meeting with Mirzaoru, he immediately ran directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to find the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey.

Ambassador Yao Qianb asked, “Don’t close the door.”

However, the Deputy Prime Minister did not meet directly with Yao Qianb but responded through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: “The Turkish side has not closed its doors and can continue to talk. I’m sorry.

Time came in July 2001.

At this point, the Turkish Ambassador to China returned from his home leave and Yao Qianb was given a chance to visit them.

Yao Qianjiang arrived overnight at the resort of Ismir and met with the Ambassador in China.

Yao Qianb is very sincere in saying, “The relations between the two countries cannot remain in one place like a ship, let alone back, and let him move forward.” I hope that you will further explain China ‘ s position and opinion to the Government so that the Valange can pass as soon as possible. I’m sorry.

The Ambassador to China was very positive and stated that he would do his best.

Yao Qianb then went to the Turkish Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to explain the rumour that the Valange would be transformed into a warship.

At that point, the Under-Secretary-General finally gave a solution: a Security Assurance Letter.

Yao Qui immediately promised to come down and, with this bond, the Chinese Government will assume everything in case of a problem with the Valange.

After that, Yao Zhou Bhai took advantage of the shareholders to propose to the Director-General of the Asia Department of the Turkish Foreign Ministry that if the Valange were to travel smoothly, he would try to make Turkey a tourist destination for Chinese citizens.

At that time, Turkey was suffering from the effects of the Asian financial crisis and had a huge deficit in its external economic and trade relations.

If a large number of Chinese were to travel here, which would bring foreign exchange, it would effectively alleviate the country ‘ s economic difficulties and reduce the deficit.

As we all know, the ability of Chinese to consume … cannot be underestimated.

Does the Turkish government feel comfortable?

Not at all.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has passed, as has the Turkish military.

The Turkish military has always opposed the release of the Valange, which is why Mirza Oru is so ambiguous.

As Yao Qiang Zhou failed, the moment came.

Also in July, the Turkish Chief of General Staff, Keverikoru, was invited to Beijing and received high-profile visits from the leaders of the country, who reached some agreements on the export of military technology.

As a result, the position of the Turkish military changed.

On August 25, 2001, the Turkish Prime Minister instructed Mirzaoru to release the Valange!

Mirza Oru had to do it, even if he was upset.

At the launch, he stated that, given the recent strengthening of friendship, trade and “high levels of relations” between the two countries, the Valange would be approved if the necessary conditions were met.

Understand?

Mirzaoru meant to think about it, but with conditions.

Looking at the good news, Ambassador Yao Qianb is once again in a state of tension, as the United States Special Envoy visited Turkey before that.

It’s hard to think at such a coincidence.

Then Mirzaoru put forward more than 20 conditions for release.

The conditions are broadly three directions:

I. The question of the towing of the Valange.

Yao Qianb has long taken this into account and several programmes were developed with the experts.

But Turkey has made its own demands. – There must be an 8,000-horse-power tugboat in the front, a ship in the back for “brakes” and a carrier’s head, centre, and tail will need to be equipped with tugboats and fire trucks.

To put it simply, we want the Valange to pass safely through the Turkish Strait and not touch it.

As for the cost, the Chinese Government has borne it all.

II. Weather issues.

On the Turkish side, it is required to travel when the visibility is not less than 5 km, the current is not more than 3 knots, and the wind is less than 5 degrees.

In other words, if the Valange is to pass, it must wait until the time is right.

III. Payment of risk bonds.

Ambassador Yao Qianb had thought that the Valange would be able to travel as soon as two of the above conditions were met.

As a result, Turkey had to pay $1 billion in “risk bonds.”

One billion dollars, equivalent to 6.8 billion yuan at the time.

Moreover, the Turkish Maritime Authority required that the compulsory insurance be not withdrawn for two years and that it be guaranteed by a bank in Turkey.

The cost alone would amount to $30 million.

It must be said that Turkey really dared to do so, no different from robbery.

Our people at the Maritime Bureau went to communicate and were rejected on the spot, “a billion-dollar insurance must be paid, which is a serious proposition”.

The issue of the release of the Valange is back to square one.

Turkey has a clear meaning.

No money?

The Valange is not going to go back to China.

At this point, the arrogant Turkey forgot to say that the enemy is a friend.

And just as Turkey blocked it, Greece across the Aegean Sea appeared.

Greece and Turkey

As Turkey’s “enemy” country, Greece came to grips with its difficulties.

Greece guaranteed in the name of the “State” and waived the $1 billion deposit.

In this case, Turkey can no longer find the right reason to stop the Valange.

On 1 November 2001, after more than 500 days in the Black Sea, the Valange saw the dawn.

On that day, the Strait of Bosphorus was calm.

At 8 a.m., the Valange was taken into the Bosphorus Channel by 11 tugboats and 12 rescue and fire ships.

On both sides of the Strait, there are more than 3 million people around Turkey.

Valiang.

At 2.30 p.m., the Varange finally safely crossed the last dangerous corner of the Strait into the wide Marmara Sea.

The Valange officially opened its journey to China.

But the heaven’s test never ended.

Wave

On November 3, the Valange entered the Aegean Sea and was hit by an unprecedented sea storm.

If the Valange were a fully armed and fully loaded aircraft carrier, the sea storm would not have done anything.

But at this point, the Valange is nothing but a real shell.

As a result of the high winds, three tugs of cable connected to the Valange were cut by the wind and the waves, and the Valange lost control of the sea, as a deranged Mustang.

Following the departure of the Valange from the tugboat, it drifted towards the island of Evia in Greece, only 80 kilometres from its shore.

This distance, it’ll be catastrophic.

There are only seven crew members on the large hull of the Valange.

Fortunately, the Greek Ministry of Commercial and Maritime Affairs stated that the carrier was not in danger of sinking or being stranded.

Subsequently, Greece launched a rescue mission.

A Greek rescue helicopter landed on the carrier deck and transported seven crew members on board, including three Russian, three Ukrainian and one Filipino crew, to a military airport west of Athens.

On 6 November, the sailor Aries Lima, on the tugboat Haliva Champion, died in the line of duty in an attempt to fix the towed cable.

On 7 November, 3 tugboats and 1 Greek boat secured the Valange with a tug and eventually contained it.

After a series of ripples such as cable fractures and sea storms, the carrier encountered another difficulty.

This is the year 2001, which coincided with the crisis in the Middle East.

The relationship between Iraqi leader Saddam and the United States has been strutted and the war has been on the rise.

Since the opening of the Suez Canal, vessels from the Mediterranean Sea to the Indian Ocean have passed through the Suez Canal.

At this point, however, the Middle East is in the middle of nowhere, and the United States, for the purpose of deploying its troops, has declared its intention to block the Suez Canal and to ban the Valange from entering it.

Egypt, the effective control of the Suez Canal, also agreed.

The reason is simple: an unpowered carrier will be the target of Saddam ‘ s missiles.

If Saddam were to take action against the Valange, which is moving into the Suez Canal, in order to stop the US troop movements, the entire Canal would be completely paralysed.

In response, the Valange had to go around the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic Ocean, then around the Cape of African Hope into the Indian Ocean.

Red is the shortest course, blue is the actual course.

On 5 February 2002, the unpowered carrier finally passed through the Strait of Malacca.

On 12 February, the Valange entered the South China Sea and the vessel was watched by people on board.

The decks and hulls of the Valange have been rusty after nearly two years of sea drift.

But under the tugboat, the Valange is walking to Dalian.

On 28 February, the Valange fleet slowed down and entered the anchor area outside Dalian port.

On March 3rd, at 5 a.m., the Varange left the outside anchorage and headed for the port.

At 12 p.m., the Valange is safely docked at Terminal 4, West Port of Dalian.

The original 60-day flight, the Valange took a year and nine months.

On that day, some people cried.

Liu Wah Qing will always remember when he visited the U.S. carrier in 1980.

This was the first time that the Chinese People ‘ s Liberation Army and technologists had set foot on an aircraft carrier.

He raised his feet gently and watched carefully everything inside the carrier ‘ s aircraft in the vicinity of United States staff.

Liu Huaqing has a great desire for advanced equipment.

He realized at an early stage that a large country like China needed a carrier.

Since the establishment of the new China, it has not been possible to develop aircraft carriers, either economically or technically.

In the following years, the Navy held several technical meetings on equipment, including several references to restarting the carrier ‘ s validation process.

However, in the 1980s, when economic construction was at the centre of development, it was always difficult to finance the development of carriers.

At the time, the total investment of Chinese military expenditure was $19.2 billion, not enough to buy a large American nuclear carrier.

But it takes a bite to eat, and it takes one step at a time.

At a time when the national economy is less powerful, Liu Huaqing continues to focus on the development of the carrier.

At the initiative of Liu Wah Qing, the Naval Research Institute 714 began to study the history, present and future of the carrier.

However, due to the effects of special times, the reasoning of 714 was interrupted.

In order to prepare the air carrier and its formations for their command, Liu Wahqing ordered Zhao Guo Xing, Minister of the Navy Academy, and Fu Qianhai, Minister of Defence, to open a pilot captain course.

With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the United States gradually shifted its strategic vision towards China.

The United States began to create a “China Threat Doctrine” and to use its carrier fleet and its strong military power to continue its military deterrence of China.

At the turn of the century, the United States committed “four great hatreds” against our country, which culminated in an anti-American wave.

The United States, on the pretext that our cargo ship Galaxy contains raw materials for the manufacture of biological and chemical weapons, monitors, suspends and enforces boarding and inspection on the high seas.

On the Taiwan side, Li Deng Fai came to power and advocated for Taiwan ‘ s one-size-fits-all rhetoric.

The United States dispatched two carriers to the Western Pacific region to interfere with the series of exercises conducted by the Liberation Army in the Taiwan Strait area to contain “Taiwan independence” while making silent threats against China.

During the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia during the Kosovo war, on the night of 7 May, five rounds of ammunition were fired by the NATO B-2 bomber, which hit the Chinese Embassy in Yugoslavia, and three Chinese journalists died in the killing of Joo Yung, Hsiu and Chu.

The U.S. Navy EP-3 reconnaissance aircraft illegally investigated in the South China Sea, and two Chinese People ‘ s Liberation Army naval crews sent two anti-aircraft planes for surveillance and interception, one of which crashed after a collision with the United States, and the pilot, Wang Wei, was only 32 years old.

Pilot Wang Wei.

The events of the turn of the century have greatly stimulated the nerves of the military.

In the face of the American siege, only a “one punch” can be used to “prevent a hundred punches”.

Only through the development of the Blue Water Navy and the building of a strong water power can the United States be evenly confronted in overseas conflicts.

Liu Wah Qing, the head of the Navy Equipment Department, has been pushing for the purchase of the Valange.

In 2005, the Valange was slowly dragged into the Dalian shipyard by a large number of tugboats.

Two years later, the retrofitting of the Valange began.

At the last minute of his life, General Liu Wah Qing was thinking about building a carrier.

“I know I don’t have much time but the worst thing I can do is not see our carrier go down.” I’m sorry.

Finally.

Ten years of volatilism, ten years of transformation.

In 2012, the Valange was changed and officially renamed the Liaoning ship and delivered to the Chinese Navy.

Liaoning

From buying the Valange to arriving in Dalian, China, there are too many ordinary people to remember, in addition to General Liu Wah Qing and Lieutenant General He Peng Fei, who have made tremendous efforts.

As a businessman, Xu Jinping negotiated with the Ukrainian side, opening the door for the purchase of the Valange.

邵淳, former Chairman of the Wahsha Securities Council, emergency entry to “Fire Fire” for the sake of the smooth trade of the Valange, to abandon the Chairman’s position and to be closely investigated for six months without any irregularities.

On 12 January 2018, the State, under the title of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, awarded the certificate of outstanding contribution to the Chinese carrier.

Dai Yue, Zhang Yong, General Manager of Investment Holdings Ltd. in the East, practical operator of the trade on the Valange.

Tangsheng, Deputy Director of the Dalian Shipyard, cleared the way for the Valange to return to Turkey in the face of difficulties in Turkey.

Liu Qinghong, the South China Sea Rescue Department of the Ministry of Transport, is the captain of the flotilla, leading the rescue 201 to the arrival of the Valange.

Aries Lima, a Greek crew member, died tragically while in flight.

This is in addition to the support of Ukrainian experts and the Greek Government.

When the Liaoning officially appeared, the Valange finally became its new home.

The Chinese Navy finally owns its own carrier.
