However, most of the people who take part in the civil service interview are students in school and have no experience in government organs. The teachers in the offline tutorial classes are mixed up, and they have never been in deep contact with government organs. Naturally, they lack the ability to use government thinking to look at and solve problems.
I found that the answers are too down-to-earth, too vulgar, too lofty and too elegant. How can we appeal to both refined and popular tastes, so that the examiner can hear the familiar style of speaking and the familiar way of thinking? This necessarily requires a kind of thinking, that is, “government thinking.”. I would like to share with you the following six points
about government thinking. Give birth to a kind of illusion, you are “the most familiar stranger”, you, with a stroke of the pen, thus enter the system, successful landing.
First, have a bottom line thinking, otherwise all your current efforts will be destroyed
. People’s self-confidence is built on the bottom line. Only by holding the bottom line can a person achieve a successful self and a successful life. The writer Feng Jicai said the bottom line very well.
What is success? Landing is not a success, being a leading cadre is not a success, and making a lot of money is not a success. True success lies in being rich in your heart and influencing others. As a civil servant, it is easy to influence others.
Millions of projects involve the requisition and relocation of thousands of households; the formulation of education policies will enable more children to get teaching resources; the village secretary can attract new projects for the village, so that the people can earn a good harvest; even the grass-roots cadres in the office hall often hear the heartfelt thanks and respect of the masses.
As long as you make good use of this platform, there is still much to be done. Another advantage of this profession is that it is extremely stable. Unless they are determined to resign, the probability of being dismissed is almost zero even if their abilities are poor and their attitudes are not correct. I
have been in the district of about 1740 civil servants, 20 years, no one has been assessed for three consecutive years as poor (because in accordance with the requirements of the poor is required to be dismissed). on your way to high scores. Objective consciousness is manifested in speaking objectively and impartially. However, I have heard too many examinees absolutize their language.
What is language absolutization? Simply attribute a thing. For example, what do you think of “Chinese-style road crossing”? This social phenomenon refers to a group of people running red lights together, which reflects the low quality of our people and the problems in setting up our red lights.
A public examination organization teaches you to use the subject analysis method, simply say 1-2 reasons, and then list the measures, so I do not object, I am worried that you do not understand the social phenomenon, do not look at the internal characteristics of the affairs, just stand there and look at it from a distance, carelessly think of one point. They want to open their mouths to solve the problems that the state can not solve by spending a lot of money, manpower and material resources. Emptiness reflects ignorance, and the more you want to pretend to understand, the more timid you are.
We must analyze things from the outside to the inside, from the inside to the outside, anything is not as simple as the surface, we must use our brains to think about deeper things. The key is that many candidates are in a tense atmosphere, not to mention from the outside to the inside, whether they can answer the questions completely is a challenge.

From the point of view of the purpose of the examination, the civil service interview, first of all, the three words of civil servants, represents the implementation of state power, serving the people, and is the public servant of the people.

How to answer this question? Give you four directions.

Of course, I am talking about work, all out of public interest, you will find in the system, not everyone has the opportunity to be qualified to approach. But return to the civil service interview, can not report frequently as a verbal language, otherwise, it will appear that your answer is very empty.
