What would happen if society were to suppress violence? Can crime rates be reduced?

Not really.

President Doutert of the Philippines, who, according to his men, controlled the city of Davao, carried out more than 1400 lynchings without trial alone.

Under Old Du’s iron wrists, the major criminal gangs in the Philippines are in a state of shock, and drug lords prefer to spend high prices on drugs and bypass the plague.

From Duttelt you can see the shadow of the leaders of the world, who are not the sutures, but the conglomerates of the various styles of domination.

Now, let me have the honour to introduce you:

The soul mate of the United States of America ‘ s “Know the King ” , the ruler of Jammeh in the Gambia, the internal heir of Amin in Uganda, the law enforcement comrade of Masière in Equatorial Guinea, the overseas confidant of Pinochet in Chile, the insult of the Vatican Pope, and the avenger of Duvalier in Haiti — the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Dutelt.

Rodrigo Dutelt.

In 1945, Duttelt was born in South Davao Province, Philippines, as one of the country’s many valves, and Duttelt’s father went to the Governor of South Davao.

The Duttelts.

As a descendant of the valve, Duttert sees no shadow of juyadine, whose life has been closely united with two words — killing.

Duttelt had a full youthful year, and his entire student life, either in a fight or on his way to a fight, he was the main fighter for all the bad wars in Davao Province, known as Van der Pou in the South.

At the age of 16, Duttert had finally succeeded in stabbing a young man to death in a fight, and only because he had been looked at by the other.

The first Dootelt was killed, and there was a kid at the school who laughed at his hillbilly.

Owing to their direct communication with their classmates, a joint protest in the school called for the expulsion of Duttelt ‘ s student, after which the older man had pledged to stay in school.

How do I know that?

Dutter said it himself.

Duttlet confessed to killing himself in an interview.

As a Latin Asian country, the Philippines was a highly free country, and freedom to kill was not just a black history, but a capital that could be boasted.

An important part of Duttelt’s election to the presidency was to tell his past history of homicide and how he was prepared to kill when he became President, and his story of killing was more dramatic than a horror film.

You might be curious to see this. Is there no law in the Philippines? Why is it possible to speak publicly about killing without legal sanctions?

Philippine law is similar to beef shrimp in easy-to-packing, and you can’t say he didn’t, but it’s mostly on paper.

How magical is the Philippine law enforcement system? Tell a story and you’ll understand.

In 2014, under pressure from online newspapers and public opinion, the Philippine police organized a group of heavily armed special police officers who raided the largest Billy Peed prison in Manila.

The police raided the prison because they were convinced that the prison was in fact controlled by the inmates.

Although there was sufficient intellectual preparation, the police and journalists were stupid when they entered prison.

In Billy Peed prison, more than 20 cells were converted into villas, with a Jacuzzi, a central air-conditioning, a family cinema, 50 inches of liquid crystal television, and the entire floor and wall were woven with marble.

Cell phones, computers and drugs could be used without fear, and the police had discovered a large number of Rolex, Bada Emerald and Cardia watches, as well as a bundle of cash in United States dollars.

Apart from material construction, the spiritual civilization of the prisoners has not fallen, and they have built a strip club with flashlights in the prison, where they are brought weekly by prison guards.

In addition to the triads, some prisoners are also highly artistic.

The police discovered a fairly professional recording room and a small rock and roll stage in the prison, since a prisoner named Coranque was a literary youth who had valuable guitars, drums and recording equipment in the prison.

Coranque recorded ten love songs in the studio and uploaded the video of the prison concert online, with more than 15,000 albums, which were selected by the media as the best new male singer in the Philippines.

When he entered the prison, he brought his own furniture, bought himself a real leather couch and a large conference table, and owned his own armoury.

He was able to leave the prison to do some business, and his assassins were also released from prison to kill while they were waiting.

Seeing here, do you think it’s comfortable to go to jail in the Philippines?

Indeed, Billy Peed prison is one of the most crowded prisons in the world.

There are 23,000 prisoners in prisons with a quota of only 8900, with only 0.28 square metres of space for ordinary prisoners, except for the rich drug lords, the second generation officials and the gangsters.

Owing to extreme overcrowding, prisoners were able to sleep in cells without ventilation, the prison was completely controlled by senior prisoners, prison guards rarely entered, and death was as common as eating and drinking water.

As you can see here, one can imagine the deterrent power of the Philippine justice system.

As a country in which the judicial system had failed completely, the crime problem in the Philippines was one of incapability and lack of courage.

So, Duttelt brags about his killing record, and in the Filipinos it sounds like a normal thing.

After the high school reputation, Dutelt successfully graduated to university.

He met with a political teacher at Lacem University, Weston.

Sizon gave a lecture at the University, based on the Philippian Collegian

Sisson is just a teacher, but he’s not normal.

He was a famous communist revolutionary in the Philippines, and he had translated the Maoists in the Filipino language, and in 1967 he went to Beijing to train himself and then returned to the Communist Party of the Philippines.

As his student, Duttert naturally received a great deal of Marxism education, and at the same time he was very interested in the Maoist election, at least learning the best part of it — the People’s War.

Davubunk.

As one of the more than 200 valves in the Philippines, the ancestral territory of the Dutelt family is the city of Davao.

In 1986, Dutelt took over as Mayor of Davao under a family arrangement.

The city of Davao, located in the south of the Philippines, is the third largest city in the Philippines, with an area of 2400 square kilometres, equivalent to twenty-five per cent of the general competition. But the population amounts to 1.6 million people, equivalent to a tamarindian and a tamarindian.

The city of Davao, although small in size, is different from other cities in the Philippines. It is located in the Islamic Cultural Zone in Mindanao and is very different from the Catholic culture in the Philippines, with serious sectarian conflicts.

Moreover, because of the high level of traffic, criminal gangs from the south to the north have gathered here to make an explosion and shoot, without a headline.

By the time Duttelt took over as Mayor, the city of Davao had been heartbroken by the night and the city of Gotham had heard tears.

Following Duttelt’s succession, and in the face of the complex civil and security situation in the city of Davao, the outline led to a major idea of governance — killing.

The idea of Duttelt’s governance is essentially a realistic version of Judge Weibo’s sentence of death. In any case, the problem was the cause of all the problems and the problem of killing them would certainly not exist.

In the face of the Philippine justice system and the dire security situation, Duttelt believed that instead of taking time and trying to walk into useless legal proceedings, he would have shot a hundred times.

He set up the famous Davao Dynamite, who massacred criminals and gangsters in the city of Davao by, but not limited to, feeding the crocodiles, throwing people into quarries and throwing people down from helicopters.

He also invented a policy of double hanging, with the body hanged again after hanging.

In the 30 years that Duttelt was in power in Davao City, it was a happy ending if the prisoner fell into his hands and was shot.

Duttelt despises the work of nine to five days, sleeping every day until noon and working in the afternoon, then driving Harley in the evening, walking the streets with a M16 rifle, which is quite punk.

He imposed a severe night curfew, a ban on alcohol and a cessation of smoking in Davao.

Every night when he was walking around with a gun on his side, it was like “Let me see which lucky criminal I shot today.”

Duttelt saw a man smoking in the no-smoking zone, where he took a pistol to his head and forced him to eat his cigarette butt to stop, like Amin forced him to eat his shoes.

Later, according to reports from Duttelt ‘ s men, during his administration of Davao city, more than 1400 people were executed without trial.

Duttert checked for police rifles in Davao.

Under Old Du’s iron wrists, the major criminal gangs in the Philippines are in a state of shock, and drug lords prefer to spend high prices on drugs and bypass the plague.

As a poor and complex city, the city of Davao is safer than Japan by making Old Doo the seventh in the world.

However, do not think that Dootelt is a murderous, violent man, who is in fact very good at building society.

During his reign, the city of Davao became the most friendly of foreign investors in the Philippines, and a large amount of foreign investment came to his capital, which allowed the city to develop its economy and become one of his capital in future presidential elections.

However, the situation in the Philippines has worsened as the city of Davao flourishes.

After the fall of Marcos, who had ruled the Philippines for 20 years, successive Presidents had failed to address corruption and security throughout the country.

In particular, at the hands of Aquino III, the predecessor of Douterte, the problem of internal security and corruption has become extremely serious.

In 2010, Aquino III was elected President of the Philippines. Ironically, Aquino III had no talent, and there was a major reason for his being elected, in addition to his valver, for his mother ‘ s death.

The death of the Akinovs a few months before the election, which left the Philippines with a great deal of sympathy for Aquino III, was very helpful to his election.

Who would have thought that one day your mother died would be an advantage?

After Aquino, corruption and crime have increased and crime rates have risen. Crime rates in the Philippines were 18 per cent higher in 2014 than in 2013, 46 per cent higher in 2015 than in 2014, and the contours of crime rates have risen worse than the pao.

What we said earlier was that the luxury prison took place in Aquino III, and even in 2015, there were 44 SWATs ambushed and killed by drug lords in the Philippines.

This attests to the unacceptably weak authority and capacity of the Philippine judiciary.

Seeing this, Dootelt started: Enough! How can we govern a country with these bugs?

In November 2015, Dutelt announced that he would participate in the presidential elections.

The incident immediately triggered a wave in the Philippines, when Duttelt left Davao after 30 years of rule and passed the mayor ‘ s seat to his daughter, Sarah Duttelt.

Dutelt’s candidacy for the presidency focused on the serious deterioration of the security situation and corruption in the Philippines, for which he has only one sentence:

I’d like to do it right now!

Manila Bay Land Filling Program

When Duttert ran for the election, his slogan was: “I want to root out criminal activity in the Philippines within six months, carry out unprecedented operations to kill all criminals, throw their bodies into Manila Bay and feed them to fish and fatten them all. I’m sorry.

The word “unprecedented” is very stylish.

In fact, Duttelt has always been known as the King of South-East Asia, whose tone of speech has made Trump so stable.

Dutelt said to the voters:

“Forget about human rights law. If I enter the main presidential palace, I’ll do it like I did when I was mayor. Drug dealers, robbers and idle people, they better get out of here or I’ll kill you all! I’m sorry.

It’s a good thing, but why put drug robbers on the same side as bums?

And he said, “I stand here tonight, and if I want to kill me, come on, for if I am elected, I will kill you all.” I’m sorry.

This “drug dealer and I can live only one” attitude, which is very supportive of the Filipino people, so in 2016, when the election was held in May, Dootelt was elected President of the Philippines with absolute superiority, at a time when he was only 71 years old and ready for the future.

After his successful election, Duttelt, in a single sentence, expressed his feelings — that the Philippines had so many problems that it could not help but hang itself.

The Philippines, a Latin American country in Asia, is close to Latin America in terms of language and culture, and the Philippines is located as a bridgehead for Asia, with drugs from Mexico and Colombia, and the first stop lies in the Philippines.

The country’s access to transport, communication, close links to the source of goods and the availability of drug-trafficking, as well as its abundant labour resources, are typical of the “front shop” model, with clear geographical advantages.

As a result, the drug problem in the Philippines has been extremely serious, with at least 3 million people in the 100 million Philippine population, according to Doutelt.

According to Dutelt, counter-narcotics work is conducted on the basis of two judgements:

People ‘ s problems are resolved through popular movements.

There is a sale and there is a killing.

So, as soon as Duttelt came to power, two policies were promulgated:

The police can execute suspected drug traffickers at any time and without any legal process. Killed a drug lord, rewarded 750,000 yuan, plus medals and promotions.

Anyone can kill drug dealers and drug addicts at any time, without legal liability and with a reward.

Duttelt’s campaign against drug traffickers and drug addicts.

It has to be said that this drug-smuggling program is a rather extreme policy, and the Philippines has almost overnight entered a massive escape pattern.

Shots were fired in the streets of Manila and the bodies of drug dealers were found on the streets.

In the first six months of Doutelt’s succession, 6,000 people were killed throughout the country. After the previous year, nearly 20,000 people had been killed throughout the country.

Under this extreme policy, a large group of bounty hunters has emerged in the Philippines, specifically to hunt down drug traffickers.

The fight against drug trafficking has led to a boom in the funeral home business and to the development of services to complement retail trade.

Under the old Du’s escape pattern, drug dealers in the Philippines have turned themselves in.

After five months in office, 680,000 Filipinos turned themselves in to the police, and the prison was crowded like a sardines can, one full house, but even then there was a consistent flow of people coming to court, which was better than being shot in the street.

But it is clear to Dootelt that the prisoners who voluntarily surrendered were just little fish and shrimp who could not protect themselves.

The big drug lords, who are truly powerful, live in the shadows of the valves, and all previous governments have been able to deal with drugs only to the bottom horse.

The system of valves in the Philippines, which equates local officials with nostrils, is deeply rooted in local trees and can hardly be uprooted.

As a result, the actions of successive Philippine governments at the local level have been thunderstorming and raining.

In a situation like this, Duttert has come up with a great way: since the valve tree is deep, I’ll kill your whole family.

Duttelt has drawn up a list of valves that work with drug dealers, asking them to turn themselves in, with a focus on the mayor of Omrimer, Renardo.

The Reinaldo family, a fusion of warlords, started in the early years with private armed forces and later became mayor of a public drug trafficking business.

Dutelt asked Reinaldo to turn himself in, and Renaldo refused, of course, and denied that he had been fighting drug trafficking for many years and refused to crack the law.

Thus, one day in 2017, the police broke into the mayor ‘ s residence in the name of a search and engaged in a heavy gun battle with the mayor ‘ s family and bodyguards, the result of which was that the mayor himself and his wife and children, all 11 of whose brothers and sisters had been killed, were largely destroyed.

It is not surprising that the police, on the orders of the President, shut down the mayor in Latin America and, as a Latin Asian country, in the Philippines.

Such a large-scale anti-drug operation by Duttelt has naturally triggered a strong response from all sides in the Philippines, and he and his friends have been given a very high reward for the assassination of their men.

To ensure its own security, Dootelt made a decision against his ancestors.

He did not live at the Malaknan Palace in the presidential palace, like the successive Presidents, who said that it was too messy to sleep. When he became President, he continued to use Davao as his main base, often by air.

The anti-drug policy of the early Duttelt administration was widely welcomed by the Filipino people, with a support rate of 91 per cent.

But, unlike China, what does the international community think about Dootelt’s approach as a small country?

XX-Abama.

For the Philippines, the most influential country is certainly the United States of America.

While Duttelt ‘ s behaviour was based on the Philippines ‘ reality, Obama stated that the United States recognized that drug crime in the Philippines was a major problem, but that the right approach should be adopted. This goes beyond condemning the human rights violations committed by Dootelt.

Duttelt replied to Obama: “You are such a son of a bitch.”

It’s not an exaggeration, it’s the truth.

In his speech before the ASEAN meeting, Duttelt spoke in isolation from Obama:

“The Philippines is not a dependency of any country, and we are no longer a colony of the United States. I don’t have any other masters except the Filipinos… and don’t tell me about your son of bitch, or I’m going to scold you in the talks, and we’ll both be shameless. I’m sorry.

As soon as Duttelt’s shocking speech emerged, the United States cancelled the scheduled meeting with Duttelt.

The media asked Obama how he saw Duttelt’s speech, and Obama responded:

Obama’s Response to Duttelt, Source: Reuters

Look at her, or she’ll be president. The blogger says, “The colorful people” and the low-profile greets the family directly.

But no one thought that Duttert said he was going to publicly humiliate Obama, not be angry, but he dared.

At the East Asia Summit in September 2016, Dutelt gave a “Rage Speech”.

He took a photograph of American soldiers killing the native Filipinos, and said, “Our ancestors were killed, and they came to talk to us about human rights.” I’m sorry.

Duttelt’s speech was over, the whole place was quiet, Obama was sitting under the table and his face was black.

Dutter did so because he saw the nature of American white sex and the United States had encouraged the Philippines to serve as a pawn in the South China Sea, but that would be of no benefit to the Philippines.

So when Duttert came to power, Philippine diplomacy turned 180 degrees, from being extremely pro-American to greeting Obama’s mother, to cooperating fully with China.

Throughout the Obama era, the relationship between the Philippines and the United States was poor.

In addition to greeting Obama’s mother, Duttert called the American Ambassador a hypocrite and called the Americans pirates, and relations were very rigid.

But when Trump came to power, the relationship between the United States and the United States was a little less.

Because Trump praises the Philippines for its good fight against drugs, Duttelt believes that Trump is just like himself. He should be the only leader in the world who thinks he’s like Trump.

A friendly meeting between Duttelt and Trump.

Even the President of the United States dared to scold, and there was no one else in the world who was afraid of him.

The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, condemned the indiscriminate killing of innocent people by Duttelt, who responded: “You are yet another big fool and nothing can be done by the United Nations… If you can tell me one bad thing I did, I can tell you ten! I’m sorry.

In addition to the representatives of the human race, the representatives of the divine world, the old Dou, are also indifferent.

Pope Francis visited the Philippines, and Duttert was afraid of too many fans of Francis to block traffic, so he gave the title “son of bitch” to the Pope to go back to the Vatican and stop visiting.

Duttelt is the only Catholic national leader who dared to fire at the Pope and, in a sense, avenged Duvalier.

But the diplomatic rhetoric of Duttelt is nothing more than restraint than what Duttelt said at home.

Former President Aquino equated him with Hitler, and Duttelt accepted the metaphor with joy, saying, “Germany has Hitler and the Philippines has me”.

Volcanic eruptions in the Philippines, where he said he was going to eat ash and take another piss to extinguish the volcano.

During the new coronation, he said he was going to shoot all those who disobeyed control and put those who violated the curfew in a dog cage.

And as for the obnoxious language and so forth, in Duttelt’s speech, he appeared on the same frequency as his father, the only president in the world who turned the president’s speech into 18 banned.

In any case, if Duttelt were the President of the United States, he would have been more hotter than Trump.

But this is the one person who can get a high level of support in the Philippines, so some foreign commentators call it the “Doutell paradox”.

The Duttelt paradox.

Has Duttelt violated human rights in a series of policies? Indeed.

Extralegal executions were totally unacceptable for any modern State, as they could result in a large number of false claims.

The same is true of the Philippines, where, under the extreme policies of Duttelt, it is easier to plant a person.

The large number of innocent drug traffickers killed in the Doutert anti-drug campaign is also the main reason for States to condemn him.

Can Duttelt’s policy solve the Philippines’ problem? Can’t.

The drug problem in the Philippines had indeed improved considerably as a result of the Momento-Governance of Duttelt, and the once rampant street drug trade had been forced underground and the overall crime rate had declined.

But such a dynamic governance would not fundamentally address the high unemployment rate and the gap between rich and poor in the Philippines, and it would be difficult to address the symptoms or even the symptoms.

Then why is the Filipino people willing to support him?

Duttelt is undoubtedly a populist leader whose approach and style are very similar to Chávez in Venezuela.

But the people did not support Dootelt because he ran the train, and the Filipinos could see what he said and did.

Duttelt, the valve family of one of the most corrupt countries in Asia, lives in the city of Davao, only on a second floor.

He also had a good look at the neighbor’s big television and asked if he could give it to himself if it was broken.

When he was mayor, he pretended to be a taxi driver, asked citizens about the Government and often went out alone for beer in the night market.

People in the Philippines may not know who Duttelt is, but they can at least be sure that he and Marcos, who have gathered billions of assets in the presidential palace, are certainly not one of them.

Duttelt is like a stone that smashes the dead-water Philippine politics.

He could not solve all the problems in the Philippines, but at least he showed the people of the Philippines another possibility, except for the noble lord.

The future of his political aspirations may be achieved by Sara Dutter, or by others.

But whoever it is, if the Philippines will one day succeed in real reform, Dootelt will be recorded as the first crab eater.

Duttlet is old and ill, and there are frequent rumours that he has oesophagus cancer.

The human body is bound to perish, but the spirit is eternal.

Perhaps, at the end of the story of Duttelt, he will judge himself –

“As long as you don’t fix a good fruit, you only want to set a fire. The Golden Line is broken here. I’m here to see you. #Present: YX11mRJrd3b

I don’t know.

Keep your eyes on the road.
